Guida per l!installazione

1. Introduzione

La centrale di comando BIOS2 ECO è indicata per le installazioni a 1 o 2 ante battenti con motori 230 Vac con potenza massima di 700W. Il quadro di comando dotato di display permette una regolazione precisa della forza di spinta delle ante. È possibile regolare il ritardo della seconda anta da menu.

La centrale può memorizzare 1000 trasmettitori con la funzione passo a passo, pedonale, apri e chiudi. È dotata di ingressi per fotocellula interna ed esterna, possibilità di collegare pulsanti per il passo passo, il pedonale, apri, chiudi e lo stop. Le uscite comprendono un lampeggiante a 230 Vac, elettroserratura e luce di cortesia/spia cancello aperto con scheda aggiuntiva R2 (non compresa) con contatto pulito 230 Vac 5A max/30 Vdc 5A max, alimentazione accessori 24 Vdc.

ATTENZIONE: NON INSTALLARE IL QUADRO DI COMANDO SENZA AVER PRIMA LETTO LE ISTRUZIONI !!!

L"INSTALLAZIONE DEVE ESSERE EFFETTUATA SOLO DA PERSONALE QUALIFICATO

Per un corretto funzionamento dell"automazione, è assolutamente indispensabile l"uso dei fermi meccanici in apertura e in chiusura.

ALIMENTAZIONE

Collegare il cavo di alimentazione tra i morsetti 1 e 2 della centralina.

Alimentazione 230 Vac 50Hz

Non collegare la scheda direttamente alla rete elettrica ma prevedere un dispositivo che possa assicurare la disconnessione onnipolare dall!alimentazione della centralina.

USCITA MOTORE 1

Collegare il comune del motore 1 al morsetto 5 della centralina.

Collegare la fase 1 del motore 1 al morsetto 3 della centralina.

Collegare la fase 2 del motore 1 al morsetto 4 della centralina.

USCITA MOTORE 2

Collegare il comune del motore 2 al morsetto 8 della centralina.

Collegare la fase 1 del motore 2 al morsetto 6 della centralina.

Collegare la fase 2 del motore 2 al morsetto 7 della centralina.

Collegare all!uscita MOTORE 1 l!anta che va in battuta e a cui è collegata un!eventuale elettroserratura. Il MOTORE 1 viene attivato sempre per primo in apertura, e per secondo in chiusura.

In caso di non utilizzo portare il DIP PH2 su ON.

Collegare il contatto NORMALMENTE CHIUSO della fotocellula (PHOTO 1) tra i morsetti 14 e

20 della centralina.

In caso di non utilizzo portare il DIP PH1 su ON.

Funzionamento:

- Chiusura: ferma il moto del cancello ed attende che il fascio venga liberato, quindi riparte in apertura.

- Apertura: ferma il moto del cancello ed attende che il fascio venga liberato, quindi riparte in apertura.

Funzionamento:

- Chiusura: immediata inversione del moto.

- Apertura: non interviene durante il moto.

Collegare il contatto NORMALMENTE CHIUSO dello STOP tra i morsetti 15 e 20 della centralina.

In caso di non utilizzo portare il DIP STOP su ON.

Collegare il pulsante OPEN tra i morsetti 16 e 20 della centralina.

Collegare il cavo di segnale dell!antenna al morsetto 22 e la massa dell!antenna al morsetto

21 della centralina.

La presenza di parti metalliche o di umidità nei muri potrebbe avere influenze negative sulla portata del sistema, si consiglia pertanto di evitare il posizionamento dell!antenna ricevente e/o i trasmettitori in prossimità di oggetti metallici voluminosi, vicino al suolo o per terra.

4. Apprendimento trasmettitori

4.1 Apprendimento di un trasmettitore

Il primo tasto memorizzato esegue la funzione di PASSO PASSO (apertura e chiusura del cancello), il secondo tasto la funzione di apertura pedonale, il terzo tasto la funzione OPEN e il quarto CLOSE.

La centrale esce dalla modalità apprendimento se dopo 10 secondi non riceve un nuovo tasto o trasmettitore.

Assicurarsi di essere fuori dai menu, premere il tasto UP[+]

Sul display appare la scritta tCF" e il lampeggiante si accende fisso

Premere un tasto del trasmettitore

Se si vogliono memorizzare altri tasti o nuovi radiocomandi ripetere la procedura.

Sul display appare la scritta fqp

Se il trasmettitore era già memorizzato appare la scritta Hpf"

Dopo 2 secondi il display mostra la posizione di memoria in cui il trasmettitore è stato memorizzato, ad esempio

4.2 Apprendimento con il tasto nascosto di un trasmettitore già appreso

Con il tasto nascosto di un trasmettitore è possibile entrare in modalità apprendimento per memorizzare altri tasti o nuovi radiocomandi.

