Set the unit to Monitor Mode other than for programming.
OPERATION IN DEFAULT SETTING
• When the STOP signal from the computer (5 – 6) is ON:
The output signal increases with UP signal (3 – 6), and decreases with DOWN signal (4 – 6). If both UP and DOWN signals are ON, the output remains held.
• When the STOP signal from the computer (5 – 6) is OFF:
The UP/DOWN signals at the terminals 3 – 6 and 4 – 6 are disabled and the MXCB holds the value just before the OFF signal.
The output signal can be increased or decreased manually by giving UP (9 – 11) or DOWN (10 – 11) signals ON. If both
UP and DOWN signals are ON or OFF, the output remains held.

ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE
Use a signal source and measuring instruments of sufficient accuracy level. Turn the power supply on and warm up for more than 10 minutes.
1) Reset all setting.
2) Turn the unit into Program mode.
3) Set the PV display to show 0.0 and adjust the output to
0% (ITEM 06).
4) Set the PV display to show 100.0 and adjust the output to 100% (ITEM 07).
5) Set the PV display to show 0.0 again and check the output.
6) When the output value is changed, repeat the above procedure 3) – 5).
7) Return the unit into Monitor mode.
CHECKING
1) Terminal wiring: Check that all cables are correctly connected according to the connection diagram.
2) Power input voltage: Check voltage across the terminal
7 – 8 with a multimeter.
3) Output at STOP signal OFF: The output does not respond to UP (3 – 6) or DOWN (4 – 6) signals.
4) Output load: Check that the load resistance meets the described specifications.
MAINTENANCE
Regular calibration procedure is explained below:
■ CALIBRATION
Warm up the unit for at least 10 minutes. Apply 0% and
100% input signal. Check that the output signal for the respective input signal remains within accuracy described in the data sheet. When the output is out of tolerance, recalibrate the unit according to the “ADJUSTMENT PROCE-
DURE” explained earlier.
