Hold the [M] button for 2 seconds to enter the Alarm setting display. Use the [M] button to select between the minute and hour settings. Use the [S/S] or [L/R] buttons to increase or decrease the number. Press and hold the [M] button to exit the setting display.

The Pacer function allows you to set a beeping rate between 30 and 180 beats per minute (BPM) and use it to keep your pace during activities like running or walking. The step counter will increment each time the pacer beeps.

To calibrate the compass, press and hold the [M] button in Compass Mode. When the calibration screen appears, move the watch in a figure-eight pattern until the ‘Calibrating’ indicator disappears.
