Frequently asked questions

Check the engine oil level using the dipstick. The oil level should be level with the bottom of the oil filler neck. Be sure the machine is level when checking the oil level. (Refer to the engine's operating manual included with machine.)

We recommend that the oil be changed after the first 5 hours of use, then once every 50 hours. Do not run the engine with high or low oil levels as this will cause engine damage.

Use detergent designed specifically for pressure washers. Fill a container with pressure washer detergent. Place the filter end of detergent suction tube into the detergent container. With the engine running, pull the trigger to operate the machine. Liquid detergent is drawn into the machine and mixed with water. Apply detergent to work area. Do not allow detergent to dry on surface.

Always store your pressure washer in a location where the temperature will not fall below 32°F (0°C). The pump in this machine is susceptible to permanent damage if frozen. FREEZE DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY.
