It is not necessary to install the drivers for the Data Cable for Windows 7. Simply connect the Data Cable and the drivers should be located and installed automatically.

On Windows XP you can use Hyper Terminal to see the raw data. On Windows Vista and Windows 7, you can use the C2 Terminal which is available on the Current Cost website.

The C2 Terminal is a program that allows you to connect to your Current Cost monitor and see the raw data. You can download it from the Current Cost website. It requires .NET 3.5 to be installed.

First, make sure that the cable is connected securely. If that doesn't solve the problem, you may need to reinstall the drivers. If reinstalling the drivers doesn't work, please contact Current Cost for support.
