Watt with USB by Wagan Tech. With normal care and proper treatment it will provide years of reliable service. Please read all operating instructions carefully before use.

BASIC OPERATION:

1.

Make sure that you choose the right operating voltage for both input and output of the inverter.

2.

Connect power cord into inverter and plug the cigarette lighter plug into the receptacle of your vehicle. Put in fmnly to ensure good contact.

And the LED light will confmn that AC power is present.

3.

Insert the plug of your appliance into the AC socket at the side ofthe inverter.

4.

If the LED light is blinking, please refer to the chapter of troubleshooting.

5.

If the LED light is solid blue, you have 120 watt of power source for your

AC appliances.

6.

To power USB apparatus, plug USB connector into USB power port.

SPECIAL RECOMMENDATION:

1.

Unplug the inverter when it is not in use.

2.

Unplug the inverter when starting the vehicle's motor.

3.

If the blue LED light blinks, tum off your appliance, unplug the inverter, and restart the engine in your vehicle.

It is simply the low-battety warning when indicates that the voltage of your battety is getting low.

SAFETY PRECAUTION:

1.

Do not open the case of the inverter.

The high voltage inside the unit is the same type of power as your electrical outlets at home.

2.

Do not let the cord of the inverter or any appliances' cord restrict your driving.

If operating from a moving vehicle, we recommend that secure the inverter to prevent it from shifting around while the vehicle is in operation

3.

Be careful not to touch the tip of the cigarette lighter plug directly after usage. The plug may be hot and could cause minor burns.

4.

Do not operate this inverter in or around water. Water can damage the inverter, and water damage is not covered under warranty.

Also, do not operate the Inverter using wet hands.

The AC voltage of the unit makes If on electrical shock hazard if operated with wet hands.

5.

Do not connect the Inverter directly to another AC power source. Damage may result, and such damage will void the inverter's warranty.

6.

Know the wattage requirements of your appliance, only operate items which are 120 watts or less.

7.

Use common sense. This device produces power just like your wall outlets at home and should be treated seriously.

8.

BATTERY USE:

I. To avoid over-discharging your vehicle's battery, we recommend running your engine fix 10-20 minutes to recharge the vehicle's battery aller every 2-3 hours of operating the inverter.

2. I I' you choose to usc on adapter to connect the inverter directly to your battery terminals, it is important to connect the '+' wire to the '+' terminal and the' -' wire to the '-' terminal. If YOU CONNECT THE WI~S TO THE

INCQRRECT TERMINALS, YOU WILL REVERSE THE POLARITY

AND DAMAGE THE INVERTER. REVERSED POLARITY WILL

INSTANLY VOID THE WARRANTY OF YOUR INVERTER.

3. If you choose to operate a battery charger to replenish your battery's voltage.

be sure to disconnect the inverter lirst. Failure to disconnect the inverter prior to connecting a charger may result in on input spike which will damage the inverter.

4. Make sure the battery's voltage dose not exceed 16 volts DC.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

Irthe inverter does not app~ar to be functioning properly, there are several reasons why the inverter may not be responding:

Poor contact

Receptacle has no power

Fuse is blown

Battery voltage is too low

Shut down on overload

Thermal shutdown

Solution

Clean contact parts thoroughly

Check car fuse, replace damage fuse. Check receptacle wiring.

Repair if necessary.

The fuse is located inside the DC plug. Replace fuse with a fuse of equivalent value.

Start the engine to recharge the batterY, replace battery if needed.

Reduce the wattage of your load to lower than 120watt.

Under heavy loads for extended periods of time, the inverter will shutdown to prevent damage to

Low-battery shutdown excess heat. Simply· reduce your load and allow the inverter to cool down.

Recharge your battery and resume operation.

Corporation will, at its option, replaces or repair the defective part.
