Westye Bakke on his Harley-Davidson motorcycle with his wife Mary and two children ‘Bud’ and Elaine on their way to start a new life in Madison (1926).

Integrated Refrigeration

Sub-Zero takes the idea of “built-in” a step further with integrated,

“anywhere” refrigeration that merges seamlessly into the décor, with no visible hinges or grilles. Choices abound. Drawers or tall units.

Refrigerator only, freezer only, or a combination. Integrated refrigeration is available in a classic stainless steel finish, or it can disappear fully into the room design with doors faced with custom cabinetry and hardware.

Under and over combination refrigerator at the top and the choice of refrigerator or freezer at the bottom with the exception of model TFI which is all freezer.

Wine Storage

Better storage conditions for the bottle ultimately mean more enjoyment in the glass. Two independent storage zones, sealed and digitally controlled, maintain the humidity, UV protection, and temperature that wines – and wine lovers – require. Shelves faced with solid cherrywood cradle the bottles (including magnums) and glide out smoothly, providing access to each bottle without agitating the wine. The quiet compressor keeps your wines free from harmful vibration.

Downdraft Ventilation Downdraft Control Module

116cm Downdraft, 91cm Downdraft and 76cm Downdraft. Fully retractable and available with internal or remote motors, variable speed control. Suitable for duct runs up to 12 metres.

V e n t i l a t i o n

Behind the sculpted lines of Wolf ventilation units there’s a lot of hard-nosed functional thinking. Brilliant halogen lighting illuminates your cooking surface. Powerful multi-speed blowers whisk away smoke and odours.

Filters (five-layer mesh on downdrafts, baffle system on wall and island hoods) remove easily for cleaning. Heat lamps, standard on 68cm deep wall hoods, keep foods at serving temperature. Wall-mount and island hoods are available in classic stainless steel. All hoods are available with optional internal or remote motor extract systems.

Pro Wall Hood

Available in widths from 76cm to 167cm with the choice of internal or external motor systems.
