SOFTWARE CONFIGURATION GUIDE
For Veris Aerospond Wireless Sensors and the NWGWA2 Wireless Gateway
INTRODUCTION
This guide is intended to aid in the configuration of a wireless network that utilizes the Veris Aerospond NWGWA2 network wireless gateway with Veris Aerospond wireless
(Wi-Fi) temperature and humidity sensors. To configure a network, the user must first download the software from the Veris website, www.veris.com.
This software requires Java version 7 or higher to run correctly. Java must match the operating system format (32 or 64 bit).
CONFIGURATION
Getting Started
1. Before beginning the configuration, contact the building administrator or IT administrator. Provide the administrator a list of all device MAC addresses (printed on the
devices). In return, the admin must provide a unique IP address, gateway address, and subnet mask for each device, as well as the network name, network passphrase or
WEP, and the SSID.
2. Locate the link on the Veris website, www.veris.com, to download the software. Save the folder to the PC.
3. Open the folder and select the ACT_LAUNCHER.bat file.