A cancello fermo premere con l!aiuto di una graffetta il tasto nascosto di un radiocomando già appreso, la centrale segnale l!entrata in apprendimento con l!accensione del lampeggiante, ora è possibile memorizzare altri tasti uno alla volta, o un nuovo trasmettitore.

4.3 Cancellazione di un singolo trasmettitore

Entrare in modalità apprendimento con il tasto UP[+] o con il tasto nascosto di un trasmettitore già appreso (vedi 5.1 o 5.2).

Premere contemporaneamente il tasto nascosto e il tasto 1 del trasmettitore da cancellare.

Il lampeggiante lampeggia 4 volte e a display compare la scritta

5 Apprendimento corse

Per un corretto funzionamento dell"automazione, è assolutamente indispensabile l"uso dei fermi meccanici in apertura e in chiusura.

5.1 Apprendimento corse facilitato (parametro NuK"

ΠR")

Collegare all!uscita MOTORE 1 l!anta che va in battuta e a cui è collegata un!eventuale elettroserratura. Il MOTORE 1 viene attivato sempre per primo in apertura, e per secondo in chiusura. In questa procedura è necessario fornire i punti di finecorsa con un comando passo passo (SS).

Attenzione: in caso di intervento di un dispositivo di sicurezza, la procedura viene arrestata e appare a display la scritta

Premere il tasto Passo Passo per ricominciare l!apprendimento dal punto 2.

In questa procedura è necessario fornire anche i punti di inizio rallentamento con un comando passo passo (SS).

Per entrare nel menu base mantenere premuto il tasto MENU per almeno un secondo

Per entrare nel menu avanzato mantenere premuto il tasto MENU per almeno 5 secondi

È possibile passare tra le voci di menu utilizzando i tasti UP[+] e DOWN[-],

Per modificare il parametro mantenere premuto il tasto MENU per almeno 1 s fino a che il valore inizia a lampeggiare, quindi rilasciare il tasto

Utilizzare i tasti UP[+] e DOWN[-] per modificare il parametro

Al termine premere MENU per almeno 1s per salvare la modifica.

Per uscire da un menu è sufficiente una breve pressione del tasto MENU.

6.3 Descrizione menu:

6.3.1 Menu base

vEN"Tempo di richiusura automatica

Attiva a cancello fermo nella posizione di apertura totale, il cancello richiude dopo aver atteso il tempo vEN. In questa fase il display mostra con il trattino lampeggiante, che negli ultimi 10 secondi viene sostituito dal conto allo rovescia. vvt"Tempo di richiusura dopo il transito

Se durante l!apertura o nella permanenza di apertura il fascio delle fotocellule è stato oscurato e poi liberato, il cancello richiude dopo aver atteso il tempo vvt una volta raggiunta la posizione di apertura totale, in questa fase il display mostra con il trattino lampeggiante, che negli ultimi

10 secondi viene sostituito dal conto alla rovescia.

Vts"Forza motore

Regolare la coppia fornita dal motore per assicurare il corretto funzionamento dell!automazione, è possibile regolare la percentuale di coppia da un minimo di 10% a un massimo di 100%.Si consiglia dopo la regolazione del parametro di eseguire una movimentazione completa di apertura e chiusura per verificare il corretto funzionamento.

La centrale dispone di 2 tipi di rallentamenti: uno standard e uno a velocità e coppia più alti, adatto a cancelli particolarmente pesanti.

Tipico funzionamento Step by Step. Durante la movimentazione una pressione di SS comporta l!arresto del cancello.

Funzionamento alternato con STOP in apertura. Durante la movimentazione di apertura una pressione di SS comporta l!arresto del cancello.

L!utente non ha modo di fermare il cancello con il comando di SS.

Il comando SS, qualora presente, comanda solo l!apertura completa dell!automazione. Se il comando persiste a cancello aperto, si attenderà il rilascio prima di iniziare l!eventuale temporizzazione per la richiusura automatica (se attiva), un! ulteriore pressione e rilascio di un comando di

Passo Passo in questa fase fa ripartire il timer della richiusura automatica.

Come condominiale con timer (punto precedente) ma con la possibilità di chiudere manualmente con un comando di passo-passo.

Ogni movimentazione inizia a coppia ridotta. Adatto a cancelli leggeri. fN{"Ritardo seconda anta

Permette di definire lo sfasamento tra le ante allo scopo di evitare che si accavallino durante il moto; lo sfasamento è uguale tra apertura e chiusura.

In caso di impostazione del valore 0 lo sfasamento verrà tolto dalla centrale, Attenzione pericolo di accavallamento ante.

