Ce manuel a été rédigé pour vous familiariser avec votre nouvelle machine, vous permettre de l’utiliser dans
les meilleures conditions et d’effectuer son entretien.
Soucieux de vous faire profiter au maximum des évolutions technologiques, des nouveaux équipements ou

Formation / Informations
- Se familiariser avec l’utilisation correcte et les commandes avant d’utiliser la
machine. Savoir arrêter le moteur rapidement.
- La machine doit toujours être utilisée suivant les recommandations indiquées dans
la notice d’instruction.
- Ne pas oublier que l’utilisateur est responsable des accidents ou des phénomènes
dangereux survenant aux autres personnes ou à leurs biens. Il est de sa
responsabilité d’évaluer les risques potentiels liés au broyage à effectuer.
- Ne jamais laisser les enfants, ou des personnes non familières avec ces instructions,
utiliser la machine. Les réglementations locales peuvent fixer un âge minimal pour
l’utilisateur.
- Ne pas utiliser la machine après avoir absorbé des médicaments ou des substances,
réputées comme pouvant nuire à sa capacité de réflexe et de vigilance.
- Pour utiliser la machine, portez des équipements de protections appropriés, en
particulier des chaussures de sécurité, des pantalons longs, des lunettes
protectrices, des gants et des protections auditives. Eviter de porter des vêtements
amples ou contenant des cordes ou des liens pendants
- Faire attention au risque minime de décharge électrique dû à la bougie.
- Utiliser la machine pour l’usage auquel elle est destinée, à savoir le broyage des
végétaux. Toute autre utilisation peut s’avérer dangereuse ou entraîner une
détérioration de la machine.
Préparation
- Inspecter minutieusement les végétaux à broyer et éliminer tous les objets qui
pourraient être dangereux (pierres, fils, verre, objets en métal…).
- avant de démarrer la machine, vérifier que toutes les vis, écrous, boulons et autres
dispositifs de fixation sont correctement fixés et que les protecteurs et écrans sont
en place. Remplacer les étiquettes endommagées ou illisibles;
- maintenir les câbles électriques d’arrêt moteur en bon état de façon à garantir l’arrêt
moteur. (au niveau des contacteurs situés vers la trappe et la goulotte).
- Vérifier l’absence de fuite de liquide (essence, huile…)
- Ne pas faire fonctionner la machine à proximité de tierces personnes distance 5 m .
- Faire fonctionner la machine dans un espace ouvert (par exemple non proche d'une
paroi ou de tout autre objet fixe) sur une surface dure et plane
- Ne pas faire fonctionner la machine sur une surface pavée ou sur une surface en
gravier, où le matériau éjecté est susceptible de provoquer des blessures.
Attention danger l’essence est hautement inflammable
- Stocker le carburant dans des récipients spécialement prévus à cet effet. Faire le
plein à l’extérieur uniquement et ne pas fumer pendant cette opération.
- Ne jamais enlever le bouchon du réservoir d’essence ou ajouter de l’essence
pendant que le moteur tourne ou tant qu’il est chaud.
- Si de l’essence a été répandue sur le sol, ne pas tenter de démarrer le moteur mais
éloigner la machine de cette zone et éviter de provoquer toute inflammation tant que
les vapeurs d’essence ne sont pas dissipées.
- Entreposer la machine dans un endroit sec. Ne jamais entreposer la machine dans
un local ou les vapeurs d’essence pourraient atteindre une flamme, une étincelle ou
une forte source de chaleur.
- Remettre correctement en place les bouchons du réservoir d’essence.
- Limiter la quantité d’essence dans le réservoir pour minimiser les éclaboussures.
- Ne pas faire tourner le moteur dans un endroit confiné où les vapeurs de monoxyde
de carbone peuvent s’accumuler.
- Le monoxyde de carbone peut être mortel. assurer une bonne ventilation.
- Si le réservoir de carburant est vidangé, il convient de le faire à I'extérieur.
Utilisation
- Ne pas travailler en pente (risque de basculement).
- Lors du démarrage du moteur l’opérateur ne doit pas soulever la machine.
- Démarrer le moteur avec précaution en respectant les instructions du fabricant
et en maintenant le visage et le corps a distance de l’ouverture de la goulotte
d’alimentation et d’éjection.
- arrêter le moteur quand la machine est sans surveillance.
- Ne pas laisser les mains ou toute autre partie du corps ou d'un vêtement à I'intérieur
de la chambre d'alimentation, de la goulotte d'éjection ou à proximité d'une partie
mobile ;
- Garder en permanence l'équilibre et un pas sûr. Ne pas trop s'avancer. Lors de
l'introduction de matériaux dans la machine, ne jamais se tenir à un niveau plus
