PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS.
DESCRIPTION
This PR documents the changes marked-up / revised per the casework, fireplace, and teaching kitchen hood,
and kitchen submittals.
1. Added casework type “B26” to provide required food service legs as required by code in Dining 161.
See 3/A6.2 and 17/A7.4
2. Added finished p-lam panel at East side counter in 161 and clarified dimensions. See 3/A6.2
3. Added casework type “B27” to clarify with the sliding casework doors shown in elevations 6 & 9/A6.2
and 18/A7.4
4. Revised East elevation of Teaching Kitchen (10/A6.2) to provide required side approach door clearance
and revised location of the Ansul system box to fit in cabinet (21”W x24”H x 8” D)
5. Changed sink casework type in rooms 185 and 292 to “S21” in lieu of “S03” See elevations 23/A6.2 and
12/A6.4
6. Changed depth of shelving to 24” deep in lieu of 18” at back wall of rooms 249, 252, and 254 per owner
request. See A2.2B
7. Modified counters at coiling counter doors in Meds Rooms 275 and 276 to be 4” deep in lieu of 24” on
room side. See 1, 3, & 5/A6.4 and
8. Revised fireplace type and elevation in room 292, per returned fireplace submittal. See 12/A6.4.
9. Revised height of island soffit in Teaching Kitchen 163 per comments in submittal to provide minimum
bottom of hood dimension of 6’-8”. See A9.1B.
10. Add switch for control of sneeze guard lights as shown on revised sheet E4.1.