NUK"Ampiezza rallentamento

Con questo parametro è possibile definire l!ampiezza dei rallentamenti ed eventualmente la loro esclusione (NUK=0). Nel caso si desideri avere rallentamenti più precisi o diversi per ciascuna direzione/anta, è possibile impostare il parametro NUK su R (personalizzati) ed eseguire l!apprendimento corsa specificando i punti di inizio rallentamento desiderati. cuN"Antislittamento

Parametro per compensare un eventuale slittamento del motore, vengono aggiunti cuN secondi ai tempi di movimentazione per assicurare la completa movimentazione delle ante in ogni situazione. pOv"Numero motori

Parametro per impostare il numero di motori, le operazioni di apprendimento e le modalità di funzionamento verranno modificate a seconda del valore di questo parametro.

6.3.2 Menu avanzato

L!apertura pedonale è una movimentazione attivabile solo a partire da cancello completamente chiuso. Il parametro imposta l!apertura come percentuale della corsa della prima anta. vr.t. Tempo di prelampeggio

Lampeggio preventivo alla movimentazione, eseguito in entrambe le direzioni, la cui durata è definita dal parametro vr.t. hE.{. Configurazione luce di cortesia

Sono selezionabili diverse modalità per l!uscita luce di cortesia:

Nella modalità uomo presente il cancello muove esclusivamente finché il comando è presente; al rilascio l!automazione si pone in stop.

I comandi abilitati sono OPEN e CLOSE. Sono inattivi SS e PED. In modalità uomo presente sono disabilitate tutte le operazioni automatiche, comprese le brevi o totali inversioni. Tutte le sicurezze sono disabilitate tranne lo STOP.

Jc.q. Colpo d!ariete in apertura e attivazione elettroserratura

Questa funzione è legata all!uso dell!elettroserratura. Consiste nel premere brevemente contro il fermo meccanico di chiusura, con elettroserratura attiva, per permetterne il disinnesto. Da menu è possibile determinare la durata della pressione sul fermo meccanico da un minimo di 0,1s ad un massimo di 10s.

La sequenza di operazioni che la centrale esegue prima di un!apertura a partire da cancello completamente chiuso è la seguente:

attivazione del motore in chiusura con coppia massima. La durata della pressione è determinata dal tempo impostato da menu inversione del moto in apertura con mantenimento dell!elettroserratura attiva per 2s.

Nel caso il cancello parta da posizione diversa dalla chiusura totale, la centrale attiva comunque l!eletroserratura.

Jc.e. Colpo d!ariete in chiusura

Funzione legata all!uso dell!elettroserratura. La centrale, una volta che il cancello ha raggiunto il fermo meccanico di chiusura, esegue una pressione sul fermo meccanico, di durata Jc.e. secondi, per innestare l!elettroserratura. or.t. Pressione in chiuso per motori idraulici

Funzione per il mantenimento della pressione dei motori idraulici, eseguita solo a cancello chiuso, la centrale attiva i motori in chiusura per un minuto ogni or.t. minuti al fine di mantenere la pressione all!interno dei motori e quindi la corretta posizione di chiusura totale. vt.U. Visualizzazione posizione di memoria singolo trasmettitore

Accedendo alla voce vt.U. è possibile visualizzare la posizione di memoria in cui un trasmettitore è stato memorizzato.

Per eseguire la funzione accedere alla voce vt.U. quindi confermare con la pressione prolungata del tasto MENU. Mantenere premuto finché il display stampa , rilasciare il tasto.

A questo punto premere un pulsante del trasmettitore memorizzato (non attiva alcun comando). Il display mostra:

la posizione nella memoria per 2 secondi, se era stato memorizzato;

la scritta per 2 secondi, se non era stato memorizzato.

Trascorsi i 2 secondi il display torna alla schermata e sarà possibile eseguire la funzione con un altro trasmettitore.

Per uscire dalla funzione premere il tasto MENU, altrimenti dopo 15 secondi senza trasmissioni la centrale esce dalla funzione mostrando a display la scritta vt.E. Cancellazione singolo trasmettitore.

Accedendo alla voce vt.E. è possibile cancellare dalla memoria un singolo trasmettitore memorizzato.

Per eseguire la funzione accedere alla voce vt.E. quindi confermare con la pressione prolungata del tasto MENU. Mantenere premuto finché il display stampa il valore 0, rilasciare il tasto. Selezionare la posizione nella memoria del trasmettitore. Premere e mantenere premuto il tasto MENU finché il display stampa , rilasciare il tasto.

1. Introduction

The control unit BIOS2 ECO is particularly indicated for the installation of 1 or 2 wing gates with 230 Vac motors with maximum power absorbed of

700W.The control unit equipped with a display that allows a precise regulation of the thrust of the gate. It is also possible to adjust the delay in closure of the second wing in the base settings menu. The control unit can memorize up to 1000 transmitters with the external memory, with the step by step, pedestrian, open and close functions. It is supplied with inputs for internal and external photocells, possibility to connect the buttons for step by step, pedestrian, open, close and stop. The outputs include a 230 Vac flashing light, electrical lock and courtesy light/open gate light by the expansion card

R2 (not supplied) with dry contacts 230 Vac 5A max/30 Vdc 5A max, 24 Vdc accessories power supply.

