Instructions for Model No. 72603, 72608, 72609, 72652, 72627, 72628
1) Set up pads along side car. Scale pads are marked RF, LR, etc. They are closely matched and can be interchanged if desired .

2) Connect cables from control box - note RF, LR, etc. on cables. The locking nut on the connector can be used or not.
3) Turn on control box, allow to warm up for a few seconds. Push Zero. This defines "0" weight. DON'T PUSH Zero AFTER CAR IS ON SCALES.
4) Lift car and place pads under wheels.
"Shake" car up & down at each corner to settle out any shock or suspension friction.
• System shuts off after 1 hour. Push ON (DO NOT re-zero)
• Keep the system clean and dry. Do not drop either the pads or the control box.
• Route the cables so that no one trips and they do not get run over by floor jacks.

The locking nuts can be used or not as you prefer.
Customize 4 line display:
To change the 4 line % display to your preference push
CHANGE DISPLAY and hold for 5 sec. Top line will start to flash. Use arrows to scroll up or down to the % you want on
that line. Push CONTINUE. The second line starts to flash. Use arrows to select this line. Press
CONTINUE after each selection.
Normal function resumes after
last selection or push ON. This will stay until you change.
• Store in a clean dry place. Replace batteries as needed - approx. once per year.
• A cable disconnected is indicated by "- - -". • Do not exceed capacity per wheel.
• Keep away from static electricity. • System can be set for Metric readout. See reverse.
Zero:
Push BEFORE putting car on scales.
DON'T push Zero
AFTER car is on scales. This defines zero weight.

on display when batteries needs to be replaced. Use 2) Alkaline 9 volts.
Low Battery indication has 2 steps:
1) LOW BATT CHANGE SOON comes on when you have approx. 4 hours left.
2) LOW BATT CHANGE NOW comes when you have approx.
1/2 hour left.
NOTE: THIS MODEL DOES NOT
USE RECHARGABLE BATTERIES.
Power consumption is so low that it only needs battery replacement about once a year.
BATTERY ACCESS IS ON RIGHT
SIDE OF THE ELECTRONIC BOX.
Access is on the right side of the box. Use notch to lift up and slide out "drawers".
Replace with 2 quality
Alkaline 9 volt batteries (can use 1 only but do not replace only 1) as needed. Power use is so low these should last 1 year or more.

Memory Store button and push #1 - 8.
To recall push and hold #1 - 8.
This eliminates all potential service issues associated with rechargers and rechargable batteries and makes for a more reliable system with the added convenience of not having to recharge the batteries every week.
