Eastwood Plasma Cutting Table offers you an industrial solution for cutting materials with your plasma cutter or gas torch. With a 250-pound capacity, you can cut through heavy plate steel without worrying about pieces falling. The table's support slats protect your work surface and can be flipped over for a flat surface or replaced when needed. PLASMA CUTTING TABLE
INSTRUCTIONS
Your Eastwood Plasma Cutting Table offers you an industrial solution to a problem most hobbyist face when trying to cut material with their plasma cutter or gas torch. Using this table you can lay your work piece over the support slats and make cuts with your plasma cutter or gas torch and not worry about what to use to support the back side of the material. The 250 pound capacity allows you to layout even heavy plate steel, make your cuts and not worry about pieces falling to the fl oor.
WARNINGS
• Always wear the proper ANSI-approved eye and skin protection when plasma cutting.
• Always wear safety glasses and follow common practices when using hand tools.

ASSEMBLY
1. Lie out and connect two of the Legs (A) with one of the Short Leg Braces (B). All the legs are identical so they can be used in every position (Fig 1).
2. Install two of the smaller 8mm nuts and bolts through each of the Legs (A) and Short Leg Braces (B). Do not tighten the bolts at this time.
Assemble the entire table with the nuts only fi nger tight and after assembly wrench tighten each of the nuts securely (Figs 2, 3).

3. Install each of the Long Leg Braces (C) to the Legs (A) in Step 2 (Figs 4, 5, 6).

4. Install two Legs (A) on the opposite side and connect them with a Short Leg Brace (B) using the small 8mm bolts and nuts (Fig 7).

5 . Using the large 10mm nuts and bolts, install the four table edges (D, E) with the cut grooves in the up and inner position (Fig 8).
Insert the bolts through the legs and into the table edges (Fig 9).

6. With the entire frame of the table assembled and on a level surface, you can now tighten each of the bolts (Fig 10).
7. After the assembly of the frame is complete you can install each of the cutting slats. These simply rest in the grooves cut into the table edge.
These slats are a wear item and over time they can be fl ipped over to achieve a fl at surface and eventually will need to be replaced (Fig 11).

8. After installing the slats the assembly of the Eastwood Plasma Cutting Table in complete. You can now begin using your plasma cutter to cut out pieces of material without the worry of cutting through your support surface (Fig 12).
