The Enigma SSP18E, Enigma SSP18, Enigma SSP18FIXED, Enigma SSP18FW, Enigma SSP16, Enigma SSP18ST, Enigma SUSP18, Enigma STS18E, Enigma STS18, Enigma STS18FIXED, Enigma STS18FW, Enigma STS16, Enigma STS18EB, Enigma STS18ST, and Enigma SUTS18 are designed for indoor and outdoor use, up to 115kg (18 stones). The wheelchair can be moved in all directions, and is manually propelled by the wheelchair user and/or a carer. The wheelchair frame can accommodate either 24” self propel wheels or 12½” transit wheels.

To apply the parking brakes, push the plastic brake handle towards the front of the wheelchair. Push the handle back to release the brakes. The STS18EB model has additional cable brakes, which an attendant may use to apply the brakes to reduce speed whilst in motion. On this model, only the parking brakes should be used when the wheelchair is stationary.

Release the bolt using the spanner and turning clockwise. Then adjust the footplate to lengthen or shorten the legrest. Finally, tighten the bolt by using the spanner and turning anticlockwise.

Remove the armrest by pushing in the button on armrest tubing whilst lifting the armrest up.