ATTENTION: DO NOT INSTALL THE CONTROL UNIT WITHOUT READING THE INSTRUCTIONS FIRST !!!

THE INSTALLATION SHOULD BE PERFORMED ONLY BY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL.

Connect the power supply cable between clamp

Do not connect the card directly to the electric network. Put a device which can ensure the disconnection of each pole from the power supply of the control unit.

4.1 Learning of one transmitter

The 1st memorized key performs the STEP by STEP function (opening and closing of the gate), the 2 nd

key performs the pedestrian opening, the 3 key performs the OPEN function, 4 th

key performs the CLOSE function. rd

The control unit exits from the learning phase if no new key or trasnmitter command is given in 10 seconds.

With the hidden key of a transmitter it is possible to enter the learning phase in order to memorize new keys or new transmitters.

With the automation still, with the aid of a clip press the hidden button of an already memorized transmitter, the flashing light lights on, now it is possible to memorize new keys or transmitters.

4.3 Cancellation of one transmitter

Enter the learning phase with the UP[+] button or with the hidden key of a memorized transmitter (see 5.1 or 5.2).

Press in the same time the hidden key and 1 st

key of the transmitter that you want to cancel.

Adjust the motor torque to ensure a correct functioning of the gate, it is possible to adjust the percentage of torque between 10% to 100%. The control unit has 2 different type of slowing downs : standard or with higher torque and speed, for heavier gates.

With this parameter it is possible to adjust the amplitude of the slowing down and eventually disable it (NUK=0). If you need more precise or different slowing down between opening and closing it is possible to set the parameter NUK on R (personalized) and perform an advanced learning of strokes

This parameter is used if the motor slips, the control unit adds cuN seconds to movimentation to ensure a complete movements of the wings also in the worst condition. pOv"Number of motors

The enabled commands are OPEN and CLOSE. SS and PED are disabled. During dead man functioning all the automatic movements are disabled, like short or total inversions. All safety devices are disabled except for STOP.

Jc.q. Water-hammer and elecrtical lock in opening phase

This functioning is used with an electrical lock. The gate before opening closes shortly on the mechanical stop with the electrical lock activated, to ensure the correct declutching. The parameter is the time of pressure on the mechanical stop before opening, settable from 0.1s to 10 s.

This functioning is used with an electrical lock. When the gate reaches the closing mechanical stop the control unit perform a strong pressure, Jc.e. seconds long, to ensure the locking of the electrical lock. or.t. Time of pressure in closed position for hydraulic motors

This function is used to keep high the pressure of hydraulic motors, done only with closed gate, the control unit performs 1 minute of closing every or.t. minutes to keep high the pressure into the motors and the correct closed position. vt.U. Viewing of the memory position for a single transmitter

With the item of the menu vt.U. it is possible to view the memory location in which a transmitter is memorized.

To perform the function, move to vt.U. and then confirm by pressing the button MENU. Keep pressed MENU button untill the display will show

At this point press a button of the memorized transmitter (it does not active any command). The display shows:

Guide pour l’installation

1. Introduction

L’armoire de commande BIOS2 ECO est un appareil approprié pour les installations à 1 ou 2 battants avec moteurs 230 Vac avec puissance maximum de 700W. Le tableau de contrôle équipé d’afficheur permet un réglage précis de la force de poussée des battants. Il est possible de régler le retard du deuxième battant grâce au menu. La centrale peut mémoriser 1000 émetteurs avec la fonction pas à pas, piéton, ouvre et ferme. Elle est

équipée des entrées pour photocellule interne et externe, possibilité de brancher des boutons pour le pas à pas, le piéton, ouvre, ferme le stop. Les sorties incluent un clignotant à 230 Vac, une serrure électrique et lumière de courtoisie/zone/voyant portail ouvert avec carte additionnelle R2 (pas comprise) avec contact sec 230 Vac 5A max/30 Vdc 5A max, alimentation accessoires 24 Vdc.

4. Apprentissage émetteurs

4.1 Apprentissage d’un émetteur

La première touche mémorisée exécute la fonction de PAS A PAS (ouverture et fermeture du portail), le deuxième la fonction d’ouverture piéton, la troisième la fonction OUVRE et la quatrième FERME.

La centrale sort de la modalité apprentissage si après 10 secondes ne reçoit pas une nouvelle touche ou émetteur.

S’assurer d’être au de hors des menu, appuyer sur la touche UP[+]

Sur l’écran le mot apparait et e le clignotant s’allume fixe

Appuyer sur une touche de l’émetteur

Sur l’écran apparait le mot apparait.

Si l’émetteur était déjà mémorisé le mot apparait.

Si on veut mémoriser des autres touches ou des nouvelles télécommandes répéter la procédure.

