Bedienungsanleitung vor Inbetriebnahme lesen
und griffbereit am Gerät aufbewahren!
Diese Bedienungsanleitung beschreibt die Installation, Bedienung und Wartung des
Gerätes und dient als wichtige Informationsquelle und Nachschlagewerk.
Die Kenntnis aller in ihr enthaltenen Sicherheitshinweise und Handlungsanweisungen
schafft die Voraussetzung für das sichere und sachgerechte Arbeiten mit dem Gerät.
Darüber hinaus sind die für den Einsatzbereich des Gerätes geltenden örtlichen
Unfallverhütungsvorschriften und allgemeinen Sicherheitsbestimmungen einzuhalten.
Die Bedienungsanleitung ist Produktbestandteil und in unmittelbarer Nähe des Gerätes für
das Installations-, Bedienungs-, Wartungs- und Reinigungspersonal jederzeit zugänglich
aufzubewahren.
1. Sicherheit
Das Gerät ist nach den derzeit gültigen Regeln der Technik gebaut. Es können jedoch
von diesem Gerät Gefahren ausgehen, wenn es unsachgemäß oder nicht bestimmungsgemäß verwendet wird.
Alle Personen, die das Gerät benutzen, müssen sich an die Angaben in der
Bedienungsanleitung halten und die Sicherheitshinweise beachten.

Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn es nicht korrekt funktioniert, beschädigt
oder zu Boden gefallen ist.
Gefahr durch elektrischen Strom! Tauchen Sie das Gerät oder den
Netzstecker niemals in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten.
Verbrühungsgefahr! Eine Überfüllung des Wasserbehälters kann zum
Überkochen des Wassers und zu Verbrühungen führen! Maximale Füllmenge
genau einhalten!
Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren sowie von Personen mit
reduzierten physischen, sensorischen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel
an Erfahrung und/oder Wissen nur dann benutzt werden, wenn sie
beaufsichtigt oder bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs des Gerätes unterwiesen
wurden und die daraus resultierenden Gefahren verstanden haben.
Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.

Reinigung und Benutzerwartung dürfen nicht durch Kinder durchgeführt
werden, es sei denn, sie sind älter als 8 Jahre und werden beaufsichtigt.
Kinder jünger als 8 Jahre sind vom Gerät und der Anschlussleitung
fernzuhalten.
Lassen Sie das Gerät während des Betriebes niemals unbeaufsichtigt.
Reinigen Sie den Sockel des Samowars niemals unter fließendem Wasser,
da dieses in das Gerät gelangen und Verletzungen durch Stromschläge
verursachen kann.
Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten dürfen nur von qualifizierten Fachleuten
unter Verwendung von Original-Ersatz- und Zubehörteilen ausgeführt werden.
Keine Zubehör- und Ersatzteile verwenden, die nicht vom Hersteller
empfohlen wurden. Diese könnten eine Gefahr für den Benutzer darstellen
oder Schäden am Gerät verursachen und zu Personenschäden führen,
zudem erlischt die Gewährleistung. Versuchen Sie niemals, selber an
dem Gerät Reparaturen durchzuführen!
Zur Vermeidung von Gefährdungen und zur Sicherung der optimalen Leistung
dürfen am Gerät weder Veränderungen noch Umbauten vorgenommen
werden, die durch den Hersteller nicht ausdrücklich genehmigt worden sind.
Das Gerät darf nur in technisch einwandfreiem und betriebssicherem Zustand
betrieben werden.
Das Netzkabel von Zeit zu Zeit auf Beschädigungen überprüfen. Gerät niemals
benutzen, wenn das Netzkabel beschädigt ist. Wenn dieses Schäden aufweist,
muss es durch den Kundendienst oder einen qualifizierten Elektriker
ausgetauscht werden, um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.
Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht mit einer externen Zeitschaltuhr oder
Fernbedienung.
Das Gerät nur in geschlossenen Räumen betreiben.

1.3 Gefahrenquellen
GEFAHR!
Gefahr durch elektrischen Strom!
Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn die Netzanschlussleitung
oder der Netzstecker beschädigt sind.
Öffnen Sie auf keinen Fall das Gehäuse des Gerätes. Werden
spannungsführende Anschlüsse berührt und der elektrische und
mechanische Aufbau verändert, besteht Stromschlaggefahr.
Tauchen Sie das Gerät oder den Netzstecker niemals in Wasser
oder andere Flüssigkeiten.

Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose,
- wenn Sie das Gerät nicht benutzen,
- wenn während des Betriebes eine Störung auftritt,
- bevor Sie das Gerät reinigen.
GEFAHR!
Erstickungsgefahr!
Halten Sie Verpackungsmaterialien wie Plastikbeutel und Styroporteile
außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern.
WARNUNG!
Erhitzen Sie in dem Gerät niemals andere Flüssigkeiten außer Wasser.
WARNUNG!
Gefahr durch heißen Wasserdampf sowie heißes Wasser!
Befüllen Sie das Gerät niemals über die Maximalmarkierung.
Öffnen Sie nicht den Deckel des Wasserbehälters während das
Wasser kocht; herausspritzendes heißes Wasser und Dampf
können zu Verbrühungen führen.
WARNUNG!
Gesundheitsgefahr durch Keime!
Der Wasserbehälter des Gerätes muss in regelmäßigen Abständen
komplett entleert, gereinigt und desinfiziert werden, um die Gefahr
der Bildung von gesundheitlich gefährlichen Keimen zu vermeiden.
VORSICHT!
Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen der Oberflächen keine
scharfen Gegenstände oder scheuernde Reinigungsmittel.
Tragen, heben oder bewegen Sie das Gerät niemals am Netzkabel.
Ziehen Sie die Anschlussleitung immer am Netzstecker
aus der Steckdose, nicht am Netzkabel selbst.
Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn der Behälter leer ist.

1.4 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Die Betriebssicherheit des Gerätes ist nur bei bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung
entsprechend der Angaben in der Bedienungsanleitung gewährleistet.
Alle technischen Eingriffe, auch die Montage und die Instandhaltung sind ausschließlich
von qualifiziertem Kundendienst vorzunehmen.
Dieses Gerät ist zur Verwendung im Haushalt und ähnlichen Bereichen bestimmt,
wie beispielsweise:
→ in Küchen für die Mitarbeiter in Läden, Büros oder anderen gewerblichen
Bereichen;
→ in landschaftlichen Anwesen;
→ von Kunden in Hotels, Motels und ähnlichen Wohneinrichtungen;
→ in Frühstückspensionen.
Der Samowar ist für die optimale Zubereitung von Tee und anderen Heiß- und
Instantgetränken bestimmt.
Den Samowar nicht verwenden für:

das Erhitzen von Milch oder schäumenden Flüssigkeiten;
das Erhitzen von Suppen, Saucen oder ähnlicher dickflüssiger Speisen;
das Aufwärmen oder Brühen zucker-, süßstoff-, säure-, laugen- oder
alkoholhaltiger Flüssigkeiten;
das Einfüllen und Erwärmen entzündlicher, gesundheitsschädlicher,
sich leicht verflüchtigender oder ähnlicher Flüssigkeiten oder Stoffe.
VORSICHT!
Jede über die bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung hinausgehende und/
oder andersartige Verwendung des Gerätes ist untersagt und gilt als nicht
bestimmungsgemäß.
Ansprüche jeglicher Art gegen den Hersteller und/oder seine Bevollmächtigten
wegen Schäden aus nicht bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung des Gerätes sind
ausgeschlossen.
Für alle Schäden bei nicht bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung haftet allein der
Betreiber.

2. Allgemeine Hinweise
2.1 Haftung und Gewährleistung
Alle Angaben und Hinweise in dieser Bedienungsanleitung wurden unter Berücksichtigung
der geltenden Vorschriften, des aktuellen ingenieurtechnischen Entwicklungsstandes
sowie unserer langjährigen Erkenntnisse und Erfahrungen zusammengestellt.
Die Übersetzungen der Bedienungsanleitung wurden ebenfalls nach bestem Wissen
erstellt. Eine Haftung für Übersetzungsfehler können wir jedoch nicht übernehmen.
Maßgebend ist die beiliegende deutsche Version dieser Bedienungsanleitung.
Der tatsächliche Lieferumfang kann bei Sonderausführungen, der Inanspruchnahme
zusätzlicher Bestelloptionen oder auf Grund neuester technischer Änderungen u. U. von
den hier beschriebenen Erläuterungen und zeichnerischen Darstellungen abweichen.

Diese Bedienungsanleitung ist vor Beginn aller Arbeiten am und mit dem
Gerät, insbesondere vor der Inbetriebnahme, sorgfältig durchzulesen!
Der Hersteller übernimmt keine Haftung für Schäden und Störungen bei:
Nichtbeachtung der Anweisungen zur Bedienung und Reinigung;
nicht bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung;
technischen Änderungen durch den Benutzer;
Verwendung nicht zugelassener Ersatzteile.
Technische Änderungen am Produkt im Rahmen der Verbesserung der Gebrauchseigenschaften und der Weiterentwicklung behalten wir uns vor.

2.3 Konformitätserklärung
Das Gerät entspricht den aktuellen Normen und Richtlinien der EU.
Dies bescheinigen wir in der EG-Konformitätserklärung. Bei Bedarf
senden wir Ihnen gern die entsprechende Konformitätserklärung zu.