élevé que celui du socle de la machine ;
- Lorsque la machine fonctionne, toujours se tenir en dehors de la zone d'éjection ;
- Lors de I'introduction du matériau dans la machine, vérifier soigneusement que des
pièces de métal, des pierres, des bouteilles, des boites de conserve ou autres corps
étrangers ne sont pas introduits
- En cas de :
- bruit anormal
- vibration anormale,
- choc avec un objet étranger,
- détérioration du câble d’arrêt moteur,
arrêter le moteur immédiatement laisser la machine refroidir, débrancher le fil de
bougie, inspecter la machine et faire effectuer les réparations nécessaires par un
réparateur agréé avant toute nouvelle utilisation.
- En cas de blocage de l’élément de coupe (voir § VI-e)
- Ne pas laisser le matériau traité s'accumuler dans la zone d'éjection ; cela peut
empêcher une bonne évacuation du matériau et provoquer un retour du matériau
dans I'ouverture de prise d'alimentation ;
- Si la machine s'engorge, arrêter la source de puissance et débrancher la bougie
avant d'enlever les débris. Garder la source de puissance exempte de débris et
autres dépôts afin d'éviter tout dommage pour la source de puissance ou un incendie
éventuel. Se souvenir que faire fonctionner le mécanisme de démarrage sur les
machines à moteur à combustion interne engendrera encore la mise en mouvement
de I'organe de coupe.
- maintenir tous les protecteurs et déflecteurs en place et en bon état de
fonctionnement
- Travailler uniquement à la lumière du jour ou dans une lumière artificielle de bonne
qualité.
- L’utilisation d’accessoires autres que ceux recommandés peuvent rendre la machine
dangereuse, et occasionner des dommages sur votre machine qui ne seront pas
couverts par votre garantie. Ne pas transporter cette machine tant que la source de
puissance est en marche.
- arrêter la source de puissance et débrancher la bougie chaque fois qu'on quitte la
zone de travail
- Ne pas pencher la machine lorsque le moteur fonctionne.
Maintenance / stockage
- arrêter le moteur et débrancher la bougie avant toute opération de nettoyage, de
vérification, de changement d’outil(s), de réglage ou d’entretien de la machine.
- arrêter le moteur, débrancher la bougie et utiliser des gants épais pour changer l(es)
outil(s).
- Lors de I'entretien de I'organe de coupe, être conscient que, même si la source de
puissance ne démarrera pas grâce au caractère verrouillant du protecteur,l'organe
de coupe peut encore être mis en mouvement par le mécanisme de démarrage.
- maintenir tous les écrous et vis serrés afin d’assurer des conditions d’utilisation
sûres.
- Entreposer la machine dans un endroit où les vapeurs de carburant ne peuvent pas
entrer en contact avec une flamme nue ou une étincelle. Pour un stockage prolongé,
vidanger le carburant (à l’extérieur lors de la dernière utilisation avant hivernage
laissez tourner le moteur jusqu’à ce qu’il se coupe faute de carburant).
Laisser toujours refroidir la machine avant de I'entreposer
- Pour réduire les risques d’incendie, maintenir le moteur, le silencieux, et la zone de
stockage de l’essence dégagés de végétaux, d’excès de graisse, ou de toute autre
matière susceptible de s’enflammer.
- Faire remplacer les silencieux d’échappement défectueux par un réparateur agréé.
- Ne pas réparer les pièces usagées. Faire remplacer les pièces usagées par des
pièces d’origine par un réparateur agréé.
- Pour votre sécurité ne pas modifier les caractéristiques de votre machine. Ne pas
modifier les réglages de régulation de vitesse du moteur et ne pas utiliser le moteur
en survitesse. Un entretien régulier est essentiel pour la sécurité et le maintien du
niveau de performances.
Déplacement, manutention, transport
- Il est interdit d’utiliser cet appareil pour transporter des personnes.
- Toute action sur la machine hors du travail doit s’effectuer moteur arrêté.
- Ne jamais transporter la machine moteur en marche.
- manutention : ne pas soulever la machine seul (voir § V-2-g). Le poids de la machine
est indiqué sur la plaque constructeur et à la fin de ce manuel.
- avant de transporter la machine attendre l’arrêt complet de l’outil de coupe.
- Le chargement et le déchargement de la machine dans une remorque doivent
s’effectuer à l’aide d’une rampe de chargement adaptée.
- arrimer correctement la machine pour un transport en toute sécurité.
- Le transport doit s’effectuer moteur arrêté et bougie débranchée à l’aide d’une
remorque. N’utiliser aucun autre moyen de transport.
- Cette machine n’est pas prévue pour être remorquée.

