1. Verify that you have low voltage wire ran from the location in which you will be  mounting your transformer. This low voltage wire should end in the unit head  location.  

2. Mount the transformer in desired location. Connect the output from the  transformer 24VAC to your low voltage wire. Output is indicated with label.  

 

3. Place the control board up in the unit head. You may also mount the control board  to the bottom of the unit head. 

 

 

 

4. Once the control board is in place, we are going to connect the input power lines  from your low voltage wires to the control unit.  

5. Connect the two black wires from the control board to the output power fomr the  transformer.   

 

6. Take the provided air switch and connect both legs from the air switch to the tow  remaining white wires on the control board.  

. 

 

 

7. Mount the frequency adjustment knob on the desired location.  

 

8. Determine which position that you would like to use for the scaler HP. Remove the  existing HP tubing from the unit.  

9. Place the scaler HP tubing in the position that you removed the standard HP tubing  from.  

10. Connect the molex connector from the HP tubing to the control board.  

11. Connect the water line from the scaler HP tubing “CLEAR LINE” to the adjustable  water control flow valve on the unit. If there is not one, then install the supplied  water valve. This will allow the user to control the water flow to the HP.  

 

12. Connect the air switch inlet to the drive air on the master control block.  

 

 

 

 

 

13. Clean up all loose wires with a zip tie.