3. Transport, Verpackung und Lagerung
3.1 Transportinspektion
Lieferung bei Erhalt unverzüglich auf Vollständigkeit und Transportschäden prüfen.
Bei äußerlich erkennbarem Transportschaden Lieferung nicht oder nur unter Vorbehalt
entgegen nehmen.
Schadensumfang auf Transportunterlagen/Lieferschein des Transporteurs vermerken.
Reklamation einleiten.
Verdeckte Mängel sofort nach Erkennen reklamieren, da Schadensersatzansprüche
nur innerhalb der geltenden Reklamationsfristen geltend gemacht werden können.
3.2 Verpackung
Werfen Sie den Umkarton Ihres Geräts nicht weg. Sie benötigen ihn eventuell zur
Aufbewahrung, beim Umzug oder wenn Sie das Gerät bei eventuellen Schäden an
unsere Service-Stelle senden müssen. Entfernen Sie vor der Inbetriebnahme das
äußere und innere Verpackungsmaterial vollständig vom Gerät.
HINWEIS!
Falls Sie die Verpackung entsorgen möchten, beachten Sie die in
Ihrem Land geltenden Vorschriften. Führen Sie wieder verwertbare
Verpackungsmaterialien dem Recycling zu.
Bitte prüfen Sie, ob das Gerät und das Zubehör vollständig sind. Falls irgendwelche
Teile fehlen sollten, nehmen Sie bitte mit unserem Kundenservice Kontakt auf.
3.3 Lagerung
Packstücke bis zur Installation verschlossen und unter Beachtung der außen
angebrachten Aufstell- und Lagermarkierung aufbewahren.
Packstücke nur unter folgenden Bedingungen lagern:

Nicht im Freien aufbewahren.
Trocken und staubfrei aufbewahren.
Keinen aggressiven Medien aussetzen.
Vor Sonneneinstrahlung schützen.
Mechanische Erschütterungen vermeiden.
Bei längerer Lagerung (> 3 Monate) regelmäßig allgemeinen
Zustand aller Teile und der Verpackung kontrollieren.
Bei Erfordernis auffrischen oder erneuern.

5. Installation
5.1 Aufstellung
•
Packen Sie das Gerät aus und entfernen Sie vor dem ersten Gebrauch alle
Verpackungsmaterialien und Schutzfolien vom Gerät und Zubehör.
VORSICHT!
Entfernen Sie niemals das Typenschild und eventuelle Warnhinweise vom Gerät.
•
Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine feste, trockene, ebene, wasserfeste und
hitzebeständige ist Unterlage.
•
Stellen Sie das Gerät niemals in nasser oder feuchter Umgebung auf.
•
Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von offenen Feuerstellen, Elektroöfen,
Heizöfen oder anderen Hitzequellen auf.
•
Stellen Sie das Gerät niemals auf die Tischkante, es könnte kippen oder
herunterfallen.
Das Gerät so aufstellen, dass der Netzstecker zugänglich ist, damit bei Bedarf
das Gerät schnell vom Netz getrennt werden kann.

5.2 Elektrischer Anschluss
GEFAHR! Gefahr durch elektrischen Strom!
Gerät kann bei unsachgemäßer Installation Verletzungen verursachen!
Vor Installation Daten des örtlichen Stromnetzes mit technischen
Angaben des Gerätes vergleichen (siehe Typenschild).
Gerät nur bei Übereinstimmung anschließen!
Das Gerät darf nur an ordnungsgemäß installierten Einzelsteckdosen
mit Schutzkontakt betrieben werden.
Die Netzanschlussleitung nicht am Kabel aus der Steckdose
ziehen, immer am Gehäuse des Netzsteckers anfassen.

Achten Sie darauf, dass das Netzkabel nicht mit Wärmequellen bzw. scharfen
Kanten in Berührung kommt. Netzkabel nicht vom Tisch oder von der Theke
herunter hängen lassen. Achten Sie darauf, dass niemand auf das Netzkabel
treten oder darüber stolpern kann.
Das Netzkabel nicht knicken, quetschen, verknoten, immer vollständig abwickeln.
Stellen Sie niemals das Gerät oder andere Gegenstände auf das Netzkabel.
Netzkabel nicht über Teppichstoff oder andere Wärmeisolierungen verlegen.
Netzkabel nicht abdecken. Netzkabel von Arbeitsbereichen fernhalten und nicht in
Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten eintauchen.
Der Steckdosenstromkreis muss mit mindestens 16A abgesichert sein. Anschluss
nur direkt an eine Wandsteckdose; Verteiler oder Mehrfachsteckdosen dürfen nicht
verwendet werden.
6. Inbetriebnahme und Bedienung
6.1 Vor dem ersten Gebrauch
•
Machen Sie sich anhand dieser Bedienungsanleitung mit dem Gerät und den
Zubehörteilen vertraut, bevor Sie das Gerät zum ersten Mal in Betrieb nehmen.
•
Reinigen Sie das Gerät und Zubehör gründlich vor dem ersten Gebrauch laut
Anweisungen im Abschnitt 7 „Reinigung und Entkalkung“.
•
Füllen Sie den Wasserbehälter bis zur max. Füllstandmarkierung mit frischem
Trinkwasser und kochen Sie dieses auf. Das Wasser wegschütten. Wiederholen
Sie diesen Vorgang 2-3 Mal.
•
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Gerät im einwandfreien Zustand ist, bevor Sie es
in Betrieb nehmen.

6.2 Inbetriebnahme
Ein-/Ausschalten des Gerätes
•
Das Ein-/ Ausschalten des Gerätes erfolgt durch Drehen des Temperaturdrehreglers.
Auf Position
ist das Gerät ausgeschaltet.
•
Stellen Sie für den Normalbetrieb den Temperaturdrehregler auf Stufe
oder
. Bei Einstellung
wird das Wasser schnellstmöglich bis zum Kochen
erhitzt.
•
Für Intervallkochen drehen Sie den Temperaturdrehregler soweit zurück, bis die
Betriebskontrolllampe am Sockel des Gerätes erlischt. Das Gerät hält die
Wassertemperatur auf ca. 95 °C-100 °C

6.3 Bedienung
Wasser erhitzen
VORSICHT!
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Temperaturdrehregler bis zum Anschlag gegen
gedreht ist.

Füllen Sie nun die gewünschte Menge frisches Wasser (nur bis zur max. Füllstandmarkierung) in den Wasserbehälter.
WARNUNG! Verbrühungsgefahr!
Eine Überfüllung des Wasserbehälters kann zum Überkochen des Wassers
und zu Verbrühungen führen! Maximale Füllmenge genau einhalten!
HINWEIS!
Um die Aufwärmphase abzukürzen, kann auch heißes Wasser aufgefüllt werden.
Bei Verwendung von kaltem Wasser muss das Wasser länger erhitzt werden.
•
Setzen Sie den Deckel fest auf und stellen Sie die Teekanne auf den Deckel.
•
Schließen Sie jetzt das Gerät an eine geeignete Einzelsteckdose an.
•
Drehen Sie nun den Temperaturdrehregler im Uhrzeigersinn. Das Thermostat
ermöglicht die stufenlose Einstellung der Wassertemperatur. Sie haben die Wahl
zwischen folgenden Einstellungen: Kochen / Intervallkochen (BOIL) / heiß (HOT) /
warm (WARM). Beachten Sie die Angaben in der Tabelle auf Seite 12.
•
Während der Aufheizphase leuchtet die Betriebskontrolllampe.
Wasser aufkochen
•
Um Wasser aufzukochen, stellen Sie die Temperatur auf die höchste Stufe ein.
Drehen Sie den Temperaturdrehregler im Uhrzeigersinn bis zum Anschlag auf die
Position
.
•
Die Betriebskontrolllampe leuchtet auf. Sie zeigt an, dass das Gerät heizt. Nach
einigen Minuten kocht das Wasser. Das sehen Sie an dem aufsteigenden Dampf.
•
Wenn Sie den Temperaturdrehregler in dieser Position belassen, kocht das Wasser
ununterbrochen und irgendwann verdampft es komplett.
WARNUNG! Verbrühungsgefahr!
Austretender heißer Dampf kann zu Verbrühungen der Hände, Arme und
des Gesichts führen! Nehmen Sie niemals während des Kochens den
Deckel vom Samowar ab.

Thermostat die Energiezufuhr nach Bedarf und spart somit viel Energie.

Gerät ausschalten

Das Gerät schalten Sie komplett aus, indem Sie den Temperaturdrehregler gegen
den Uhrzeigersinn bis zum Anschlag auf Position
drehen. Die Betriebskontrolllampe erlischt. Das Gerät von der Steckdose trennen (Netzstecker ziehen!).
Teezubereitung
Tee ist nicht gleich Tee. Streng genommen ist Tee ausschließlich ein wässriger Aufguss
der Teepflanze Camellia sinensis. Dieser Aufguss kann schwarzer oder grüner Tee sein.
Davon zu unterscheiden sind teeähnliche Erzeugnisse, die sogenannten Kräuter- und
Früchtetees.
Tee kochen ist somit auch nicht gleich Tee kochen. Um wertvolle Inhaltsstoffe und den
Geschmack zu erhalten, werden Tees mit unterschiedlich heißem Wasser aufgegossen
und unterschiedlich lange ziehen gelassen. Grüner Tee wird z.B. bevorzugt mit 85 °C
heißem Wasser zubereitet. In jedem Fall sollte man die Zubereitungsangaben auf der
Verpackung einhalten.
Schwarzer Tee
•
Setzen Sie das mitgelieferte Teesieb in die Teekanne ein.
•
Füllen Sie die Teeblätter in das Sieb (pro Tasse ca. einen Teelöffel) oder die
Teebeutel direkt in die Teekanne (ca. 1 Teebeutel für ca. 1 - 2 Tassen).
•
Setzen Sie den Deckel auf den Wasserbehälter und die Teekanne darauf.
So wird gleichzeitig die Teekanne vorgewärmt.
VORSICHT! Verbrennungsgefahr!
Stellen Sie die Teekanne so auf den Deckel, dass der ausweichende Dampf
nicht an den Griff der Teekanne kommt und dieser dadurch heiß wird!