Votre broyeur doit être utilisé avec prudence.
Dans ce but, des étiquettes destinées à vous rappeler les principales précautions d’utilisation ont été placées sur la
machine sous forme de pictogrammes. Leur signification est donnée ci-dessous.
Ces étiquettes sont considérées comme partie intégrante de la machine. Si l’une d’entre elles se détache ou devient
difficile à lire, contactez votre concessionnaire pour la remplacer. Nous vous recommandons également de lire
attentivement les consignes de sécurité.

assurez vous que les 4 écrous m8 se trouvent dans les gorges des vis imperdables. Passer la bride de la
goulotte par-dessus ces écrous puis laisser la descendre en appui sur les vis et resserrer les écrous.

- attendre que le moteur ait atteint sa vitesse maximale.
- Ne travailler qu’a plein régime.
- Introduisez les végétaux par la goulotte plastique, en vous tenant à la
droite de celle-ci pour éviter un éventuel retour de ceux-ci.
- Veillez à ce que personne ne se trouve dans la zone d’éjection.
Matériaux pouvant être broyés : Fleurs coupées, chutes de haie,
branches jusqu'à un diamètre maximal de 35 mm.
Il est strictement interdit d’introduire du verre des pierres du métal du plastique dans le broyeur. Vous
devez donc contrôler que les végétaux à broyer ne contiennent aucun corps étranger.
Si par mégarde un corps étranger venait à être introduit arrêter immédiatement le broyeur débrancher le fil
de bougie inspecter la machine et faite effectuer si nécessaire les réparations par un réparateur agréé.
- !!aTTenTIon !! Ne travaillez jamais sans le déflecteur du conduit d’éjection (risque de projection et possibilité d’entrer en contact avec l’organe de coupe).
- Veillez toujours à laisser le temps au broyeur d’éjecter les végétaux avant d’en introduire de nouveaux.
(Risques de bourrages voir § VI-e)
- Si nécessaire retirer légèrement la branche (afin qu’elle ne soit plus en contact avec le rotor) pour laisser
le temps au broyeur d’atteindre à nouveau son plein régime.
- Si le broyeur a tendance à avaler la branche et à s’étouffer, retenez-la légèrement.
c) conseils
- Eviter de broyer des végétaux humides (risque de
bourrage).
- Eviter de broyer du bois très sec (plus dure il sollicite
plus les couteaux).
- Pour un meilleur confort d’utilisation travailler toujours avec des couteaux bien affûtés.

- Condition idéale :
pour les gros diamètres bois fraîchement coupé.
pour les branchages très fournis en feuilles 2 jours
de séchage.

attendre que le broyeur soit vide avant de l’arrêter. Car si des végétaux restaient dans la goulotte ou le
carter de coupe ils pourraient bloquer le rotor lors de la remise en route.

attention à cause de l’inertie du rotor le temps d’arrêt est relativement long.
e) en cas de bourrage (porter des gants)
- Débrancher le fil de bougie.
- Retirer les branchages de la goulotte
- Dévisser complètement le levier de la trappe de débourrage
- Faire pivoter légèrement la trappe afin de pouvoir la tirer puis la faire pivoter complètement vers le bas.
- Dégager tous les végétaux qui encombrent le broyeur.
(Contrôler qu’il ne reste rien dans la goulotte d’entrée et dans la goulotte d’éjection).
- Refermer la trappe (opérations inverses).Prenez soins de revisser complètement le levier.
(Impossible de redémarrer le broyeur car contacteur).

