DESCRIPTION
The 40RM fan coil units are a completely packaged unit offering the ultimate in installation ease and flexibility. Combined with Carrier 38 Series condensing units these fan coils offer system capacities from 6 to 30 tons.
These units may be installed in either the vertical or horizontal configuration with no modifications. Heating
capability is provided by electric heaters, hot water coils, steam coils, or if heat pump application is called for,
Carrier offers the 40RMQ units.

Single blower on 6 to 10 ton units; dual blower on 121/2 to 30 ton
units.
24-volt terminal block for control wiring connection.