Lassen Sie das Wasser aufkochen.
•
Nehmen Sie die Teekanne vom Wasserbehälter ab.
VORSICHT! Verbrennungsgefahr!
Heißer Dampf entweicht! Eventuell kann ein wenig Kondenswasser
vom Teekannenboden tropfen. Benutzen Sie Topflappen!
•
Überbrühen Sie nun den Tee mit kochendem Wasser aus dem Ablasshahn.
•
Füllen Sie max. 1 Liter Wasser in die Teekanne.
•
Je mehr Teeblätter oder Teebeutel und je weniger Wasser Sie in die Teekanne
füllen, umso stärker wird das Teekonzentrat (Profis genießen den Aufguss mit exakt
2,86 g Tee pro Tasse). Nehmen Sie lieber etwas mehr Tee, damit auch tatsächlich
ein Konzentrat in der Teekanne entsteht.

Die Stärke des Teekonzentrates können Sie nach Ihrem Geschmack bestimmen.
Beachten Sie die auf der Teepackung angegebene Ziehzeit des Tees, da diese
sich von Teesorte zu Teesorte unterscheidet.

Setzen Sie die Teekanne mit dem Teekonzentrat wieder auf den Wasserbehälter.
Der im Wasserbehälter aufsteigende Dampf hält den Tee in der Teekanne auf exakt
der Temperatur, die er zum „Ziehen“ braucht.
Nach der gewünschten Ziehzeit entnehmen Sie das Teesieb (Teebeutel) aus der
Teekanne.
Danach gießen Sie aus der Teekanne das entstandene Konzentrat in Ihr Teeglas
(in beliebiger Menge), und füllen anschließend Ihr Glas mit dem Wasser aus dem
Wasserbehälter auf. So können Sie Stärke und Geschmack Ihres Tees variieren.
Die Teekanne können Sie auf dem Wasserbehälter stehen lassen, während das
Gerät in Betrieb ist, damit Sie jederzeit wieder heißen Tee und Wasser nachgießen
können. Stellen Sie den Temperaturdrehregler etwas höher als die Position
ein (aber nicht bis zum Anschlag), damit das Wasser heiß bleibt, aber nicht ständig
kocht. Die Betriebskontrolllampe geht im Zyklus an und aus. Die Maximaleinstellung sollte nur zum ersten Aufkochen des Wassers benutzt werden.
Grüner Tee
•

•
Auch grüner Tee kann im Samowar zubereitet werden. Grüner Tee sollte in der
Regel nicht mit sprudelnd kochendem Wasser übergossen werden, er schmeckt
dann eventuell leicht bitter. Je nach Sorte liegt die ideale Wassertemperatur bei
ca. 50 °C-70 °C. Die meisten grünen Tees entfalten den optimalen Geschmack bei
ca. 70 °C. Je hochwertiger der grüner Tee, desto ni edriger die optimale Wassertemperatur. Hochwertigste Tees werden mit 50 °C-60 °C heißem Wasser gebrüht.
Normale grüne Tees müssen etwa 1 - 3 Minuten ziehen, während hochwertige
grüne Tees nur etwa 1 - 1½ Minuten ziehen müssen. Bei Teebeuteln dosieren Sie
bitte nach den Angaben des Herstellers.
Grüner Tee wird grundsätzlich schwächer dosiert als schwarzer Tee. Etwa 1 g pro
100 ml oder etwa 1 gestrichener Teelöffel auf 200 ml Wasser. Entsprechend können
Sie die Stärke des Konzentrats selbst bestimmen.
Wasser im Wasserbehälter zum Kochen bringen. Danach etwas heißes Wasser in
die Tassen geben (die Teekanne ist durch Ihre Platzierung auf dem Wasserbehälter
während des Kochvorganges bereits vorgewärmt). Den Temperaturdrehregler auf
Position
(je nach Teesorte) zurückdrehen und das Wasser leicht abkühlen
lassen (etwa 5-6 Min.). Jetzt den Tee mit heißem Wasser aus dem Wasserbehälter
übergießen. Die Teekanne wie zuvor beschrieben auf den Wasserbehälter setzen,
damit der Tee weiterhin heiß bleibt und entsprechend den Hinweisen zur Zubereitung
von schwarzem Tee verfahren.

Kräutertee
VORSICHT!
Kräuter-, Früchte-, Rоoibusch- und Gewürztees immer mit sprudelnd
kochendem Wasser aufgießen und mindestens 5 - 10 Minuten ziehen lassen.
Nur so erhalten Sie ein sicheres Lebensmittel.
•
Für Kräutertees – ob lose oder als Teebeutel – gilt, dass diese immer mit sprudelndem,
kochendem Wasser übergossen und die angegebene Ziehdauer eingehalten werden
sollte. Denn in Kräuterteemischungen können in seltenen Fällen Keime, wie z. B.
Salmonellen enthalten sein, die durch Erhitzen abgetötet werden. Bei falscher
Zubereitung können diese zu einem Gesundheitsrisiko werden, insbesondere bei
Kindertee.
•
Kräutertee sollte auf keinen Fall nur mit warmem Wasser zubereitet werden, etwa um
ihn schneller auf eine trinkbare Temperatur zu bringen. Gerade für Säuglinge, kleine
Kinder und Kranke könnten sich dahinter Gesundheitsrisiken verbergen, wenn in
einem ungünstigen Fall im Kräutertee Keime enthalten sind. Ebenso sollte
aufgegossener Kräutertee nicht über mehrere Stunden stehen gelassen werden.
Denn durch das kochende Wasser werden zwar die Keime abgetötet, im Kräutertee
vorhandene Sporen jedoch nicht. Diese können im warmen Wasser auskeimen.
7. Reinigung und Entkalkung
Reinigung
o Reinigen Sie das Gerät regelmäßig.
o Entleeren Sie das Gerät nach jeder Benutzung.
o Spülen Sie den Wasserbehälter des Gerätes gründlich mit klarem Wasser aus.
VORSICHT!
Der Wasserbehälter des Samowars muss in regelmäßigen Abständen
vollständig restentleert und gereinigt (desinfiziert) werden, um die Gefahr
der Bildung von gesundheitsschädlichen Keimen zu vermeiden.
o Reinigen Sie die Außenseite des Samowars mit einem weichen feuchten Tuch
und trocknen Sie das Gerät anschließend gründlich ab.
GEFAHR! Gefahr durch elektrischen Strom!
Reinigen Sie den Sockel des Samowars niemals unter fließendem Wasser,
da dieses in das Gerät gelangen und Verletzungen durch Stromschläge
verursachen kann.

o Reinigen Sie die Teekanne, das Teesieb und den Deckel des Gerätes gründlich
mit warmem Wasser und einem milden Reinigungsmittel. Spülen Sie mit klarem
Wasser nach.
HINWEIS!
Der Deckel des Gerätes, die Teekanne und das Teesieb sind
spülmaschinengeeignet!
o Verwenden Sie ausschließlich ein weiches Tuch und benutzen Sie niemals
irgendeine Art von groben Reinigern, welche das Gerät zerkratzen könnte.
o Nach der Reinigung sollten Sie ein weiches, trockenes Tuch zum Trocknen und
Polieren der Oberfläche einsetzen.
Entkalkung
VORSICHT!
Reklamationen werden nicht anerkannt, wenn der Samowar nicht – wie
in der Bedienungsanleitung beschrieben – regelmäßig entkalkt wird.
Derartige Reklamationen sind kein Gewährleistungsfall!
o Ungünstige Wasserbedingungen können zur Bildung von Kalkablagerungen
führen. Diese Kalkablagerungen verursachen längere Aufheizzeiten und führen
zu Beschädigungen des Gerätes.
o Der Wasserbehälter muss, je nach Benutzungshäufigkeit und Wasserqualität,
alle 1 – 2 Wochen entkalkt werden.
o Füllen Sie den Wasserbehälter mit frischem Wasser auf, geben Sie in das Wasser
Essig oder einen handelsüblichen Entkalker und kochen Sie diese Lösung auf.
o Ein Teil der Lösung lassen Sie durch den Ablasshahn fließen, um die
Kalkablagerungen im Ablasshahn zu entfernen.
o Wiederholen Sie das Aufkochen der Entkalkungslösung noch 1–2-mal.
o Das Gerät einige Zeit abkühlen lassen.
o Schütten Sie die Entkalkungslösung nach dem Entkalken weg. Spülen Sie den
Wasserbehälter gründlich mit frischem Wasser mehrfach aus und lassen Sie ein
Teil des Wassers durch den Ablasshahn ab.
o Sollte die Teekanne auch von Kalkablagerungen betroffen sein, entkalken Sie
diese mit einer Wasser-Essig-Lösung oder einem handelsüblichen Entkalker.
HINWEIS!
Um Kalkablagerungen zu verringern, benutzen Sie gefiltertes Wasser!

Gerät aufbewahren
o Wenn das Gerät längere Zeit nicht genutzt wird, reinigen Sie es gründlich wie oben
beschrieben und bewahren Sie es an einem trockenen, sauberen, frostsicheren,
sonnengeschützten und für Kinder unzugänglichen Platz auf. Stellen Sie keine
schweren Gegenstände auf das Gerät.
8. Mögliche Funktionsstörungen
VORSICHT!
Ziehen Sie bei Störungen während des Betriebes umgehend den Netzstecker.
Sollten am Gerät Störungen auftreten, prüfen Sie diese anhand folgender Tabelle, bevor
Sie einen Kundendienst benachrichtigen oder Händler kontaktieren:

9. Entsorgung
Altgeräte

Firma Kontakt aufzunehmen, oder sich mit der Entsorgungsabteilung Ihrer Kommune in
Verbindung zu setzen.

