Application
AD Corinte belongs to a new generation of intelligent
air curtains with SIRe integrated controls, together they
can provide fully automatic protection for the entrance,
adaptable to each area of use.
AD Corinte is intended for exclusive shop entrances
and other environments with high demands in respect
of design and soundlevel. Mounted with one unit on
either side of the opening, thus creating a classic
symmetry, the curtain effect and comfort is optimized.
Comfort
AD Corinte creates an air barrier, which prevents
cold draughts and ensures comfortable heating inside
the door. Thanks to fan technology with radial fans,
the sound level is kept low while maintaning a high
performance. With the integrated SIRe the air curtain is
automatically controlled as required, which reduces the
sound levels even further.
Operation and economy
Air curtains save energy. The air barrier reduces
energy losses through the door opening and the energy
consumption of the air curtain is also low. AD Corinte
never uses more energy than is necessary. Eco mode is
available for further energy savings. AD Corinte can be
controlled and monitored by the BMS system.
Design
AD Corinte is a stylish and exclusive air curtain
available in polished, mirror-polished or brushed
stainless steel.
Product specifications
• Integrated control system SIRe with preset factory
settings and calendar function which makes it easy to
install and use the air curtain.
• AD Corinte is available for horizontal or vertical
mounting.
• For vertical mounting, electricity and/or water may
be connected from above or below.
• Optimized airflow with Thermozone technology.

Mounting and connection
Mounting
AD Corinte can be mounted either vertically or
horizontally.
For horizontal mounting, the unit may be mounted
on the wall or on the ceiling with the enclosed brackets.
For suspended mounting from the ceiling, suitable
devices (threaded bars, rails etc.) are fixed on the
brackets.
A mounting edging is included with the vertically
mounted units. The edging is put on the floor beneath
the air curtain. The unit is anchored to the floor with
expansion-shell bolts for instance.
When ordering AD Corinte for vertical mounting it
is necessary to specify on which side of the opening it
should be positioned. It is recommended to specify if
electricity and/or water connections should be made
from above or below, but this can be altered on site.
When ordering AD Corinte for horizontal mounting,
it is necessary to specify left or right connection (seen
from inside the building).
The unit can be provided with an75extension hood to
cover the distance between unit and ceiling (max length
1000 mm).

The electrical connection may be done from above or
below when mounted vertically, and from left or right
when mounted horizontally, according to ordering key.
Control (230V~) should be connected to a terminal
block in the terminal box.

The electrical connection may be done from above or
below when mounted vertically, and from left or right
when mounted horizontally, according to ordering key.
For units with electrical heating, power and control
should be supplied separately. Control (230V~) and
power supply for heat (400V3~) should be connected to
a terminal block in the terminal box.

The water connection may be done from above or

This air curtain is supplied with an intregrated PC
board SIRe. SIRe is an intelligent and well designed
low voltage control system which can be customised
for each unique application and environment. SIRe
is supplied pre-programmed with quick fit plug
connections and is very easy to use and install.
SIRe learns the requirements in the entrance it
is installed in (e.g. opening frequency and outdoor
temperature).
It has calendar function and selectable switch off at
set temperatures for up to nine units. Because the fan
speed is adapted, the sound level is optimised and is
never higher than is necessary for comfort. With SIRe
Advanced it is possible to choose between Eco and
Comfort mode dependent on whether energy savings or
optimal comfort has been prioritised.
