Frequently asked questions

The grease filter can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher. Soak it in hot water with a grease-loosening cleaner, then rinse thoroughly with hot water. For dishwasher cleaning, select the most powerful washing program and highest temperature, at least 65°C. Refit the grease filter when it is dry.

The activated carbon filter should be replaced at least once every year. It cannot be washed or regenerated.

Disconnect the hood from the mains power supply. Unlock the lighting cover by twisting the bolts to the left and fold down the bulb cover. Replace the old light bulb with a new light bulb of the same kind. Close the bulb cover and relock it by twisting the bolts to the right.
