Big results in a small package. This innovative countertop electric boilerless steamer is a great addition to any size kitchen. Available in a 3-pan
or 5-pan capacity. Unit shall be constructed of satin finish 304 stainless steel with a one-piece welded 316 stainless steel cooking chamber with
coved corners. The Turbo-Steam also includes four 4” adjustable legs, a 60-minute timer with audible alarm that signals the end of the cook cycle,

The Polaris is the industry’s first gas-powered, boilerless, mobile catering steamer. This connectionless, fully portable unit is powered by a 30 lb. propane tank, allowing it to be operated at remote locations where steamed

Altair II models feature a dual-direction convection fan that increases steam velocity and steam distribution efficiency by pulling moist hot air
past food pans, then forcing it against cooking chamber walls to be reheated. Because Altair II vent steam through their drain instead of the rear
