Reparatur

Reparatur einer getragenen Arbeit

Hinweis: Arbeiten, die im Mund getragen waren, müssen im Vorwärmeofen getrocknet werden. Arbeit säubern, die Oberfläche muss angeraut oder abgestrahlt werden. Die Arbeit im Vorwärmeofen von Raumtemperatur mit 5 °C/min auf 400 °C hochheizen. Haltezeit mindestens 4 Stunden, langsam abkühlen.

Es folgt der Auftrag von Touch Up Massen Base Dentin, Dentin und Incisal, angemischt mit Modelling Liquid.

Repair

repair of a restoration worn by a patient

Note: Restorations that have been worn intraorally must be dried out in the preheat furnace. Clean the restoration, the surface must be roughened or sandblasted. Heat the restoration in the preheat furnace from room temperature to 400 °C / 752 ºF at a rate of 5 °C / 41 ºF / min. Hold time 4 hours minimum, allow to cool slowly.

Then apply the Touch Up materials Base Dentin, Dentin and Incisal, mixed with Modelling Liquid.

Réparation

réparation d’un travail déjà porté en bouche

Remarque : Les céramiques qui ont été portées en bouche doivent être séchées dans le four de préchauffage. Nettoyer la céramique, rendre les surfaces rugueuses ou les sabler. Chauffer la céramique dans le four de préchauffage avec une progression de 5 °C/min jusqu’à 400 °C. Respecter un palier d’au moins quatre heures, refroidir lentement.

Appliquer ensuite les masses Touch Up Base Dentin, Dentin et Incisal mélangées avec le liquide de modelage.

Reparación

reparación de un trabajo llevado en boca

Nota: Trabajos que hayan sido llevados en boca habrá que secarlos en el horno de precalenta miento. Limpiar el trabajo, la super ficie deberá ser repasada con chorro de arena y en basto. Poner el trabajo en el horno de precalentamiento a la temperatura ambiente y aumentar a razón de 5 °C/min hasta los 400 °C. Tiempo de espera o retención de 4 horas por lo menos, enfriar lentamente.

Seguidamente se aplican las masas Touch Up de dentina básica, dentina e incisal, mezcladas con Modelling Liquid.