Damit der Missbrauch und die damit verbundenen Gefahren
ausgeschlossen sind, machen Sie Ihr Altgerät vor der Entsorgung

To prevent hazards and to ensure optimum efficiency, no modifications or
alterations to the device that are not explicitly approved by the manufacturer
may be undertaken.
This device may only be operated in technically proper and safe condition.
Periodically inspect the electric supply cable for damages. Do not operate the
device with the damaged supply cable. When the cable is damaged it should
be replaced by the service company or qualified electrician in order to avoid

1.4 Intended use
Safe operation is only guaranteed when using the device for its intended purpose.
Any technical interventions, as well as assembly and maintenance are to be made
by a qualified customer service only.
The device is intended for home use or in similar places such as:
- in kitchens for store or office employees or in other service locations;
- in suburban properties;
- by guests of hotels, motels and other places of accommodation;
- in Bed & Breakfasts.
The Samovar is ideally suited for preparing tea and other 'instant' hot drinks.
The Samovar must not be used for:

3. Transport, packaging and storage
3.1 Delivery check
Please check the delivery upon completeness and transport damage immediately
after receipt. In case of visible damage do not accept or accept the delivery with
reservation only.
Note the extent of damage on the carrier’s bill of delivery. Trigger off the complaint.
Hidden damages should be reclaimed immediately after notice, as claims for damages
can only be asserted within the effective period for complaints.
3.2 Packaging
Please do not throw away the covering carton of your device as it might be useful for
storage purposes, when moving or, in case of damages, when the device must be sent
back to a repair center. The outer and inner packing material should be removed
completely from the device before installation.
NOTE!
If you liked to dispose the packing, consider the regulations applicable
in your country. Supply re-usable packing materials to the recycling.
Please inspect the device upon completeness. In case any part is missing please
contact our customer service center immediately.
3.3 Storage
Keep the package closed until installation and under consideration of the outside

5. Installation
5.1 Positioning
•
Before the operation unpack the device and remove all package material and
protective foil from the device and equipment.
CAUTION!
Never remove the rating plate and any warning signs from the device.
•
Place the device on top of an even, stable, dry, and water-resistant surface which
supports the weight of the device and is not heat sensitive.
•
Never place the device in humid or wet environment.
•
Do not place the device in the vicinity of open fire, electric ovens, heating furnaces,
or other heat sources.
•

Never place the device on the table edge to avoid tilting or drop.
Position the device in such way that the plug is easily accessible for quick
disconnecting when required.

5.2 Electric connection
DANGER! Electric shock hazard!
The device can cause injuries due to improper installation!
Before installation and connecting the local power grid specification
should be compared with that of the device (see rating plate).
Connect the device only in case of compliance!
Connect the device only to properly installed single socket with
protective terminal.
Do not disconnect the supply cable by pulling it, always pull
the plug.

The supply cable must not touch the heat sources or sharp edges. The supply
cable should not hang from the table or other surface. Pay attention to avoid
stepping on or tripping by the cable.
•
The supply cable must not be bent, crushed, tangled, it must be always completely
unwound.
•
Do not place the device or other objects on the supply cable.
•
Do not place the supply cable on the carpets or other thermally insulating materials.
Do not cover it. Keep away the cable from operating range and do not immerse it in
water or other liquids.

The electrical circuit in the socket must be secured to at least 16A. Only connect the
device directly to the wall socket; do not use any extension cords or power strips.
6. Start-up and operation
6.1 Before operation
•
Before operation become familiar with the device and equipment by reading this
manual.
•
Before the device operation clean it thoroughly according to the instructions in
section 7 “Cleaning and descaling”.
•
Fill the water reservoir to its maximum capacity (as indicated) and boil. Pour the
water out. Repeat it 2—3 times.
•
Before start-up make sure that the device is in perfect condition.

6.2 Start-up
Activation / deactivation of the device

The device is turned on/off by rotating the temperature controller. In position

6.3 Operation
Water heating
CAUTION!
Make sure that the temperature controller is rotated to position
counterclockwise until the end.

Pour required amount of fresh water to the device (only up to the maximum mark).

Overfilling of water tank may cause water splashing and burns!
Do not exceed the maximum filling level!
NOTE!
In order to reduce the heating phase time fill the tank with warm water.
In case of cold water the heating time is longer.
•
Place the lid on the tank and put the teapot on it.
•
Connect the device to appropriate single grounded socket.
•
Rotate the temperature controller clockwise. The thermostat allows for stepless
adjustment of water temperature. The following settings may be used: Boiling /
interval boiling (BOIL) / HOT / WARM. Follow the table on page 32.
•
The control light is on during the heating phase.
Water boiling
•
In order to boil water set the temperature to the maximum. Rotate the temperature
controller clockwise to position

The control light will come on. It indicates that the device is heating. After several
minutes the water will boil. It is indicated by released steam.

When the temperature controller remains in that position the water will continuously
boil and will evaporate eventually.

The released hot steam may cause burns of hands, arms, and face!
Do not remove the lid during boiling.

Interval boiling
•
In order to avoid continuous boiling rotate the temperature controller backward until
the control light goes off. The device will be set to interval boiling mode.
•
When the water temperature in the tank drops the control light will come on and the
device will heat the water. The thermostat adjusts the energy consumption to the
needs and saves it.

Turning the device off

Preparation of tea
There are teas and teas. In the strict sense, the term tea describes a beverage made by
steeping the leaves of Camellia sinensis in boiling water. There is black and green tea.
Hot water can however also be poured over leaves of other plants or pieces of fruit.
Therefore preparation of tea is not always the same. In order to preserve the flavour and
beneficial ingredients, infusions and teas are prepared with hot or boiling water and left
to steep for shorter or longer periods. Green tea is for example best prepared with
water at a temperature of 85°C. In any case, always follow the instructions on the
packaging.
Black tea
•
Place the supplied tea strainer inside the tea pot.
•
Fill the tea strainer with loose leaf tea (approx. one teaspoon per cup) or place a
tea bag directly into the tea pot (approx. 1 tea bag per 1-2 cups).
•
Place the lid on the tank and put the teapot on it. This pre-heats the teapot
at the same time.
CAUTION! Burn hazard!
Place the teapot on to the lid in such way that the escaping steam
does heat up the handle.
•
Boil the water.
•
Remove the teapot from the tank.
CAUTION! Burn hazard!
Hot steam will escape! A small amount of condensed water may also
drip from the base of the teapot. Use the cloth for holding hot pots!
•
Now pour boiling water over the tea from the tap.
•
Fill max. 1 l into the teapot.
•
Replace the teapot with the tea concentrate on the water tank. The steam rising in
the water tank keeps the tea in the teapot at precisely the right temperature required
for brewing.

NOTE!
You might choose the tea concentration by taste. Always take notice of the
steeping time indicated on the tea packing, as it differs between the tea sorts.
•
After the desired brewing time has elapsed, remove the tea strainer (tea bag) from
the teapot.
•
Next pour the required amount of tea concentrate from the teapot into your glass
(to taste) and then top your glass up with water from the water tank. This will allow
you to vary the strength and taste of your tea.
•
The teapot can be left on the water tank when the appliance is operating so you
can have more tea at any time. Position the knob somewhat above the
position (but not to the detent), so that the water remains hot but does not boil
continuously. The control light will illuminate and extinguish in cycle. However,
the maximum heating setting should only be used for initial boiling of the water.
Green tea
•
•
Green tea can also be prepared with the Samovar. Green tea should generally
not be brewed with boiling water as this gives it a slightly bitter taste. Depending
on the kind of tea the ideal water temperature is 50 °C – 70 °C. Most green teas
develop their optimum taste at around 70 °C. The hi gher the quality of the green
tea, the lower the optimum water temperature. Teas of the highest quality are
brewed with water at 50 °C – 60°C.
Normal green teas must infuse for 1 to 3 minutes, while high-grade green teas
only need around 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
•
Green tea is always dosed less than black tea. Around 1 g per 100 ml or 1 level
teaspoon to 200 ml of water. You can determine the strength of the concentrate
yourself.
•
Boil the water in the tank. Then pour some hot water into the cups (the teapot has
been pre-warmed on the container during the boiling process). Then turn the
adjusting knob back to the position
(depending on the type of tea) and allow
the water to cool down a little (approx. 5 – 6 minutes). Now pour hot water from the
tank onto the tea. Place the teapot on top of the tank as described before so that the
tea remains hot and then proceed as for black tea.

Herbal infusion
CAUTION!
Always prepare infusions of herbs, fruit, Rooibos and spice with boiling
water and let them steep for minimum 5 to 10 minutes. This is to ensure
that the beverage is completely safe for consumption!
•
For herbal infusions, whether prepared with loose leaves or bags, always use boiling
water and adhere to the recommended steeping time. In extremely rare cases, herbal
mixtures might contain Salmonella, which is however effectively destroyed by boiling
water. Incorrect preparation of the infusion can pose a health risk, especially in
connection with infusions for children.
•
Never prepare herbal infusions using water that is not boiling hot, for example to
make a beverage that is at drinking temperature the moment it is prepared. Germs
that might be contained in the ingredients might not be destroyed, which could be
particularly harmful to babies, small children and the sick. Never let the prepared
infusion stand for several hours before consuming it.
While the boiling water destroys all germs contained in the herbal mixture, spores
might survive. They may germinate in the warm water.
7. Cleaning and descaling
Cleaning
o Clean the device regularly.
o Empty the device after each use.
o Thoroughly rinse the device tank with clean water.
CAUTION!
The water tank should be periodically completely emptied, and cleaned
(disinfected) in order to eliminate the possibility of harmful microbial growth.
o Clean the samovar's surface with a soft, wet cloth and dry thoroughly.

Never clean the device base in running water as it can get inside the unit
and cause electrocution.

o Wash the teapot, stainer, and lid in lukewarm water with a gentle washing agent.
Rinse with clean water.
NOTE!
The lid, teapot, and tea strainer are dishwasher-safe!
o Always use the soft cloth only, never use any abrasive washcloth which may scratch
the device.
o After cleaning dry and polish the surfaces with dry cloth.
Descaling
CAUTION!
Complaints will not be accepted if the samovar is not descaled regularly
as described in the instruction manual. Such complaints are no cases of
warranty!
o Bad water conditions might lead to scaling. This results in longer heating time
and might damage the device.
o Depending on the frequency of usage and water quality, descale the water tank
every 1 – 2 weeks.
o Fill the water tank with fresh water, add vinegar or a common descaling agent
and boil the solution.
o Let some of the solution flow trough the tap in order to remove scale here as well.
o Repeat the boiling of the solution 1 – 2 times.
o Let the device cool off for a few minutes.
o After descaling pour out the descaling solution. Rinse the reservoir thoroughly
with clean water and pour some water out through the tap.
o In case of scale deposits in the teapot clean it with the solution of vinegar or
a common descaling agent.
NOTE!
Use pre-filtered water in order to avoid scaling!

