Frequently asked questions

Only the station located in port 00 (usually station 200) can adjust the date, time, and day. Dial intercom # 651 to set the date, # 652 to set the time, and # 653 to set the day. You must enter the date in the format YYMMDD and the time in the 24-hour format HHMMSS. Press the Redial button to confirm each setting.

To set Call Forward-All Calls, press Intercom # 601, dial the station number to forward to, then press the Spkr button. To set Call Forward-Busy, press Intercom # 602 and follow the same steps. To set Call Forward-No Answer, press Intercom # 603, dial the station number to forward to, then dial the number of seconds the phone should ring before forwarding and press the Spkr button.

You can access station-to-station message waiting by pressing the Msg button when calling a station. The Msg LED will flash on the called station. When the returned call is answered, the flashing Msg LED will turn off. To clear the Msg LED from the calling station, press the Intercom button, dial the station number and press the Msg button twice (or 77). To clear the Msg LED from the called station, press the Intercom button and dial # 409.
