The Steamer takes a few minutes to reach operating temperature. During
this time, the Steamer head will become hot but not totally effective. You
may hear the Steamer’s heating system, this is entirely normal and not a
cause for product returns.

ASSEMBLE YOUR NEW GARMENT STEAMER
USING YOUR NEW GARMENT STEAMER
Check that you have unpacked all the items in the box and safely
removed all the packaging (some items are packed in the polyfoam).
There may be some water residue in the tank from Quality
Control processes at the factory. This is not a cause for concern or return.
Detach the water tank (pull upwards) and on the underside is a knurled nut.
Unscrew this and add water…then refasten the knurled nut and fit into the base
of the Garment Steamer. It will only fit in one way.
Fit the steam hose, there
is a ridge on the hose that
aligns with a slot, push in
then turn anti clockwise.
Loosen the nut; fit the telescopic tube
assembly, there is a ridge on the tube that
aligns with a slot, push in then turn anti
clockwise. Then tighten the nut clockwise.
Adjust the tubes for height, open the
clips, adjust the height then close the
clasp to secure the tubes.
NEVER use boiled water, NEVER use hot water. ALWAYS use cool
water and, if you are in a hard water area (if your kettle furs up, this
applies to you), we recommend that you use filtered water – see
separate order form for our filter jug offer. You will not be covered
by our warranty if you don’t follow this advice.
Ensure the Steam handle is in its cradle, then connect the power supply and
switch on. After a few moments, you will see and hear the steam.
Fit the shirt/blouse to the hanger and, gripping and gently pulling the lower edge
of the front/rear panel or sleeve whilst steaming will deliver the best, fastest
results. You can steam the detail features like pockets and collars.
Steaming hanging draperies will help de-odourise and also will aid sanitizing.
Your Garment Steamer comes with a
trouser crease tool, long bristle steam
tool and pad steam tool. ALWAYS fit
these when the Steam Handle is cool.
The trouser crease tool fits on to the tab
on the Steam handle underside, the
handle spring loaded against the Steam
handle; the other tools clip on the top of
the handle, there is a recess.
ALWAYS fit these when the Steam
Handle is cool.
Fit the hanger to the
tube, then press the
button and the hanger
arms will open out.
Your new Garment Steamer comes with a trouser crease tool and 2 brushed
steam tools. ALWAYS FIT THESE WHEN THE STEAM HANDLE IS COOL.
Note the Steam
Handle cradle in place.
LOOKING AFTER YOUR NEW GARMENT STEAMER
ALLOW THE STEAM HANDLE AND THE WATER IN THE BODY
TO COMPLETELY COOL BEFORE STORAGE.
Always empty the Water Tank when not in use – lift the water tank from the
body, pour any remaining water out from the underside filler. There may be
some water remaining in the body cavity – this is normal. Wait for it to be
completely cool before carefully pouring away from the drain plug located on
one side, by the wheel, into a bowl. REMEMBER – this water may still be hot.
Always neatly wrap the power cord but not tightly, do not let the plug stay in the
water tank cavity. Refit the tank, store in a level orientation.
HELP! I THINK MY NEW GARMENT STEAMER HAS GONE
WRONG.
I OPENED THE BOX AND THERE IS SOME WATER IN THE TANK.
There may be some water residues from our QC processes, and this is not a
cause for concern or return.
I SWITCH IT ON BUT NOTHING HAPPENS Is the plug connected
correctly? Have you got water in the tank? If it’s the first use, it can take up to
5-minutes for the steam system to become wholly functional.

I ACCIDENTALLY USED THE GARMENT STEAMER WITH NO
WATER. HAVE I DAMAGED THE STEAM STEAMER? The Steam
Steamer is fitted with an automatic safety system, and in the event of dry use it
will operate to cut the power, although the unit will get hot until the temperature
that triggers the safety devices is reached. Switch off and leave to cool before
correct re-use.
I CAN HEAR THE MOTOR WORKING BUT NO STEAM COMES OUT
Check you have water in the tank AND it is fitted correctly. If you haven’t used
the Garment Steamer for some time, it will take a few minutes to get up to
steam. There may be a small degree of water spit from the Steam handle before
first use, this is entirely normal, Ensure the Steam hose is not kinked – note that
this gets hot in use.
I WAITED UNTIL STEAM IS AVAILABLE BUT WATER, NOT STEAM,
COMES OUT THE STEAMER HEAD Steam can remain in the system from
previous use, this may condense back to liquid state from steam state. This
water may remain inside until the next use, and it may be ejected as water at the
outset of the new steaming session. This is normal and is not a cause for
concern or return.
