Frequently asked questions

The internal parts of the pump are compatible with most carpet cleaning chemicals, but susceptible to chemical attack from some cleaning substances, such as hydrocarbon solvents and chlorinated bleaches. Only use chemicals approved for use with this machine. Use of non-compatible chemicals may cause machine damage and will not be covered under the warranty. Carefully read ingredients on manufacture’s label before using any product in this machine.

Connect the priming hose to the solution fitting on the machine. Turn on the pump and run for 30 seconds or until a steady flow of water is coming out of the priming hose. Turn off the pump and disconnect the priming hose.

The shutoff float inside the vacuum tank will impede the vacuum flow when the vacuum tank is full. When this occurs, empty the vacuum tank by opening the dump valve and dispose of the waste in a proper manner.
