STRICTLY OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES IN ORDER TO USE THE

PRODUCT PROPERLY AND AVOID POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS ACCIDENTS.

STEP 1 Read and understand all steps in the instructions before starting the installation. Park the motorcycle on a hard, level surface and turn off the ignition.

STEP 2 Remove the two 1/4-20 screws holding the clamp halves together; set them aside for now, they will be reused.

Küryakyn warrants that any Küryakyn products sold hereunder, shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one

(1) year from the date of purchase by the consumer excepting the following provisions:

● Küryakyn shall have no obligation in the event the customer is unable to provide a receipt showing the date the customer purchased the product(s).

● The product must be properly installed, maintained and operated under normal conditions.

● Küryakyn makes no warranty, expressed or implied, with respect to any gold plated products.

● Küryakyn shall not be liable for any consequential and incidental damages, including labor and paint, resulting from failure of a

Küryakyn product, failure to deliver, delay in delivery, delivery in nonconforming condition, or for any breech of contract or duty between

Küryakyn and a customer.

● Küryakyn products are often intended for use in specific applications. Küryakyn makes no warranty if a Küryakyn product is used in applications other than intended.

● Küryakyn electrical products are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase by the consumer. L.E.D.’S contained in components of

Küryakyn products will be warranted for defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years from the date of purchase where as all other components shall be warranted for one(1) year.

This includes, but is not limited to; control modules, wiring, chrome & other components.

● Küryakyn makes no warranty of any kind in regard to other manufacturer¹s products distributed by Küryakyn. Küryakyn will pass on all warranties made by the manufacturer and where possible, will expedite the claim on behalf of the customer, but ultimately, responsibility for disposition of the warranty claim lies with the manufacturer.

STEP 3 Position the top half of the clamp on the top of the swingarm (PIC 1) secure the bottom half to the top using the 1/4-20 screws removed in Step 2.

ATTENTION! The license plate mount may scratch or mar the surface it is being attached to. Küryakyn is not liable for damage as a result of the

installation product.

STEP 4 Attach the License Plate Mount (sold separately) to the Swingarm clamp using the supplied 5/16”-18 X 3/4” SHCS.

STEP 5 Adjust the plate to desired position and tighten all fasteners.

CAUTION! Be sure there is adequate clearance between the clamp and the pulley

ATTENTION! It is the installer’s responsibility to ensure that all of the fasteners (including tightened operation of the motorcycle. Küryakyn will not issue a warranty on components lost due to improper installation. Periodic maintenance

STEP 6 Remove the stock license plate mount assembly from the stock location.

STEP 7 Test fit the Chrome mount covers, one cover will fit best over the license plate light and the other with fit best over the stock license plate mounting holes.

ATTENTION! The adhesive will not bond correctly if applied at temperatures less than 50°F. Do not attempt this installation in temperatures less than 50°F.

STEP 8 Clean the mounting areas with the supplied alcohol pads.

ATTENTION! Ensure the area of installation is free of grease, oil, dirt or other debris to ensure proper

STEP 9 Rub the adhesive backing on the covers to activate the adhesive. Remove the adhesive backing and apply the covers. Press and hold the covers in place for one minute, full bonding strength will

occur