4.2 Apprentissage par la touche cachée d’un émetteur déjà appris

Avec la touche cachée d’un émetteur déjà appris , il est possible d’entrer en modalité apprentissage pour mémoriser des autres touches ou de nouvelles télécommandes. Quand le portail est arrêté appuyer par l’aide d’une agrafe la touche cachée un émetteur déjà appris la centrale indique le début de l’apprentissage avec l’allumage du clignotant, maintenant il est possible de mémoriser des autres touches ou un nouveau émetteur.

4.3 Effacement d’un seul émetteur

Entrer en modalité d’apprentissage avec la touche UP[+] ou avec la touche cachée d’un émetteur déjà appris (voir 5.1 o 5.2).

Appuyer au même temps la touche cachée et la touche 1 de l’émetteur à effacer.

Le clignotant clignote 4 fois et sur l’écran il apparait le message:

Permet de définir le décalage entre les battants pour éviter qu’ils se superposent pendant le mouvement; le décalage est égal entre l'ouverture et la fermeture. En cas de réglage de la valeur 0, le déphasage ne sera pas activé par la centrale. Attention, il y a un risque de chevauchement des

battants.

NUK"Amplitude ralentissement

Avec ce paramètre, il est possible de définir l’amplitude des ralentissements et éventuellement leu exclusion (NUK=0). Au cas où on désire des ralentissements plus précis ou différents pour chaque direction/battant, il est possible de régler le paramètre NUK sur R (personnalisés) et exécuter l’apprentissage de la course en spécifiant les points de début ralentissements désirés. cuN"Anti-glisse

Jc.q. Coup de bélier en ouverture et activation électro serrure

Cette fonction est liée à l’utilisation de l’électro serrure . Consiste en appuyer brièvement contre la butée mécanique de fermeture, avec électro serrure activée, pour permettre la disjonction. Par le menu il est possible de déterminer la durée de la pression sur la butée d’un minimum de 0,1s jusqu’à un maximum de 10s.

La séquence d’opérations que la centrale exécute avant d’un ouverture à partir du portail complètement fermé est la suivante:

Fonction liée à l’utilisation de l’électro serrure. Le centrale, une fois que le portail à atteint le butée mécanique de fermeture, exécute une pression sur la butée mécanique de la durée Jc.e. secondes , pour activer l’électo serrure. or.t. Pression en fermé pour moteurs hydrauliques

Fonction pour le maintien de la pression des moteurs hydrauliques, exécutée seulement à portail fermé, la centrale active les moteurs en fermeture pour un minute chaque or.t. minutes pour maintenir la pression à l’intérieur des moteurs et donc la correcte position de fermeture totale. vt.U. Affichage de la position de chaque émetteur dans la mémoire

En accédant à l’option vt.U. il est possible de visualiser la position dans la mémoire dans la quelle un émetteur a été mémorisé.

Pour effectuer la fonction, accédez à l’option vt.U. - puis validez en appuyant sur le bouton MENU. Gardez appuyé jusqu'à ce que sur l'écran apparait

, ensuite relâchez le bouton.

A ce point, appuyez sur un bouton de l'émetteur mémorisé (il n’active aucune commande). Sur l'écran apparaissent:

En accédant à l’option vt.E. il est possible d’effacer de la mémoire un émetteur individuel mémorisé.

Pour effectuer la fonction, accédez à l’option vt.E. -puis validez en appuyant sur le bouton MENU. Gardez appuyé jusqu'à ce que sur l'écran apparait la valeur 0, ensuite relâchez le bouton. Sélectionnez l'emplacement dans la mémoire du transmetteur. Appuyez et gardez appuyé la touche MENU jusqu'à ce que à l'écran apparait , ensuite relâchez la touche.

Pour quitter la fonction, appuyez sur la touche MENU. Si à l’écran apparait l’écriture , cela signifie qu’il pourrait y avoir des problèmes avec la mémoire (par exemple, l'emplacement est vide ou la mémoire déconnectée) . fg.h. Réinitialisations valeurs de défaut

En accédant à l’entrée fg.h. du MENU PARAMETRI il est possible de retourner à la configuration d’usine de la centrale. La réintialisation concerne tous le paramètres du menu de base et du menu avancé tandis que n’agit pas sur les amplitudes des courses programmées, sur la direction des moteurs et sur les émetteurs appris. Pour exécuter la réinitialisation accéder à l’entrée fg.h. donc confirmer avec la pression prolongée de la touche

MENU. Maintenir appuyé jusqu’ à l’afficheur imprime la valeur 0, relâcher la touche .Maintenir appuyé de nouveau la touche MENU, part un compte au rebours f:2,f9;,…,f23"vgtokpë"ngswgnôterminé lequel la réinitialisation est exécutée et est affichée sur l’écran vt.h. Effacement de tous les émetteurs

En accédant à l’entrée vt.h. du MENU il est possible d’effacer tous les émetteurs appris.

