C Trimming your Solar Cover

Lay your Solar Cover (not provided) on top of water.

IMPORTANT! Irregular shaped pools will need to have their Solar Covers folded at point of placement of wheels. The cover will unroll left and right of reel system and cross pole. Please allow six inches more material on length of cover to allow for a fold where straps will be attached to wind onto reel system (see illustrations above). Trim cover with scissors to fit shape of pool. Be sure to clear pool edge coping.

D Assembling your Pole Set

1. All pole sets consist of Aluminum Tube Sections

with grooves. There are two diameters of Tubing,

2.745 in. (small) and 2.920 in. (large). The smaller

tube nests into the larger tube by aligning the

grooves on each pole.

2. I tem #7551: Start the pole set with the Tube Plug

and three of the Plug Sleeves slid onto the Tube

Plug for a snug fit. Slide the Tube Plug with Plug

Sleeves into the first large Tube section. Follow with

a small Tube section, then a large tube section, and

end with a small Tube section. The end Tube Plug

will NOT need Plug Sleeves for a snug fit into the

smaller tubing.

3. Item #7552: Same as #7551 directions, only end

with a large Tube section and a Tube Plug with

three of the Plug Sleeves slid onto the end Tube

Plug for a snug fit into the larger tubing.

E Securing your Pole Set

1. Loosely assemble all tube sections together. Slide

excess width into adjoining tubes, dividing it up as

equally as possible.

Note: You must have a minimum of 9 in. of

overlap in each tube!

2. Measure the width across the pool from plug

surface to plug surface.

3. Adjust the total length of the pole set to fit the span.

4. Secure each Tube with a Self-Drilling SS Screw into

each adjoining tube within the indented groove

area. Drill each screw 3 in. in from the tube end

where there is an overlap.

5. Attach the tube assembly with Tubing Plugs into

the Base Mount and check for fit.

6. When all is OK, drill the remaining screws into

each groove at each end of the overlapped poles.

You should have 3 screws on each tube end where

there is an overlap.
