Installation Manual Bluetooth
Original Audi RNS-E / FIS
Note: This Plug & Play wiring harness is manufactured specially for cars with CAN-BUS Gateway (A3, TT). If you
have an A3, or TT, you don t have to change nothing.
For Audi A4 B6 or B7, Audi A6 4B. The diagnosis communication goes through K-Line. Only, if your car have cd-
changer factory installed and Quadlock connector, omit this step. Because you already have the K-Line on the blue
connector behind the radio.
If your vehicle doesn’t have Cd changer with Quadlock connector, you must perform the following steps:
1 - You must connect from a K-Line source to the below terminals red colored.
2 - Fo example: From the diagnosis (OBD) Terminal 7 or Climatronic, “D-connector” T16 Terminal 7.

The installation of the Bluetooth kit consists of the following steps:
STEP 1:
Remove the original vehicle's Radio or Navigation system using a removal tool.
STEP 2:
Locate the BT interface in a place where it can be fixed and subject, for example behind the auto glove compartment,
steering wheel's side, with flanges or any tooling and protect it with a foam if you want to protect it better from vibrations.
STEP 3:
Connect the terminals of the Plug & Play wiring harness to their respective units.
+ 54-pin connector (black elongated, with a white holding tab) connected to the bluetooth interface box.
* Female Connector Quadlock -> Original Quadlock connector of the vehicle.
* Male Connector Quadlock -> Radio/Navigation System.
* Locate the microphone in the overhead dome light panel or where you prefer.
If you have an Audi's Plug & Play wiring harness with ISO connection factory installed. (if not, omit this step)
* 54-pin connector (black elongated, with a white holding tab) connected to the bluetooth interface box.
+ Female ISO Connectors -> Original ISO Connectors of the vehicle.
* Male Connector Quadlock -> 3d generation Radio/Navigation System RNS-E.
* Locate the original microphone in the overhead courtesy lights panel or where you prefer.
STEP 4:
Code the Radio/Navigation unit, the Bluetooth unit and MFD (only if you have them) by using VCDS/Vas 5051 or higher.
Depending on the Radio/Navigation System the coding will be different.
Concert II (1 Din)
Audi vehicles with Radio Concert Il {1 Din) enter to channel 56 and change the query by adding the necessary digit.

Once we have coded the Radio/Navigation and Bluetooth units, we can proceed to code the steering wheel electro-
nics ECU, channel 16, where we will change the digit that is in the query's position.
For the Audi A3 (8P)
