Taking Pictures
The shutter button is a round button on the top right side.
Press the shutter button halfway to focus and then press down completely to take a picture.
The mode selection wheel is behind the shutter button. Full auto mode is the green rectangle
icon on the mode selection wheel. In this mode the flash will pop up automatically.
The flash-off mode is located to the right of the full auto mode on the selection wheel.
Video mode can also be selected from the wheel. This camera can shoot 1280 x 720 HD video.
Press the viewfinder button to start recording. Press again to stop recording.
Other modes include portrait, sports, landscape, night portrait and more.
Transferring Files off the Camera
To transfer files to a computer or laptop:

Turn off the camera
Open the port cover on the left side
Connect the USB data cable
Turn on the camera
Wait until driver software is installed. Usually, a window will pop up with options to browse or
import files. If no pop-up appears, the camera drive will be listed in the computer folder as a
portable device.
