Users of the Creative Solutions Accounting™ (CSA) software.
This user bulletin explains changes made for this release of Creative Solutions Accounting.
CHANGES
Payroll form and filing information
To determine the status, availability, and filing methods for payroll tax forms, refer to the Payroll section of
the CSA Home Page. Click the + sign next to a jurisdiction to display the list of available forms. Click the
+ sign next to any form to display the status and filing methods available.
State Payroll Tax modules






Florida — We have updated Form RT-3 to the latest version available from the agency. You do not
need to resubmit this form if you previously submitted it.
Montana — We have addressed an issue that caused the last three employees listed on Form UI-5G
to be repeated on the Form UI-5A continuation.
New Mexico — We have addressed an issue for Form CRS-1 that in certain circumstances caused
spaces to be removed inappropriately from the County Name field within the internet file.
Ohio — We have added the following localities to the list of municipalities for the Regional Income
Tax Agency (RITA):

 Baltic
 Camden
 Catawba
 Eaton
 Gratis
 Hiram
 Mt. Healthy
 New Riegel
 North Robinson
 Oak Hill
 Patterson
 Valleyview
Oklahoma — We have updated Form WTH10004 to the latest version available from the agency.
You do not need to resubmit this form if you previously submitted it.
Vermont — We have updated the VTPREEDIT SUTA file for Form C-101 to include a blank field at
the end of each record. If you have already created the file, you will need to recreate it before
submitting the file to the agency.

We issue software update notices via email. You can sign up to receive these notices by visiting the My
Account section of our website. You’ll need to create a web account (if you don’t already have one) and
then sign up for the Email Subscription service where you can indicate which notices you want to receive.
