CAUTION: Equipment damage. If the nose fastening is not
properly inserted and the stand tube has not been bolted, the
stand can fall.

WARNING: Read and understand these instructions prior to use
of this product. Failure to understand the operating requirements
for this product may result in injury to yourself, the patient or may
damage the instrument.
Grab the front end of the spring arm and slowly pull it down until it
reaches the stop.

Remove the plug and the protective cover from the spring arm opening.
Discard the plug.
3.
Push the plastic sleeve on the spring arm far enough to cover the slots.

B. Align power socket enclosure to base
WARNING: Operator injury. The spring arm, which is compressed,
can jump backward and result in injuries. During the installation of
the luminaire, ensure that no one is within swiveling range of the
spring arm.
Note: Ensure that the stand tube is inserted so that the recess in the tube is
seated in the flange of the base, and that the stand base can not be rotated.

Unscrew the winged screw with the spring washer (1) from the stand
tube.

Push in the luminaire and the securing segment completely into the
slots, ensuring that the securing segment is securely in the groove.
2.
Insert the stand tube (2) so that the recess in the tube is seated in the
flange of the base and can not be rotated.
5.
Turn the plastic sleeve 180 degrees and turn the brake screw until the
luminaire is completely installed and friction is applied.
3.
Ensure a secure seating.
6.
Check for a secure seating of the luminaire.
4.
Screw in and tighten the winged screw and spring washer.

Unscrew the cross-slotted screw, pull the cover forward and move it up
to take it out.
2.
Insert the spring arm pin, place the disk, and secure them with the
retaining ring. Ensure that the retaining ring fits into the pin groove.
CAUTION: Equipment damage. Without the disk installed, the
retaining ring may loosen and the spring arm may fall out of the
joint. Always install the disk.
3.
Make the electrical connection.
4.
Attach the cover and screw in the cross-slotted screw.
