Frequently asked questions

Recharging time may vary depending on the watch model and intensity of light exposure. Please refer to the instruction manual for specific guidelines.

The watch will continue to keep accurate time even when power charge is insufficient. However, if the condition persists for about 3 days, the watch will stop operating.

Avoid recharging the watch near high-temperature light sources or in places where it can get too hot (about 60°C/140°F or more) to prevent damage.

Expose the watch face to light, and the Quick Start function will activate, restarting the second hand with an irregular hitch movement. Reset the time to the correct time to ensure accuracy.

Regularly expose the watch to light, especially when not in use. This practice will help maintain a sufficient power charge for optimal performance.
