This feature is particularly useful for adding color to high moisture products such as chicken and other poultry items or for additional browning of full loads and other moist products. In addition, this feature may be used to add texture to fried items such as French fries or breaded chicken. All of the cooking procedures shown in this guide can be adapted for use with S-Control models by manually setting the suggested cooking mode, time, and temperature indicated. P R E H E AT I N G 1.