Pour exécuter la réinitialisation accéder à l’entrée vt.h. Donc confirmer par la pression prolongée de la touche MENU. Maintenir appuyée jusqu’à ce que l’afficheur imprime la valeur 0, relâcher la touche. Maintenir appuyé de nouveau la touche MENU, part un compte au rebours f:2,f9;,…,f23" terminé lequel la réinitialisation est exécutée et sur l’afficheur est visualisé

Consignes de sécurité

Éviter de faire passer les câbles de liaison des commandes, des sécurités et des entrées près des câbles d’alimentation de la borne 230V et du moteur.

Certains points de la borne 230V sont soumis à tensions dangereuses. L’installation et la programmation de l’armoire de commande doivent être effectuées seulement par du personnel qualifié.

Prévoir l’utilisation d’un moyen de déconnexion omnipolaire de l’alimentation de l’armoire de commande qui peut être:

1. Introducción

El cuadro de mando BIOS2 ECO es indicado para la instalación de 1 o 2 hojas a batiente con motores 230 Vac con potencia máxima de 700W. EI cuadro de mando es equipado con un display que permite una regulación exacta de la fuerza de empuje de las hojas. Es posible regular el retraso de la segunda hoja desde el menú. La central puede memorizar 1000 mandos con la función paso-paso, peatonal, abre y cierra. Ademas, tiene una entrada para fotocélula interna y externa, posibilidad de conectar pulsador para el paso-paso, peatonal, abre, cierre y stop. Las salidas comprende un destellante a 230 Vac, electrocerradura y luz de cortesía/zona/luz indicadora cancela abierta con tarjeta adicional R2 (no incluída) con contacto limpio

4. Aprendizaje mandos

4.1 Aprendizaje de un mando

La primer tecla memorizada realiza la función de PASO PASO (apertura y cierre de la cancela), la segunda tecla la función de apertura peatonal, la tercer tecla la función OPEN y la cuarta CLOSE.

La central sale de la modalidad aprendizaje si luego 10 segundos no recibe una nueva tecla o mando.

En el display aparece la inscripción  y el intermitente se enciende fijo

4.2 Aprendizaje con la tecla escondida de un mando ya memorizado

Con la tecla escondida de un mando es posible entrar en modalidad aprendizaje para memorizar otras teclas o nuevos mandos.

Con la cancela parada presionar con la ayuda de una grapa la tecla escondida de un mando ya memorizado, la centralita indica la entrada en aprendizaje con el encendido del intermitente, ahora es posible memorizar otras teclas una a la vez, o un nuevo mando.

4.3 Borrado de un único mando

Entrar en la modalidad aprendizaje con la tecla UP[+] o con la tecla escondida de un mando ya memorizado (ver 5.1 o 5.2). Presionar contemporáneamente la tecla escondida y la tecla 1 del mando que se tiene que cancelar.

El intermitente destella 4 veces y en el display aparece la inscripción

5 Aprendizaje recorrido

Para un correcto funcionamiento del automatismo, es absolutamente indispensable el uso de los paros mecánicos en apertura y en cierre.

5.1 Aprendizaje recorrido facilitado (parámetro

Conectar la salida MOTOR 1 la hoja que va al tope y a la cual es conectada una eventual electrocerratura. El MOTOR 1 es activado siempre antes en apertura, y luego el cierre. En este procedimiento es necesario suministrar los puntos de final de carrera con un mando paso paso (SS).

Desbloquear los motores, llevar las hojas a mitad del recorrido y blocar nuovamente los motores

Para un correcto funcionamiento del automatismo, es absolutamente indispensable usar los paros mecánicos en apertura y en cierre.

5.2 Aprendizaje recorrido avanzado (parámetro = )

Conectar la salida MOTOR 1 la hoja que va a tope y a la cual se ha conectado un eventual electrocerradura. El MOTOR 1 siempre se activa primero en apertura y luego en cierre. En este proceso es necesario suministrar también los puntos de inicio deceleraciones con un mando paso paso (SS).

Desblocar los motores, llevar las hojas a mitad del recorrido y desblocar los motores

La hoja 2 se para, luego 2 segundos la cancela se cierra con las regulaciones de defasaje hojas reguladas de menú y deceleración regulados durante el aprendizaje. Con la cancela cerrada el aprendizaje es completado.

Cuidado: en el caso de intervención de un dispositivo de seguridad, el procedimiento se detiene y aparece en el display la palabra

Presionar la tecla Paso Paso para iniciar nuevamente el aprendizaje desde el punto 2.