Storage
o In case of longer inactivity period clean the device according to the description above
and store in dry and clean place, protected from frost, sunlight, and out of reach of
children. Do not place any heavy objects on the device.

9. Waste disposal
Discarding old devices
At the end of its service life the discarded device has to be disposed in accordance
with the national regulations. It is advisable to contact a company which is specialized
in waste disposal, or just contact the local disposal service in your community.

3. Transport, emballage et stockage
3.1 Inspection suite au transport
Vérifier l´intégralité et l´absence de dommages dus au transport dès réception du produit.
En cas de dommages identifiables extérieurement dus au transport, refuser ou accepter le
produit livré uniquement sous réserve.
Noter l´étendue du dommage sur les documents de transport/le bon de livraison du
transporteur. Engager une réclamation.
Dès détection des défauts cachés, formuler immédiatement une réclamation, les
prétentions à dommages et intérêts étant valables uniquement dans les délais prescrits.
3.2 Emballage
Ne jeter le carton extérieur de l´appareil. Vous en avez besoin éventuellement pour
garder l´appareil, lors d´un déménagement ou lorsque vous devez envoyer l´appareil à
notre service après-vente en cas d´éventuels dommages. Retirer complètement les
emballages extérieur et intérieur avant la mise en service de l´appareil.
REMARQUE !
Si vous désirez éliminer l´emballage, respectez les consignes en vigueur
dans votre pays. Réintroduisez les matériaux d´emballage récupérables
dans le circuit de recyclage.
Contrôlez si l´appareil et les accessoires sont complets. S´il devait manquer des
éléments, veuillez contacter notre service après-vente.
3.3 Stockage
Garder les emballages fermés jusqu´à l´installation de l´appareil et en respectant les
indications d´installation et de stockage apposées à l´extérieur.
Stocker les emballages uniquement dans les conditions suivantes :

Ne pas garder les emballages à l´extérieur.

Les tenir à l´abri de l´humidité et de la poussière.

5. Installation
5.1 Mise en place
•
Avant de commencer l’utilisation, déballer l’appareil et retirer tous les matériaux
d’emballage et le film protecteur de l’appareil et des accessoires.
ATTENTION !
Ne jamais retirer la plaque signalétique ni les symboles de sécurité de l‘appareil.

Placer l’appareil sur une surface égale, stable, sèche et résistante à l’eau et aux
températures élevées.
•
Ne jamais placer l’appareil dans un environnement humide ou mouillé.
•
Ne pas installer l’appareil à proximité de feux ouverts, de fours électriques,
de systèmes de chauffage ou d’autres sources de chaleur.
•
Ne jamais placer l’appareil sur le rebord d’une table afin d’éviter qu’il se renverse
ou tombe.
L’appareil doit être placé de manière à ce que la fiche reste accessible pour
pouvoir débrancher rapidement l’appareil le cas échéant.

Avant l’installation, veuillez vérifier les données de votre réseau de
distribution d’énergie électrique avec les données techniques de

cas de pleine conformité !
Ne branchez l’appareil qu’à une prise monophasée avec une
protection à la terre et installée en toute conformité.
Ne jamais retirer la fiche de la prise en tirant sur le câble d’alimentation,
mais en saisissant la fiche.

Veiller à ce que le cordon n´entre pas en contact avec des sources de chaleur ou des
arêtes vives. Ne pas laisser le cordon suspendu sur le bord d´une table ou d´un plan

Le câble d’alimentation ne doit pas être déformé, pressé ou noué, il doit toujours
être entièrement déplié.

6. Mise en marche et utilisation
6.1 Avant de commencer l‘utilisation
•
Avant de commencer à utiliser l’appareil, veuillez prendre connaissance de l’appareil
et de ses accessoires en utilisant le présent manuel d’instruction.
•
Avant de commencer à utiliser l’appareil, il convient de le nettoyer soigneusement
conformément au Point 7 „Nettoyage et détartrage“.
•
Remplissez le réservoir d’eau froide potable jusqu’à la graduation de remplissage
maximal et portez-la à ébullition. Videz l’eau. Recommencez cette opération
2 ou 3 fois.
•
Avant de mettre l’appareil en marche, assurez-vous que celui-ci est dans un état
correct.

6.2 Mise en marche

La mise en marche de l’appareil s’effectue en tournant le bouton de réglage
de la température. En position

6.3 Utilisation
Chauffer l‘eau
ATTENTION !
Assurez-vous que le bouton de réglage de température est en position
jusqu’à la butée dans le sens antihoraire.

Verser la quantité voulue d’eau fraîche (uniquement jusqu’à la graduation de
remplissage maximal) dans le réservoir de l‘appareil.
AVERTISSEMENT ! Risques de brûlure !
Le remplissage excessif du réservoir peut entraîner le débordement de l’eau
et des brûlures ! Ne pas dépasser la graduation de remplissage maximal !
REMARQUE !
Afin de raccourcir le délai de chauffage de l‘eau, vous pouvez verser
de l’eau chaude. Avec de l’eau froide, ce délai sera plus long.
•
Placer le couvercle sur le réservoir et y placer la théière.
•
Branchez l’appareil à une prise monophasée appropriée.
•
Tourner le bouton de réglage de température dans le sens horaire. Le thermostat
permet un réglage fluide de la température de l’eau : Ebullition / ébullition par
intermittence (BOIL) / très chaud (HOT) / chaud (WARM). Veuillez consulter les
données du tableau à la page 52.
•
Lors de la phase de chauffe, le témoin de fonctionnement reste allumé.
Bouillir de l‘eau
•
Afin de bouillir de l’eau, régler la température au maximum : tournez le bouton de
réglage de température dans le sens horaire jusqu’à la butée en position
.
•
Le témoin de fonctionnement s‘allume. Il signale que l’appareil chauffe. Après
quelques minutes, l’eau entre en ébullition. Ceci est visible par l’émission de vapeur.
•
Si le bouton de réglage de température reste dans cette position, l’eau va bouillir
sans interruption et va finalement s’évaporer complètement.
ATTENTION ! Risques de brûlure !
Le dégagement de vapeur brûlante peut provoquer des brûlures des mains,
des bras et du visage ! Lors de l’ébullition, ne pas ôter le couvercle du
samovar.

Bouillir de manière intermittente
•
Afin d’éliminer la fonction d‘ébullition en continue, veuillez tourner le bouton de
réglage de température vers l’arrière jusqu’à ce que le témoin de fonctionnement
sur socle de l’appareil s’éteigne. Ainsi, l’appareil est réglé en mode ébullition
intermittente.
•
Lorsque la température de l’eau dans le réservoir redescend, le témoin de fonctionnement s’allume à nouveau et l’appareil chauffe l‘eau. Grace à ce système, le
thermostat règle la consommation d’énergie conformément au besoin et permet
ainsi une économie d’énergie.
Rajouter de l’eau
ATTENTION ! Risques de brûlures !
Lors du remplissage du réservoir chaud avec de l’eau, de la vapeur d’eau peut
se dégager et provoquer des brûlures des mains, des bras et du visage !

REMARQUE !

Un thermostat arrête l’appareil lorsque l’eau fait défaut (ou se trouve en quantité
insuffisante) dans le réservoir. Si la protection de sécurité contre le fonctionnement à sec s’est déclenchée, il faut alors débrancher l’appareil de la prise et avant
de reverser de l’eau, attendre quelques minutes afin qu’il refroidisse.
Utilisation du robinet d‘évacuation

Presser la manette du robinet d’évacuation vers le
bas. Le clapet s’ouvre. Afin de refermer le clapet,
libérer la manette.
Mode continu
Pencher la manette du robinet jusqu’au bout vers
l‘arrière. Elle se maintiendra dans cette position. Le
clapet s’ouvre. Afin de refermer le clapet, replacer
la manette vers l’avant.

Arrêter l‘appareil
•
L’appareil est arrêté complètement en tournant le bouton de réglage de température
jusqu’au bout dans le sens antihoraire sur la position
. Le témoin de fonctionnement s’éteint. Débrancher l’appareil de l’alimentation électrique (Retirer la fiche !).
Préparation du thé
Il existe différents types de thé. A strictement parler, le thé est uniquement une infusion
à base de la plante Camellia sinensis. Une telle infusion peut être de thé noir ou vert.
Il convient de la distinguer des tisanes aux plantes ou aux fruits.
Il y a donc plusieurs manières de préparer un thé ou de la tisane. Afin de préserver les
valeurs des ingrédients et le goût de chaque boisson, on infuse à des températures et
avec des délais d’infusion différents. Le thé vert est par exemple préparé de préférence
avec une eau à 85 °C. Dans chaque cas, il est conse illé de respecter les indications
figurant sur les emballages.
Le thé noir
•
Le passe-thé doit être placé dans la théière.
•
Placer les feuilles de thé dans le passe-thé (pour une tasse env. une cuillère à café)
ou un sachet de thé directement dans la théière (env. 1 sachet pour 1 à 2 tasses).
•
Placer le couvercle sur le réservoir à eau et y placer la théière. Ainsi, la théière
est également préchauffée.
ATTENTION ! Risques de brûlure !
Placez la théière de telle manière sur le couvercle que le dégagement
de la vapeur ne puisse pas atteindre la poignée et chauffer celle-ci !
•
Faites bouillir l’eau.
•
Retirez la théière du réservoir d’eau.
ATTENTION ! Risques de brûlure !
De la vapeur est émise ! De l’eau de condensation peut éventuellement
s’échapper du bas de la théière. Utilisez un chiffon pour saisir la théière !
•
Maintenant, il convient de verser de l‘eau bouillante sur le thé à l’aide du robinet
d’évacuation.
•
Verser au maximum 1 litre d’eau dans la théière.
•
Plus il y aura de feuilles ou de sachets de thé ou moins vous mettrez d’eau dans la
théière, plus le concentré de thé sera fort (Les professionnels apprécient l’infusion
contenant exactement 2,86 g de thé par tasse). Mettez plutôt une quantité un peu
plus importante de thé afin d'être sûr d’obtenir un concentré de thé dans la théière.

