From 5 am to midnight, after collecting your luggage, contact
PORTO PARIS LDA. on 800 206 852 (toll-free number) from a public
telephone located in the “Arrivals” Hall.
After you call, the Citroën Euro Pass representative will come to
greet you and will accompany you in a shuttle bus to the your
vehicle upon presentation of flight details or with an pick-up center.
You can only pick up your vehicle (even before or after opening
hours) with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in

Les informations, procédures et formalités vous seront
communiquées par téléphone au moment de la prise de rendezvous. Bureau de restitution : Porto Paris Lda. – Rua C, edificio 125,

Le retour à l’aéroport est assuré par navette au plus près
des zones « Départ ».
Restitutions uniquement sur rendez-vous confirmé 4 jours
