Never mix Tri-Chlor or Bromine with Calcium Hypochlorite or other concentrated chlorine or chemicals. Always use clean tablets and lubricate the O-Ring with Lifeguard Silicone lubricant only. Always ensure that the feeder is clean inside of dirt and debris and never install the feeder into copper plumbing to prevent pipe damage.

Turn the control valve to the closed position, shut off the pump and wait for one minute so that water and fumes drain from the feeder. Leave the control valve closed and turn on the pump. Remove the cap and fill with the proper size tablets or sticks and replace the cap. Finally, open the control valve to the original setting.

The optional corrosion resistant check valve prevents the backflow of corrosive liquids and gases that can damage equipment containing metallic components, such as brass or bronze gate valves, filters, heaters or heat exchangers.