REMARQUE !
Vous pouvez déterminer le dosage du concentré de thé selon votre goût.
Respectez le temps d’infusion du thé indiqué sur l’emballage de celui-ci ;
le temps idéal d’infusion varie selon la nature du thé.
•
Reposez la théière avec le concentré de thé sur le réservoir d’eau. La vapeur qui
monte dans le réservoir d’eau maintient le thé dans la théière à la température
exacte dont il a besoin pour infuser.
•
Lorsque le temps d’infusion s’est écoulé, retirer le passe-thé (ou le sachet de thé
instantané) de la théière.
•
Versez ensuite la quantité désirée de ce concentré de thé obtenu dans votre tasse
et complétez avec de l'eau du réservoir. De cette façon, vous pouvez varier le
dosage et le goût de votre thé.
•
Vous pouvez laisser la théière posée sur le réservoir d’eau en laissant l’appareil en
marche pour pouvoir vous servir du thé ou de l’eau à tout moment. Afin que l’eau
reste chaude mais ne soit pas constamment en ébullition, réglez le bouton de
réglage de température sur la position
(mais pas jusqu’à la butée). Le témoin
lumineux devient intermittent. N’utilisez la position maximale que jusqu’à la première
entrée en ébullition de l’eau.
Thé vert
Ce Samovar permet également de préparer du thé vert. Le thé vert ne se prépare
jamais avec de l'eau bouillante, car il deviendrait alors légèrement amer. Selon la
variété, la température idéale de l’eau se situe entre 50 °C et 70 °C. La plupart des
thés verts développent leur arôme optimal à 70 °C e nviron. Meilleure est la qualité du
thé vert, plus la température optimale de l'eau doit être basse. Les thés les plus fins
sont préparés avec de l'eau entre 50 °C et 60 °C.
•
Les thés verts normaux doivent infuser environ 1 à 3 minutes tandis que les thés
verts très fins ne doivent infuser qu'environ 1 minute à 1 minute ½. En ce qui
concerne le thé en sachet, dosez selon les indications fournies par le fabricant.
•
En général, le thé vert doit être plus faiblement dosé que le thé noir : environ 1 g
pour 100 ml ou 1 cuillère à café rase pour 200 ml d'eau. Vous pouvez déterminer
vous-même l’intensité du concentré.
•
Portez l'eau du réservoir à ébullition. Puis versez de l'eau chaude dans les tasses
(la théière est déjà préchauffée étant donné qu’elle est posée sur le réservoir pendant
(selon
l’ébullition). Diminuez la température en plaçant le bouton sur la position
la variété de thé) et laissez refroidir légèrement l'eau (env. 5 à 6 min.). Versez maintenant l’eau chaude provenant du réservoir (respectez le repère de niveau d’eau max.)
sur le thé. Placez la théière sur le réservoir, comme décrit auparavant, pour que le thé
reste chaud et suivez les indications de la préparation du thé noir.

Infusion aux plantes
ATTENTION ! Risques pour la santé liés aux micro-organismes!
Pour la préparation des tisanes de plantes, de fruits ou d’épices, versez à
chaque fois de l’eau bouillonnante puis laissez infuser au moins 5 à 10 minutes!
Cette méthode est la seule qui vous permettra d’obtenir un aliment sûr !
•
•
Pour les tisanes de plantes – que ce soit en vrac ou en sachets – il est indispensable
de les préparer avec de l’eau vraiment bouillonnante et de respecter la durée
d’infusion indiquée. En effet, dans quelques rares cas, les mélanges de plantes
peuvent éventuellement contenir des germes comme par exemple des salmonelles
qui seront détruits en faisant bouillir l’eau. En cas de préparation incorrecte, ces
germes peuvent présenter un risque pour la santé, en particulier quand il s’agit de
tisanes pour enfants.
Les tisanes de plantes ne doivent en aucun cas être préparées avec de l’eau seulement chaude, par exemple pour obtenir plus rapidement une tisane à une température permettant de la boire. Elles sont susceptibles de présenter des risques pour la
santé, notamment pour les nourrissons, les enfants en bas âge et les malades, si en
présence de cas défavorable la tisane de plantes contient des germes. Il ne faudrait
pas non plus laisser reposer une tisane infusée pendant plusieurs heures.
Les germes sont certes détruits quand on fait bouillir l’eau, mais toutefois pas les
spores existants dans la tisane. Ces derniers peuvent germer dans l’eau chaude.
7. Nettoyage et détartrage
Nettoyage
o Veuillez nettoyer l’appareil régulièrement.
o Videz l’appareil après chaque utilisation.
o Rincer soigneusement le réservoir avec de l’eau claire.
ATTENTION ! Risques pour la santé liés aux micro-organismes!
A intervalle régulier, le réservoir d’eau du samovar doit être complètement
vidé et nettoyé (désinfecté) pour éviter la formation de micro organismes
nuisibles à la santé.
o Nettoyer la surface extérieure du samovar avec un chiffon humide puis sécher
l’appareil soigneusement.
DANGER ! Risque d’électrocution ou de chocs électrique !
Ne jamais nettoyer le socle de l’appareil sous l’eau courante, car l’eau peut
pénétrer à l’intérieur de l’appareil et provoquer ensuite des blessures par
électrisation.

o Bien nettoyer la théière, le passe-thé et le couvercle de l’appareil à l’eau chaude
avec un produit de nettoyage doux. Rincer à l’eau claire.
REMARQUE !
Le couvercle de l’appareil, la théière et le passe-thé sont lavable au lavevaisselle!
o Utiliser uniquement un chiffon doux et ne jamais utiliser de chiffon ou d’éponge
abrasifs sous risque de rayer la surface de l’appareil.
o Après le nettoyage, utilisez un chiffon doux et sec pour sécher et polir la surface.
Détartrage
ATTENTION !
Toute réclamation sera rejetée si le détartrage du samovar n’est pas
effectué régulièrement comme décrit dans le manuel d’utilisation.
De telles réclamations sont exclues de la garantie!
o Une mauvaise qualité de l’eau peut faciliter la formation de dépôt de calcaire.
Les dépôts de calcaire prolongent le temps d’échauffement et peuvent entraîner
l’endommagement de l’appareil.
o Selon la fréquence d’utilisation de l’appareil et la qualité de l’eau, veuillez
détartrer l’appareil toutes les 1 à 2 semaines.
o Remplissez le réservoir d’eau avec de l’eau fraîche en y ajoutant du vinaigre
ou un détartrant du commerce puis faites bouillir cette solution.
o Faites couler une partie de cette solution par le robinet afin d’éliminer les dépôts
de calcaire à l’intérieur de ce dernier.
o Renouvelez cette opération 1 à 2 fois.
o Laissez refroidir l’appareil.
o Après détartrage, vider le mélange détartrant. Rincer soigneusement le réservoir
plusieurs fois à l’eau froide, et évacuer une partie de l’eau par le robinet de vidange.
o Si la théière présente également des dépôts de calcaire, veuillez la détartrer de la
même manière à l’aide d’une solution de vinaigre ou de détartrant du commerce.
REMARQUE !
Afin d’éviter des dépôts de calcaire, utilisez de l’eau filtrée !

Stockage de l‘appareil
o Si l’appareil est inutilisé pendant une longue période, il doit être nettoyé selon les
indications figurant plus haut et stocké en lieu sec, propre, à l’abri du gel, du soleil et
hors de portée des enfants. Ne pas stocker d’objets lourds sur l’appareil.

Эта инструкция по эксплуатации описывает установку, обслуживание и уход за
прибором и служит важным информационным источником и справочником.
Знание и выполнение всех содержащихся в ней мер предосторожности и инструкции
по эксплуатации является предпосылкой безопасной и правильной работы с
прибором.
Кроме этого, соблюдайте действующие на территории пользования прибором указания по предотвращению несчастных случаев и общие указания по безопасности.
Инструкция по эксплуатации является частью прибора и должна храниться в доступном месте для персонала по установке, эксплуатации, ухода и чистки прибора.
1. Безопасность
Прибор изготовлен согласно действующим в данный момент правилам техники.
Несмотря на это прибор может представлять опасность, если им пользоваться не
в соответствии с руководством по эксплуатации или не по прямому назначению.
Все лица, пользующиеся прибором, должны соблюдать указания, содержащиеся в
данной инструкции по обслуживанию.

или упал на пол.
Опасность поражения электрическим током! Никогда не погружать

максимальный уровень наполнения!
Прибором могут пользоваться дети старше 8 лет, лица с ограниченными физическими, сенсорными, умственными отклонениями, а также

находятся под присмотром или прошли инструктаж на тему безопасной
эксплуатации и понимают связанные с ней потенциальные угрозы.

