Read this instruction sheet before beginning installation of equipment
•
Make sure all components outlined in section 2 are in the carton
•
Use water supply lines from tap water outlets with a minimum of 20 PSI, not to exceed 80
PSI, and water temperature must not exceed 100°F.
•
Make sure the mounting surface can hold a 20 lb. load.
•
If mounting in a corner make sure to allow 3” on either side of the dispenser to allow for
the doors to open properly.
•
Install the unit close to a floor drain or sink whenever possible,
•
As with all chemicals, place the system in an area that can be secured from unauthorized
personnel. The FASTDRAW® PEROXIDE Dispenser has two locking doors to prevent
tampering or theft.

Step 1: Mounting the dispenser to the wall
1. Determine if you are installing the dispenser in the corner
or standard flat installation.
2. Use the mounting template as a guide to properly mark the
holes on the wall.
3. Drill holes using the 9/32” drill bit.
4. Insert the anchors into the drilled holes and hammer them
into the wall until the anchors are flush with the wall.
5. Place the screws into the anchors and slightly tighten.
6. Open the doors on the dispenser to expose the mounting
holes on the back of the dispenser. Make sure the black
inlet water hose hangs straight down from the back of the
dispenser.
7. Position the dispenser holes over the screw heads and slide
down until the keyhole slots are resting on the screws.
Tighten the screws.
8. Connect the black inlet water hose to the water supply.
Turn on the water supply to check for any leaks. If any
water leaks are present, tighten hose connection accordingly.
Do not over tighten.

1. Open up the doors on the dispenser and remove the front face
of the dispenser (See section 10 Accessing Internal Dispenser Parts).
Determine the product you wish to use in the dispenser. The
fourth slot is always designated for the bucket fill/scrubber
product.
2. Dial the selector valve to the appropriate application and press
the front red button to properly prime the product lines. Product
is properly primed when clear tube is filled with product. There
is no need to prime lines every time as check valves are installed
into each product port to keep chemical lines continually primed.
1. Dial the front selector valve to appropriate product. If dispensing
into spray bottle, place spray bottle over bottle fill hose completely
and press the red button to activate chemical. When bottle is
full release the red button. For the bucket fill/autoscrubber
product, place bucket fill outlet tube into mop bucket/scrubber,
press the red button to activate chemical. Press and rotate red
button clockwise to lock button to allow continuous flow of
product. Rotate counter-clockwise to unlock the button and stop
flow of product.
1. When product bottle is empty, remove FASTDRAW® cap and discard bottle into trash or
recycle where appropriate.
2. Place full FASTDRAW® bottle into dispenser and screw cap onto bottle. Do not over tighten.
3. Prime line by activating the product to remove air from the chemical supply line.

1. To access the proportioner and backflow preventor, the front
cover must be removed by following the steps below:
a. Open product doors.
b. Remove selector valve lever.
c. Press button on top of the dispenser and remove front cover.
2. To remove proportioner assembly, lift white tab and slide out
proportioner.
3. To replace slide proportioner back into position and push with
tab back into place.
4. To replace cover:
a. Insert cover into slots & position so it slides over white piece
on the selector valve.
b. Push selector valve over protruding white piece.
c. Close doors.
•
Always wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when using any chemical.
•
Always observe safety and handling instructions that are found on the Material Safety Data
Sheets (MSDS).
•
Always direct chemical discharge away from you or other persons.
•
Always dispense cleaners and chemicals according to label directions.
•
Keep equipment clean to maintain proper operation.
•
Always reassemble equipment according to instruction procedures. Be sure all components
are firmly screwed or latched into position.
•
Use of any other products through the FASTDRAW® PEROXIDE System, other
than products manufactured by Betco® Corporation, will void all warranties
and may prevent the system from operating properly.