- Débrancher la bougie
- Ouvrir la trappe de débourrage (voir VI –e)
- Retirer la goulotte (voir V 2 g)
- a l’aide d’une clé 6 pans de 4 et d’une clé plate de 10 dévisser les 3 vis (1) et
écrou (2) maintenant le couteau (3).
- Toujours remplacer les vis et les écrous lors du remplacement ou de
l’affutage (voir schéma 1) du couteau. (attention seule les couteaux
ainsi que les vis de fixations spécifiquement conçues pour votre
broyeur doivent être utilisées.)
- Remonter le couteau (Couple de serrage 9,8N.m)

IX / anoMaLIes de FoncTIonneMenT
a) La machine ne démarre pas (utilisateur)
- Vérifier le niveau d’essence
- Vérifier que le fil de bougie soit bien branché.
- Vérifier que la trappe de débourrage soit correctement verrouillée
(Levier de serrage vissé a fond pour appuyer sur le contacteur)
b) Le couteau ne coupe plus (réparateur agréé)
- Faire impérativement affûter le couteau par un affûteur (voir VIII schéma 1).
- Remplacer le couteau ci celui-ci est trop ébréché ou trop usé : cote C 36 mm mini (voir VIII
schéma 1)

Porter des gants de protection.
a) contrôles avant chaque utilisation :

- Vérifier l’état du déflecteur et sa fixation.
- Vérifier l’état et la fixation de la bavette.
- Vérifier l’état du faisceau électrique. attention si le faisceau était coupé l’ouverture de la
trappe ou le fait que la goulotte ne soit pas en place ne couperait pas automatiquement le
moteur ce qui deviendrait extrêmement dangereux.

Training / Information
- Familiarise yourself with correct use of the shredder and its controls before using it.

Preparation
- Carefully inspect the plant matter to be shredded and remove any objects that could

- before starting the machine, check that all screws, nuts, bolts and other retaining
mechanisms are properly secured and that guards and screens are in place.
Replace damaged or unreadable warning and operating labels.
- Keep the motor cut-out electric cables in good condition to ensure that cut-out of
the motor is guaranteed (at the contact switches located near the obstruction
clearance hatch and the feeding chute).
- Check for leaks (petrol, oil, etc.).
- Do not operate the machine within 5 m of bystanders.
- Only operate the machine in open space (e.g. not close to a wall or other objects)
on a firm, level surface.
- Do not operate the shredder on a paved or gravel surface where ejected material
could cause injury.
Warning! Danger! Petrol is highly flammable - Store fuel only in containers specifically designed and approved for that purpose.
Fill with petrol in an outdoor area only and do not smoke during this operation.
- Never remove the petrol tank cap or add petrol when the motor is running or while
it is hot.
- If you spill petrol on the ground do not start the motor. move away from the area
and avoid creating sources of ignition until the petrol vapours have dissipated.
- Store the shredder in a dry place. Never store the shredder in a place where petrol
vapours could be ignited by a flame, spark or other strong source of heat.
- always screw the petrol tank cap on correctly.
- Limit the amount of petrol in the tank to minimise splashes.
- Do not operate the motor in a closed room or area in order to prevent the build-up
of carbon monoxide vapours.
- Carbon monoxide can be fatal. Only operate the shredder in a well-ventilated area.
- The fuel tank should only be drained outdoors.
- Start the motor carefully according to the manufacturer's instructions and keep the
face and body away from the feeding and ejection chute opening.
- Switch off the motor when the shredder is unattended.
- Do not place hands or any other part of the body or clothing inside the feeding
chamber, discharge chute, or near any moving part.
- Keep proper balance and footing at all times. Do not overreach. Never stand at a
higher level than the base of the machine when feeding material into it.
- always stand clear of the discharge area when operating the shredder.
When feeding material into the shredder be extremely careful that pieces of metal,
stones, bottles, tins or other foreign objects are not included.
- In the event of:
- abnormal noise,
- abnormal vibration,
- Impact with a foreign object,
- Damage to the motor cut-out cable,
Switch off the motor immediately and let the shredder cool down. Disconnect the
spark plug cable, inspect the machine and have any necessary repairs carried out
by an approved service agent before using again.
- If the cutting parts get jammed (see § VI-e)
- Do not allow processed material to build up in the discharge zone; this may prevent
proper discharge and result in kickback of material through the feed opening.
- If the shredder is jammed, switch off the power supply and disconnect the spark
plug cable before removing the debris. Keep the power supply free of debris and
other material to prevent damage to it or potential fire. Remember that operating the
starting mechanism on machines with internal combustion engines will also activate
the cutting parts.
- Keep all guards and deflectors securely in place and operating correctly.
- Work only in daylight or good artificial light.
- Use of non-approved accessories may make the shredder dangerous and cause
damage to your machine that will not be covered by your warranty.
- Do not transport the shredder when the power source is on.
- Switch off the power source and disconnect the spark plug cable whenever you
leave the shredder unattended.
- Do not tilt the shredder when the motor is switched on..
Maintenance / storage
- Switch off the motor and disconnect the spark plug cable before cleaning, checking,
changing tool(s), adjusting or carrying out any maintenance of the shredder.
- Switch off the motor, disconnect the spark plug cable and use thick gloves to change
tool(s).
- When servicing the cutting blades, remember that even if the power supply will not
start because of the protective locking mechanism, the cutting blades can still be
activated by the starter motor.
- Keep all nuts and screws fully tightened to guarantee safe operating conditions.
- Store the shredder in a place where fuel vapours cannot come into contact with a
naked flame or sparks. For prolonged storage periods, empty the fuel from the tank
(in an outside area, when using the shredder for the last time before winter, leave
the motor on until it cuts out through lack of fuel). always let the shredder cool down
before storing.
- To reduce the risk of fire, keep the motor, silencer and petrol storage area free of
plant matter, excess grease and any other material likely to catch fire.
- Faulty exhaust silencers must be replaced by an approved service agent.
- Do not repair worn parts. They must be replaced with original parts by an approved
service agent.
- For your safety, do not modify the specifications of your shredder. Do not modify the
motor speed control settings and do not use the motor when running at excessive
rpm. Regular maintenance is essential for safe and efficient performance.
Moving, handling, transport
- This device cannot be used to transport people.
- The motor must be switched off when carrying out any work on the shredder.
- Never transport the shredder with the motor on.
- handling: do not lift the shredder alone (see § V-2-g). The weight of the shredder is
shown on the manufacturer's plate and at the end of this manual.
- before transporting the shredder, wait until the cutting assembly has come to a
complete standstill.
- an appropriate loading ramp must be used to load and unload the shredder into and
from a trailer.
- Secure the shredder correctly for safe transport.