Дети не могут выполнять очистку и техобслуживание прибора, кроме
случаев, если им исполнилось 8 лет, и они находятся под присмотром
взрослых.
Дети моложе 8 лет не могут находиться поблизости от прибора и
провода присоединения.
Во время эксплуатации прибора никогда не оставлять его без присмотра.
Никогда не мыть основание прибора под проточной водой, так как вода
может попасть внутрь прибора, в результате чего обслуживающее
прибор лицо может быть поражено электрическим током.
Работы по техобслуживанию и ремонту могут выполнять только
квалифициро-ванные специалисты, применяющие оригинальные
запчасти и аксессуары.
Не использовать аксессуары и запчасти, которые не были рекомендованы производителем. Это может привести к возникновению опасных
ситуаций для пользователя и других лиц, или стать причиной повреждения прибора. Более того, это является основанием для аннулирования
гарантийных прав. Никогда не следует самостоятельно ремонтировать прибор!
Во избежание повреждений и для обеспечения оптимальной
производитель-ности недозволительно предпринимать как изменений
прибора, так и перестроек, если они не чётко дозволены изготовителем.
Периодически следует контролировать провод питания на предмет
повреждений. Никогда не использовать прибор с поврежденным
проводом питания. Если провод поврежден, во избежание опасности
его замену следует поручить персоналу сервисного обслуживания или
квалифицированному электрику.
Не управлять прибором с помощью внешнего часового устройства
или пульта дистанционного управления.
Прибор следует использовать исключительно в закрытых помещениях.

1.3 Источники опасности

Не пользоваться прибором с поврежденным проводом питания или

Ни в коем случае не открывать корпус прибора. В случае нарушения электрических присоединений или модификаций электрической или механической

Никогда не перемещать, не передвигать и не переносить прибор с помощью

1.4 Использование по назначению
Безопасность работы гарантирована лишь при пользовании прибором по назначению. Все технические вмешательства, в том числе монтаж и ремонт, предпринимаются исключительно квалифицированными специалистами службы Сервиса.
Прибор предназначен для использования в домашнем хозяйстве и подобных
местах, как например:
→ в кухнях для работников в магазинах, офисах или других местах
сервисной деятельности;
→ в загородных домиках;
→ для клиентов в гостиницах, мотелях и подобных жилых помещениях;
→ в заведениях Bed & Breakfast.
Самовар предназначен для оптимального приготовления чая и других горячих
и растворимых напитков.
Самовар не использовать для следующих целей:

разогрева в приборе молока или пенящихся жидкостей;
разогрева супов или соусов, а также аналогичных густых блюд;
разогрева и варки жидкостей, содержащих сахар, сахарозу, кислоту,
щёлочь или алкоголь;
заполнения и разогрева воспламеняющихся, вредных для здоровья,
легко испаряющихся или подобных жидкостей или веществ.
ВНИМАНИЕ!
Любое отклонение от пользования по прямому назначению и / или другое
использование прибора запрещено и является пользованием
несоответственно прямому назначению.
Претензии любого рода к изготовителю и / или его представителю по
поводу нанесённого ущерба в результате пользования прибором не по

За весь ущерб при пользовании прибором не по назначению отвечает
сам потребитель.

учётом действующих предписаний, актуального уровня инженерно-технических
исследований, а также нашего многолетнего опыта и знаний.
Переводы инструкции по эксплуатации также сделаны на уровне лучших знаний.
Однако ответственность за ошибки в переводе мы на себя взять не можем.
Основой служит приложенная немецкая версия инструкции по эксплуатации.
Действительный объём поставок может отклоняться при спецзаказах, предъявлении
дополнительных заказных условий поставок или по причине новейших технических
изменений, отличающихся от описанных здесь объяснений и чертёжных изображений.

Перед началом каких-либо действий с прибором, особенно перед его
включе-нием, следует внимательно прочитать данную инструкцию по
обслуживанию!
Производитель не несет ответственность за повреждения и вред вследствие:

3. Транспортировка, упаковка и хранение
3.1 Транспортная инспекция
Полученный груз незамедлительно проверить на комплектность и на транспортный
ущерб. При внешне опознаваемом транспортном ущербе груз не принимать или
принять с оговоркой.
Размер ущерба указать в транспортных документах / накладной/ перевозчика.
Подать рекламацию.
Скрытый ущерб рекламировать сразу после обнаружения, так как заявку на
возмещение ущерба можно подать лишь в пределах действующих рекламационных
сроков.
3.2 Упаковка
Не выбрасывайте упаковочный картон вашего прибора. Он может Вам понадобиться
для хранения, при переезде или если Вы в случае возможных повреждений будете
высылать прибор в нашу сервисную службу. Полностью освободите прибор перед
вводом в строй от внешнего и внутреннего упаковочного материала.
УКАЗАНИЕ!
Если Вы намереваетесь выкинуть упаковочный материал, соблюдайте
предписания, действующие в Вашей стране. Утилизируйте вторично
перерабатываемый упаковочный материал в местах сбора материалов
вторичной переработки.
Проверьте, полностью ли укомплектован прибор и запасные принадлежности.
В случае недостачи каких-либо частей свяжитесь с нашей службой Сервиса.
3.3 Хранение
Приборы держать до установки в не распакованном виде, соблюдая нанесённые
на внешней стороне маркировки по установке и хранению.
Упаковки хранить исключительно при следующих условиях:

хранить в сухом и свободном от пыли месте;
не подвергать воздействию агрессивных веществ;
предохранять от воздействия солнечных лучей;
избегать механических сотрясений;
при длительном хранении (более 3 месяцев) регулярно

В случае необходимости освежить или обновить.

5. Инсталляция
5.1 Установка
•
Перед началом эксплуатации с прибора и аксессуаров следует распаковать
прибор и полностью удалить упаковочный материал и защитную пленку.
ОСТОРОЖНО!
Никогда не удалять с прибора номинальный щиток или предупреждающие
обозначения.
•
Установить прибор на ровном, стабильном, сухом и водоотталкивающем
основании, отличающемся стойкостью к воздействию высоких температур.
•
Никогда не следует устанавливать прибор во влажных и мокрых зонах.
•
Не устанавливать прибор вблизи рабочих мест с открытым огнем,
электрических печек или других источников тепла.
•
Никогда не устанавливать прибор на краю стола во избежание его наклона
или падения.
Прибор следует установить так, чтобы в случае необходимости был обеспечен
беспрепятственный доступ к вилке с целью немедленного отключения
прибора.

5.2 Электрическое подключение

В случае неправильной установки прибор может стать причиной
получения травм!
Перед установкой прибора следует сравнить параметры
локальной электрической сети с техническими данными прибора
(см. номинальный щиток). Прибор можно подключать только в
ситуации полного соответствия параметров!
Прибор может быть подключен только к правильно установленным, одиночным розеткам с заземляющим контактом.
С целью отключения прибора от сети запрещается тянуть за
провод питания, для этого всегда следует пользоваться вилкой.
•
Не допускать контакта провода питания с источниками тепла и острыми краями.
Провод питания не должен свисать со стола или другого основания. Следите за
тем, чтобы никто не мог наступать на провод или спотыкаться об него.
•
Провод питания не может подвергаться изгибам, запутыванию, и должен
всегда находиться в разложенном состоянии.
Никогда не устанавливать прибор или другие предметы на проводе питания.
Не укладывать прокладывать кабель поверх коврового покрытия или других
материалах, изолирующих тепло. Не прикрывать провод питания. Провод
питания не может находиться в зоне работы и не может погружаться в воду
или другие жидкости.
Электрическая цепь в розетке должна быть обеспечена как минимум 16A.
Подключение следует выполнить только непосредственно к настенной розетке,
запрещается применять разветвителей или розетки с несколькими входами.

6. Ввод в эксплуатацию и обслуживание
6.1 Перед первым использованием
•
Перед началом эксплуатации следует ознакомиться с прибором и его
оснащением, пользуясь инструкцией по обслуживанию.
•
Перед первым использованием прибор следует тщательно очистить его согласно
указаниям, описанным в пункте 7 „Очистка и удаление накипи“.
•
Наполнить емкость для воды чистой питьевой водой до отметки максимум
наполнения и вскипятить ее. Вылить воду. Повторить эти действия 2 – 3 раза.
•
Перед вводом прибора в эксплуатацию следует убедиться, что он находится в
безупречном состоянии.

6.2 Ввод в эксплуатацию
Включение / выключение прибора.
•
Включение/выключение прибора возможно путем вращения поворотного
регулятора температуры. В положении

Для того чтобы ввести прибор в действие в режиме нормальной работы
поворотный регулятор температуры следует установить в положении

6.3 Обслуживание
Подогревание воды
ОСТОРОЖНО!
Убедиться, что поворотный регулятор температуры установлен в
положении
, до упора против часовой стрелки.

В емкость прибора влить требуемое количество свежей воды (только до
отметки максимального наполнения).
ОСТОРОЖНО! Опасность получения ожогов!
Переполнение емкости для воды может стать причиной перекипания воды
и получения ожогов! Не превышать максимальный уровень наполнения!
УКАЗАНИЕ!
С целью сокращения фазы нагревания, емкость можно наполнить теплой
водой. В случае холодной воды время подогревания увеличивается.
•
Поместить крышку на емкости и установить на ней заварочный чайник.
•
Подключить прибор к соответствующей одиночной заземленной розетке
электропитания.
•
Повернуть поворотный регулятор температуры по часовой стрелке. Термостат
дает возможность плавно регулировать температуру воды. На выбор есть
несколько настроек: Приготовление/ периодическое приготовление (BOIL) /
горячее (HOT) / теплое (WARM). Учтите данные таблицы на странице 72.
•
Во время фазы нагревания горит контрольная лампочка работы.
Приготовление кипяченой воды
•
Для того чтобы вскипятить воду, температуру следует установить на самый
высокий уровень. Повернуть поворотный регулятор температуры по часовой
стрелке, до упора в положение
.
•
Загорится контрольная лампочка работы. Она сигнализирует о том, что прибор
нагревается. Через несколько минут вода закипит. Об этом свидетельствует
выходящий из прибора пар.
•
Если поворотный регулятор температуры останется в этом положении, вода
будет кипеть непрерывно и, в конце концов, полностью выкипит.
ОСТОРОЖНО! Опасность получения ожогов!
Выходящий из прибора горячий пар может привести к ожогам рук и
лица! Во время приготовления с самовара не следует снимать крышку.

