The TPS2000 series is capable of making a broad range of
measurements from three-phase power and multi-channel
floating and grounded measurements on up to four channels
simultaneously to debugging control circuits. The series
features up to 4 IsolatedChanneltm inputs and external trigger
input for taking safe floating and differential measurements
as well as maintaining the safety of the test equipment and
the systems under test.With up to 8 hours continuous battery life in a highly mobile package the
TPS2000 series is ideally suited for use on the bench, in the power lab, or in the field for industrial
power design and test, equipment installation and maintenance and automotive design and test
applications.
Traditional oscilloscope user interface with dedicated knobs per channel and colour LCD display

The PicoScope 2000 offers excellent performance and value.

Analyser
The CircuitMaster is a unique circuit test instrument,
designed with two aims in mind: -,To simplify the safe
probing of fine pitch PCBs.,To combine traditional and new
test methods in one instrument.,On fine pitch ICs and tiny
components, probing component pins is difficult, and there is
a constant risk of damage by shorting pins. With traditional
instruments probing is &#147;blind&#148; while instrument
controls are adjusted. The CircuitMaster uses full automatic
ranging to eliminate adjustments during probing, so the
operator can continuously view the pin. In addition the CircuitMaster combines several types of
instrument functions, further reducing probing operations without reducing measured information.
Multiplexed DSO, DVM, function generator, VI tester, FirmFlex tester
Simultaneous DC voltage (0.1%) and AC waveform (100MHz) measurement
Auto and cursor waveform analysis, including store and compare
VI test for power off board diagnosis with flexible ranges for testing a wide range of circuits
including configurable pulse outputs for checking gated devices (e.g. triacs) and comparison to
reference VI curves for rapid identification of faulty components.
FirmFlex powered circuit test depicts on a colour coded display the drive strength of a circuit
facilitating the detection of broken tracks, high impedance outputs, short circuits etc. that passive
test equipment cannot diagnose.

Differential Preamplifier
The ADA400A Active Differential Preamplifier allows direct
oscilloscope measurements of very low amplitude voltages and
signals which are not ground referenced. The high impedance of
both inputs eliminates the need to add additional ground points
in the DUT, thereby avoiding circulating currents which disturb
the measurement or the circuit.,The high gain and extremely high
common mode rejection provide usable measurements of
voltages as low as 5&mu;V, even in high noise environments.
Selectable bandwidth limiting reduces normal mode noise from
digital logic, switch mode power supplies and line frequency
sources. Adjustable differential offset allows the user to null out
transducer bridge bias and galvanic potential from the test set-up.
An "infinite impedance" mode can be selected in the two highest gain ranges allowing accurate
measurements of signals with high source impedance. It is specifically designed to operate on