6. Menú

Ejemplo Menu base

Entrada en los menú:

Para entrar en el menú base mantener presionada la tecla MENU por al menos un segundo

Para entrar en el menú avanzado mantener presionada la tecla MENU por al menos 5 segundos

Navegación en los menú:

Es posible pasar entre las voces de menú usando las teclas UP[+] y DOWN[-],

Para modificar el parámetro mantener presionada la tecla MENU por al menos 1 s hasta que el valor inicia a destellar, a este punto liberar la tecla

Usar las teclas UP[+] y DOWN[-] para modificar el parámetro

Al fin presionar MENU por al menos 1s para memorizar las modificaciones.

Para salir de un menú es suficiente una breve presión de la tecla MENU.

6.3 Descripción menú:

6.3.1 Menú básico

Tiempo de cerradura automática

Activa con cancela parada en la posición de apertura total, la cancela se cierra luego de haber esperado el tiempo . En esta fase el display muestra con el guión destellante, que en los últimos 10 segundos es sustituido de la cuenta hacia atrás.

Tiempo de cerradura luego el tránsito

Si durante la apertura o en la partida de apertura el haz de las fotocélulas ha sido oscurecido y luego liberado, la cancela se cierra luego de haber esperado el tiempo  una vez alcanzado la posición de apertura total, en esta fase el display muestra con el guión destellante, que en los últimos 10 segundos es sustituido de la cuenta hacia atrás.

Fuerza motor

Regular el par suministrado del motor para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento del automatismo, es posible regular el porcentual de par de un mínimo de 10% a un máximo de 100%. Se aconseja luego la regulación del parámetro realizar un movimiento complete de apertura y cierre para controlar el correcto funcionamiento.

Modalidad deceleración

La central dispone de 2 tipos de deceleración: uno standard y uno con velocidad y par más altos, adapto para cancelas muy pesadas.

Configuración paso paso (SS)



= 0 Normal (AP-ST-CH-ST-AP-ST-CH-…)

Tipico funcionamiento Step by Step. Durante el movimiento una presión de SS comporta la detención de la cancela.



= 1 Alternado STOP (AP-ST-CH-AP-ST-CH-…)

Funcionamiento alternado con STOP en apertura. Durante el movimiento de apertura una presión de SS comporta la detención de la cancela.



= 2 Alternato (AP-CH-AP-CH-…)

El usuario no tiene de parar la cancela con el mando de SS.





Enviando el mando SS se obtiene la inmediata inversión de la marcha.

= 3 Comunitaria – timer

El mando SS, en el caso sea presente, manda solo la apertura completa del automatismo. Si el mando persiste con cancela abierta, se espera la liberación antes de iniciar la eventual temporización para la cerradura automática (si ha sido activada), una sucesiva presión a liberar un mando de Paso Paso en esta fase hace repartir el timer de la cerradura automática.

= 4 Comunitaria con cerradura inmediata

Como comunitaria con timer (punto antecedente) pero con la posibilidad de cerrar manualmente con un mando de paso-paso.

Soft start

Cada desplazamiento inicia con par reducida. Adapto para cancelas livianas.

Retraso segunda hoja

Permite definir el defasaje entre las hojas con la finalidad de evitar que se sobreponen durante el movimiento; el defasaje es igual en la apertura y en el cierre. En el caso de regulación del valor 0 el defasaje se quitará de la central. Cuidado peligro de sobreposición de las hojas.

Amplitud deceleración

Con este parámetro es posible definir la amplitud de las deceleraciones y eventualmente su exclusión (=0). En el caso se desee tener decelaraciones más precisas o diferentes para cada una de las direcciones/hojas, es posible regular el parámetro  en  (personalizados) y realizar el aprendizaje recorrido y los puntos de inicio deceleración deseados.

Antideslizamiento

Parámetro para compensar un eventual deslizamiento del motor, son agregados  segundos a los tiempos de movimento para asegurar la completa movimentación de las hojas en cada situación.

Número motores

Parámetro para regular el número de motores, las operaciones de aprendizaje y las modalidades de funcionamiento seran modificadas segun el valor de este parámetro.

6.3.2 Menú avanzado

.. Apertura peatonal

La apertura peatonal es un desplazamiento que se puede activar solo con la cancela completamente cerrada. El parámetro regula la apertura como porcentual del recorrido de la primera hoja.

.. Tiempo de predestello

Intermitente preventivo al desplazamiento, realizado en ambas direcciones, la duración es definida por el parámetro ..

.. Configuración luz de cortesía

Son seleccionables diferentes modalidades para la salida de la luz de cortesía:



.. = 0 la luz se apaga al final de la maniobra luego de haber esperado el tiempo ..



.. = 1 luz indicadora cancela abierta - la luz se apaga inmediatamente al alcanzar la posición de cierre total

.. Hombre presente

En la modalidad hombre presente la cancela se mueve exclusivamente hasta que el mando es presente; al liberarlo se pone en stop.

