A) B) C) D) Insert mounting stud into predrilled hole in cabinet making sure that the star washer is compressed between the shoulder of the stud and the wooden panel. Use 11mm or 7/16” open end wrench to hold flats of stud horizontal while hex cap screw is tightened from inside of cabinet. Re-install holder bar assembly onto stud and tighten allen screws on bottom side of assembly. Route handpiece pilot tubing through hole in panel near holders. Note: Star washer must be installed to keep the holder bar from spinning during use. Star Washer Equipment Alert Be sure flats of mounting bar are horizontal. If this is not done the holder bar will not be level. Loosen screws holding brackets to cabinet, slip bracket off, route tubing through and replace brackets onto cabinet. Step 7: Mount Water Bottle Assembly (if applicable): A) If not already provided, mark mounting locations in cabinet (preferably on inside of door). B) If not already provided, drill 1/8” pilot holes (refer to dimensions in picture). C) Mount water bottle assembly using #8 wood screws provided. Note: May use bracket to mark pilot hole spread. B) If not already provided, drill two 1/8” pilot holes (refer to dimensions in picture). C) Mount solids collector using two #8 wood screws provided. Step 10: Solids Trap Tubing Connections: A) Route corrugated vacuum tubing from vacuum supply line to solids trap. B) Route HVE and SE tubing into cabinet through cutout at the head of cabinet, then through bracket on the side of cabinet then hook up to solids trap. Note: This may require removing red caps from HVE fitting on solids trap. Equipment Alert Do not leave any open fittings on the solids trap. Step 11: Assistant’s controls: A) Loosen pinch control screws and pull blue and yellow tubing through syringe adjustment block until grey tubing is 2” from adjustment block. B) Pre-drill holes in the top of the cabinet and use the supplied #8 wood screws to mount the assistant’s controls. C) Remove syringe tip and route syringe to holder bar. Place the 6” piece of blue tubing onto end of quick connect fitting from the water bottle assembly. Connect the blue tubing from the water bottle assembly, syringe control and control tray using tee fitting on the end of the blue tubing from the assistant’s control (trim tubing as necessary). Take the yellow tubing from the assistant’s control and pair with the yellow tubing from the water bottle assembly. Trim the yellow tubing from the assistant’s control to an effective length. Connect the tubing from the assistant’s control, water bottle assembly and excess yellow tubing that was trimmed off. Take the yellow tubing (excess section) that has all been connected together and join with the yellow tubing from the control tray. Trim the yellow tubing from the control tray so that it can be connected using a tee fitting to the tubing coming from the assistant control and water bottle assembly, then use the trimmed piece to route from the tee connection to the air regulator. Take the orange tubing from the water bottle and pair with the orange tubing from the control tray. Trim the orange tubing coming from the control tray so that it can mbe connected using the tee fitting on the tubing coming from the water bottle flush valve. Use the excess orange tubing to route from the tee connection to the foot control switch. Note: Refer to diagrams in this manual for further instructions on tubing connections. Step 13: Tubing Connections w/o Water Bottle Assembly (if applicable): A) B) Take blue tubing from assistant control and join with blue tubing coming from the control tray. Trim as necessary and connect using a union fitting. Take the yellow tubing from the assistant’s control and pair with the yellow tubing from the control tray. Trim the yellow tubing from the control tray so that it can be connected using the tee fitting to the tubing coming from the assistant control. Use the excess yellow tubing to route from the tee connection to the foot control switch.