Периодическое приготовление
•
Для того чтобы выключить функцию непрерывного приготовления поворотный
регулятор температуры следует повернуть назад до момента, пока не погаснет
контрольная лампочка на подставке прибора. Таким образом, прибор будет
установлен в режиме периодического приготовления.
•
Как только температура воды в емкости снизится, повторно загорится
контрольная лампочка работы, и прибор подогреет воду. Благодаря этому
термостат регулирует подачу энергии в соответствии с потребностями, и тем
самым обеспечивает экономию электроэнергии.
Наполнение ёмкости водой
ОСТОРОЖНО! Опасность получения ожогов!
Во время наполнения горячей емкости для воды из прибора может
выходить водяной пар и привести к ожогам рук и лица.
•
Повернуть поворотный регулятор температуры против часовой стрелки,

до упора в положении
•
Перед повторным наполнением водой оставить прибор на несколько минут
для остывания.
УКАЗАНИЕ!
•
Термостат выключит прибор в случае отсутствия (или недостаточного
количества) воды в емкости. Если сработает механизм защиты от работы без
воды, следует отключить прибор от розетки и перед повторным наполнением
емкости для воды подождать несколько минут, пока прибор остынет.
Обслуживание сливного краника
Импульсный режим
Нажать рычаг сливного краника вниз. Клапан
откроется. С целью повторного закрытия клапана
следует отпустить рычаг.
Непрерывный режим
Отклонить рычаг сливного краника полностью назад.
В этом положении рычаг будет заблокирован. Клапан
откроется. Для того чтобы повторно закрыть клапан
следует повторно наклонить рычаг вперед.

Выключение прибора
•
Прибор будет полностью выключен путем вращения поворотного регулятора
. Погаснет
температуры против часовой стрелки до упора в положение
контрольная лампочка работы. Отключить прибор от сети электропитания
(вынуть вилку!).
Приготовление чая
Чай чаю рознь. Строго говоря, чай – это всего лишь водный настой чайного растения
камелии китайской (Camellia sinensis). Чай бывает черным или зеленым. Следует
отличать похожие на чай продукты, так называемые травяные и фруктовые чаи.
Заварить чай - это тоже не одно и то же. Чтобы сохранить ценные компоненты и
вкус, чай заливают горячей водой различной температуры и настаивают разное
время. Например, зеленый чай предпочтительно заливать горячей водой,
температура которой прибл. 85°C. В каждом случае нужно соблюдать порядок
приготовления, указанный на упаковке.
Черный чай

Прилагаемое ситечко следует поместить в заварочном чайнике.
Вложить листья чая в ситечко (на чашку около 1 чайной ложки) или пакетик с
чаем непосредственно в чайник (приблизительно 1 пакетик чая на 1 - 2 чашки).
Поместить крышку на емкости для воды и установить на ней заварочный
чайник. Таким образом одновременно подогревается и заварочный чайник.
ОСТОРОЖНО! Опасность получения ожогов!
Заварочный чайник поместить на крышке емкости для воды так, чтобы
выходящий пар не попадал на ручку заварочного чайника, в результате
чего она бы сильно нагревалась.

Вскипятите воду.
Снимите заварочный чайник с емкости для воды.
ОСТОРОЖНО! Опасность получения ожогов!
Выходит горячий пар! Со дна чайника может стекать немного
конденсаторной воды. Следует пользоваться салфеткой для переноса
горячей кухонной посуды!

Обдайте заварку кипятком из сливного крана самовара.
Заполните заварочный чайник макс. 1 литром воды.
Чем больше листьев чая или пакетиков с чаем, и чем меньше воды в чайнике,
тем крепче будет заварка из чая (профессионалы предпочитают навар
из 2,86 г на чашку). Лучше всего использовать немного больше листьев,
чтобы в чайнике образовалась настоящая заварка.

УКАЗАНИЕ!
Интенсивность чайной заварки можно подбирать по собственному вкусу.
Следует учесть время заваривания, указанное на упаковке чая в
зависимости сорта чая.

Заварочный чайник снова установить на емкость для воды. Образующийся в
емкости пар поддерживает именно такую температуру чая в заварочном
чайнике, которая необходима для настаивания чая.
•
По истечении требуемого времени запаривания вынуть ситечко (пакетики с
чаем) из чайника.
•
Налейте желаемое количество заварки в чашку, и долейте воду из емкости.
Так Вы можете варьировать крепость и вкус Вашего чая.
•
Заварочный чайник может оставаться на включенной емкости для воды для
поддержания постоянной температуры заварки. Установите регулятор немного
выше положения
(но не до упора), чтобы вода оставалась горячей, но
постоянно не кипела. Сигнальная лампа будет периодически включаться и
выключаться. Установку на «максимум» следует использовать только для
первого кипячения воды.
Зеленый чай
•
В самоваре можно заваривать также зеленый чай. В отличие от чёрного чая он
заливается не кипятком, иначе он будет чуть горчить. В зависимости от сорта
чая идеальная температура воды составляет 50 °C –70 °C. Большинство
сортов зелёного чая наиболее полно раскрывают свой вкус при температуре

температура воды. Самые благородные и дорогие сорта завариваются при
температуре 50 °C –60 °C.

Обычный зелёный чай настаивают около 1–3 мин, в то время как дорогие
сорта - 1–1 ½ мин. При заваривании чая в пакетиках ориентируйтесь на
рекомендации его изготовителя.
•
Дозировка зелёного чая, в отличие от чёрного, как правило, ниже 1 г. на 100 мл.
или 1 чайная ложка без горки на 200 мл. воды. Естественно, Вы можете сами
решать, какой концентрации чай Вам по вкусу.
•
Доведите воду в самоваре до кипения. Налейте немного горячей воды в чашки
(благодаря размещению заварочного чайника на ёмкости для воды он уже
нагрелся во время процесса кипячения воды). Поверните регулятор назад в
положение
(в зависимости от сорта чая) и подождите 5 – 6 мин., пока
вода немного остынет. Теперь залейте заварку горячей водой из самовара.
Поставьте заварочный чайник на крышку самовара, чтобы чай оставался
горячим, и далее действуйте, как при заварке чёрного чая.

Травяной чай
ВНИМАНИЕ!
Травяной, фруктовый чай, Ройбос и чай с пряностями всегда нужно
заливать кипящей водой и настаивать не менее 5 - 10 минут! Только так
можно получить безопасный и пригодный к потреблению продукт.

Травяной чай – россыпью или пакетированный – нужно обязательно заливать
кипящей водой и настаивать указанное время. В редких случаях в травяных
смесях могут содержаться микробы, например, сальмонелла, которые погибают
при нагревании. При неправильном приготовлении может возникнуть опасность
для здоровья, в особенности, если речь идет о чае для детей.
•
Травяной чай ни в коем случае нельзя просто заливать теплой водой, чтобы
быстрее остыл, и его можно было бы пить. Это может создать угрозу для
здоровья грудных и маленьких детей, а также больных, если во время болезни
они выпьют травяной чай, в котором содержатся микробы. Травяной чай также
нельзя наставить в течение нескольких часов. Кипящая вода хотя и убивает
микробы, но она не влияет на содержащиеся в травяном чае споры. В теплой
воде они могу дать ростки.
7. Очистка и удаление накипи
Очистка
o Прибор следует регулярно очищать.
o Всегда после завершения эксплуатации прибора его следует опорожнить.
o Хорошо сполоснуть емкость прибора чистой водой.
ВНИМАНИЕ!
Емкость самовара следует регулярно полностью опорожнять, очищать
(дезинфицировать) с целью исключения возможности накопления
вредных для здоровья микробов.
o Внешние части самовара очищать мягкой, влажной салфеткой и тщательно
осушать.
ОПАСНОСТЬ! Опасность поражения электрическим током!
Никогда не мыть основание прибора под проточной водой, так как вода
может попасть внутрь прибора, в результате чего обслуживающее
прибор лицо может быть поражено электрическим током.

o Заварочный чайник, ситечко и крышку прибора следует помыть теплой водой с
добавлением мягкого моющего средства. Сполоснуть чистой водой.
УКАЗАНИЕ!
Крышку прибора, заварочный чайник и ситечко можно мыть в
посудомоечной машине!
o Всегда следует пользоваться только мягкой салфеткой, никогда не применять
проволочных мочалок, которые могли бы поцарапать поверхность прибора.
o После очистки поверхность следует осушить и отполировать с помощью сухой
салфетки.
Удаление накипи
ВНИМАНИЕ!
Отсутствие регулярного, соответствующего указаниям инструкция,
удаления накипи в самоваре является основанием для отказа в правах на
рекламацию. На этого вида рекламации гарантия не распространяется!
o В результате использования твердой воды могут появиться осадки и накипь.
Эти осадки могут стать причиной увеличения времени нагревания и могут
привести к повреждению прибора.
o В зависимости от частоты использования и качества воды накипь из емкости
для воды следует удалять каждые 1 – 2 недели.
o Емкость для воды следует наполнить чистой водой, в воду добавить уксус или
доступное в продаже средство для удаления накипи и осадка, вскипятить
образовавшийся раствор.
o Часть раствора пропустить через сливной краник с целью удаления из него
осадка и накипи.
o Кипячение раствора повторить еще 1 – 2 раза.
o Подождать некоторое время, пока раствор остынет.
o После удаления накипи вылить раствор. Емкость несколько раз тщательно
сполоснуть чистой водой и часть воды пропустить через сливной краник.
o Если в заварочном чайнике также появятся осадки и накипь, удалите их с
помощью раствора воды с уксусом или доступного в продаже средства для
удаления накипи.
УКАЗАНИЕ!
Во избежание образования осадков и накипи используйте
фильтрованную воду!

Хранение прибора
o Если прибор не будет использоваться в течение более длительного периода
времени, его следует очистить согласно описанию выше и хранить в сухом,
чистом месте, защищенном от воздействия низких и высоких температур,
а также солнечных лучей. Хранить вдали от детей. На приборе не следует
устанавливать никаких тяжелых предметов.

Старые приборы

по утилизации Вашей коммуны.