Los mandos habilitados son OPEN y CLOSE. Son inactivos SS y PED. En modalidad hombre presente son deshabilitadas todas las operaciones automáticas, comprendidas las breves o totales inversiones. Todas las seguridades son deshabilitadas excepto el STOP.

.. Golpe de ariete en apertura y activación electrocerradura

Esta función es ligada al uso de la electrocerradura. Consiste en presionar brevemente contre el tope mecánico de cierre, con electrocerradura activa, para permitir la desconexión. Desde el menú es posible determinar la duración de la presión sobre el tope mecánico de un mínimo de 0,1 seg. a un máximo de 10 seg.

La secuencia de operaciones que la central realiza antes de una apertura a partir de cancela completamente cerrada es la siguiente:



activación preventiva de la electrocerradura [1,5 seg.]





activación del motor en cierre con par máximo. La duración de la presión es determinada del tiempo regulado desde el menú inversión del movimiento en apertura con mantenimiento de la electrocerradura activa por 2 seg.

En el caso la cancela parte de posición diferente al cierre total, la central activa de todas formar la electrocerradura.

.. Golpe de ariete en cierre

Función ligada al uso de la electrocerradura. La central, una vez que la cancela ha alcanzado el tope mecánico de cierre, realiza una presión en el tope mecánico, de duración .. segundos, para conectar la electrocerradura.

.. Presión en cierre para motores hidráulicos

Función para el mantenimiento de la presión de los motores hidráulicos, realizada solo con la cancela cerrada, la central activa los motores en cierre por un minuto cada .. minutos con la finalidad de mantener la presión al interno de los motores y entonces la correcta posición de cierre total.

.. Visualización posición de memoria individual del transmisor

Entrando en .. es posible visualizar la posición en la memoria en la cual un transmisor ha sido memorizado.

Para realizar la función entrar en .. por lo tanto confirmar con la presión prolongada de la tecla MENU. Mantener presionada hasta que el display imprime , liberar la tecla.

A este punto, presionar un pulsador del transmisor memorizado (no acciona ningun mando). El display muestra:



la posición en la memoria por 2 segundos, si habia sido memorizado;



 la palabra por 2 segundos, si no habia sido memorizado.

Pasados los 2 segundos el display regresa a la pantalla y será posible realizar la función con otro transmisor.

Para salir de la función presionar la tecla MENU, de otro modo luego 15 segundos sin transmisión la central sale de la función mostrando en el display la palabra

.. Anulación individual de un transmisor

Entrando en .. es posible anular de la memoria un transmisor memorizado.

Para realizar la función entrar en .. de este modo confirmar con una presión prolongada de la tecla MENU. Mantener presionado hasta que el display imprime el valor 0, liberar la tecla. Seleccionar la posición en la memoria del transmisor. Presionar y mantener pulsada la tecla MENU hasta que el display e imprime , liberar la tecla.

Para salir de la función presionar la tecla MENU. Si en el display aparece la palabra hay problemas con la memoria (por ejemplo, posición vacia o memoria desconectada).

.. Restablecimiento de los valores de default

Encendiendo en la voz .. del MENU PARAMETROS es posible restablecer la configuración de fábrica de la central. El reset interesa todos los parámetros del menú base y del menú avanzado mientras no actua sobre la amplitud de los recorridos programados.

Para realizar el reset acceder a la voz .. por lo tanto confirmar con la presión prolongada de la tecla MENU. Mantener presionado hasta que el display imprime el valor 0, liberar la tecla. Mantener presionado nuevamente la tecla MENU, parte una cuenta hacia atrás ,,…,terminado el cual el reset es realizado y es visualizado en el display

.. Cancelación de todos los mandos

Accediendo a la voz .. del MENU es posible borrar todos los mandos memorizados.

Para realizar el reset acceder a la voz .. Por lo tanto confirmar con la presión prolongada de la tecla MENU. Mantener presionado hasta que el display imprime el valor 0, liberar la tecla. Mantener presionado nuevamente la tecla MENU, parte una cuenta hacia atrás ,,…,terminado el mismo il reset es realizado y se visualiza en el display

Advertencias y consejos

Es necesario evitar de hacer correr cables de conexión de los pulsadores, de las seguridades y de los ingresos cerca a los de alimentación de la tarjeta y del motor. Algunos puntos de la tarjeta electrónica estan sujetos a tensiones peligrosas. La instalación y la programación del cuadro será solamente realizado por personal calificado. Prever el uso de un medio que asegure la desconexión omnipolar de la alimentación de la central. Esto puede ser:

- Un interruptor (conectado directamente a los bornes de alimentación) con una distancia mínima de los contactos de 3 mm para cada polo.

- Un dispositivo integrado en la red de alimentación.

Para la conexión a la alimentación de la tarjeta y de los motores es preferible usar cables con doble aislamiento como previsto en las normativas y de todas formas con sección mínima del solo conductor no inferior de 1.5 mm
