A Group Administrator has administrative rights to a specific Group and can configure and manage any Department or User assigned to their Group.

To update your Enterprise Profile, hover over Profile and click “Contact Information”. Update your company info and Administrator Contact Information. Then click “Save”.

You can configure the scope of name dialing to redirect callers by name to any User in the Enterprise, Group, or Department. Select the correct toggle option based on your preference.

Account Codes are non-validated codes entered by the User before placing a call. Authorization Codes are validated codes required before placing a call, ensuring a valid code is entered for the call to connect.

To change a User's password, select the User from the dropdown menu, click 'Change Password', enter a pre-defined password or select the button to auto-generate, and then click 'Save'.
