Safety Warnings
Read the manual completely before assembling and riding.
FAILURE TO USE COMMON SENSE AND HEED THE FOLLOWING WARNINGS INCREASES RISK
OF SERIOUS INJURY. USE WITH APPROPRIATE CAUTION AND SERIOUS ATTENTION TO
S

O
OPERATION.
O
Riding any bicycle can be a hazardous activity. Certain conditions may cause the equipment to fail without fault of the
manufacturer. Like other electric vehicles, the VeloMini can and is intended to move, and it is therefore possible to
lose control, fall off and/or get into dangerous situations that no amount of care, instruction or expertise can eliminate.
If such things occur, you can be seriously injured or die, even when using safety equipment and other precautions.
RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND USE COMMON SENSE. This manual contains many warnings and cautions
concerning the consequences of failing to maintain
maintain, inspect or properly use your VeloMini
VeloMini. Because any incident can
result in serious injury or even death, we do not repeat the warning of potential serious injury or death each time such
a possibility is mentioned.

VeloMini and review and reinforce the information in this manual.
The recommended rider age is 16 and older. Please check the laws in your area for electric bicycles
and abide by
y them. Any
y rider unable to fit comfortablyy on the VeloMini should not attempt
p to ride it.
DO NOT EXCEED THE WEIGHT LIMIT OF 210 Pounds. Rider weight does not necessarily mean a
person’s size is appropriate to fit or maintain control of the VeloMini.
In most states electric bicycles are considered bicycles and not motorized vehicles. Your insurance may not provide
coverage for theft or accidents. Contact your insurance company or agent for details on your policy.

ABLE RIDING PRACTICES AND CONDITIONS
Always
y check and obey
y any
y local laws or regulations
g
which may
y affect the locations where the VeloMini mayy be used
on public property.
Ride defensively. Watch out for potential obstacles that could catch your wheel or force you to swerve suddenly or lose
control. Be careful to avoid pedestrians, skaters, skateboards, scooters, bikes, children, animals or other
obstructions that may enter your path, and respect the rights and property of others. Maintain a hold on the
handlebars at all times with both hands. Never carry passengers or allow more than one person at a time to ride
the VeloMini. Keep your fingers and other body parts away from the drive chain, steering system, wheels and all
other moving components. Never use headphones, ear buds or a cell phone when riding.
The VeloMini is intended for use on solid, dry surfaces such as pavement or level ground without loose debris such as
rocks or gravel. Never use near steps or swimming pools. Wet, slick or uneven and rough surfaces may impair
traction and contribute to possible accidents. Do not ride the VeloMini in mud, ice, rain, puddles or water. Failure

excessive speeds that can be associated with downhill rides, Due to the small tire size, it is not recommended to
ride at night or when visibility is impaired. If you do ride at night make sure you have proper front and back lighting
installed on the bike for viewing the road surface and for being seen by others.
PROPER RIDING ATTIRE
Always wear proper protective equipment such as an approved safety helmet. A helmet may be legally required by local
law or regulation in your area. Always wear shoes, never drive barefooted or in sandals, and keep shoelaces tied
and out of the way of the wheels, motor and drive system.
USING THE CHARGER
Use only with the recommended charger
charger. The charger supplied with the VeloMini should be regularly examined for
damage to the cord, plug, enclosure and other parts, and in the event of such damage, replace charger. Use
caution when charging. The charger does have an auto turnoff feature. However do not leave it plugged for
extended periods of time. Do not exceed charging time. The charger is not a toy. Charger should be operated by
an adult. Do not operate charger near flammable materials. Unplug charger and disconnect from the battery
operated product when not in use. Always disconnect from the charger prior to wiping down and cleaning your
scooter with liquid.

Do not expose the VeloMini to strong static electricity or magnetic fields
fields.
If the battery or motor becomes deformed, or smells, discontinue use immediately.
The battery should take between 1-3 hours to charge. Avoid leaving the battery charger plugged
in for longer than 12 hours at a time. The charger is designed for indoor use only.
