The informative icon-driven control panel and printer drivers
feature easy-to-understand graphics. Symbols indicating the
type and amount of paper remaining in each drawer take
the guesswork out of programming jobs with special stocks.
Then, step back and let the Ricoh Aficio Color 5560 go to
work with paper-handling capabilities that will surpass your
expectations. The second and third paper trays and the Bypass
tray accept special stocks up to 12” x 18” for the creation of twopage full-bleed output. The Bypass tray handles up to 140 lb.
Index for the production of heavyweight covers, inserts and
signage. Run banks of tabs through the standard dual 550-sheet
user-adjustable paper trays — even print on tab extensions.
The dual 1,100-sheet Letter-size tandem tray can be converted
to hold 11” x 17” stocks for businesses with a greater demand
for printing spreadsheets, four-page brochures and other
oversized documents.
For truly high-volume environments, add the 4,000-sheet Large
Capacity Tray to boost maximum paper supply to 7,400 sheets for
uninterrupted productivity. Businesses with an increased need for
8.5” x 14” output can convert the LCT to Legal size for the efficient
production of contracts, insurance policies and financial documents.
The Finishing Touch
A wide selection of optional Finishers eliminates manual collation