- Wait until the motor has reached its maximum speed. Only work when at
maximum speed.
- Place plant matter in the plastic feeding chute, standing to the right of it to
avoid any possible kickback of material.
- make sure no-one is standing in the discharge zone.
Material suitable for shredding: Cut flowers, hedge trimmings, branches
no more than 35 mm in diameter.
You must not put glass, stones, metal or plastic in the shredder. you must therefore check that the plant
matter to be shredded does not contain any foreign objects.
If a foreign object accidentally gets into the shredder, stop it immediately, disconnect the spark plug cable,
inspect the machine and if necessary have repairs carried out by an approved service agent.
- !!WarnIng!! Never operate the shredder without the discharge pipe deflector (risk of
projectiles and possibility of coming into contact with the cutting assembly).
- always give the shredder time to discharge plant matter before adding more (risk of
jamming).
- If necessary remove a branch to allow the shredder to get back up to maximum speed.
- If the shredder has a tendency to swallow branches and then stall, hold them back slightly.
c) Tips
- avoid shredding damp plant matter (risk of jamming).
- avoid shredding very dry wood (when harder it puts
more stress on the blades).
- For easier operating conditions, always work with
well sharpened blades.

- Disconnect the spark plug cable.
- Remove branches from the feeding chute.
- Completely unscrew the lever of the obstruction clearance hatch.
- Slightly pivot the door so that you can pull it and then fully pivot downwards.
- Clear all the plant matter jamming the shredder
(check there is no plant matter in the feeding chute and discharge chute).
- Close the hatch (follow instructions in reverse). make sure the lever is fully screwed back down.
(Impossible to restart the shredder if the lever does not press on the contact switch).

(clamp level fully tightened to press on the contact switch).

(the flange must press on the contact switch).
b) The knife does not cut any more (to have it done by your authorized repairman)
- Imperatively sharpen the knives using a sharpener (see VIII diagram 1).
- To replace knives if these are too chipped or too worn: side C 36mm mini (see VIII diagram 1)

- Prestare particolare attenzione al rischio minimo di scarica elettrica legato al
funzionamento della candela.
- Utilizzare l’apparecchio esclusivamente per lo scopo cui esso è destinato, ossia la
triturazione dei vegetali. Ogni altro utilizzo può rivelarsi pericoloso o causare
danneggiamenti o guasti.
Preparazione
- Esaminare accuratamente il materiale da triturare ed eliminare tutti gli oggetti che
potrebbero essere pericolosi (pietre, fili, vetro, parti in metallo, ecc.).
- Prima di avviare l’apparecchio, verificare che tutte le viti, i dadi, i bulloni e gli altri
dispositivi di fissaggio siano correttamente posizionati e che i dispositivi di protezione
e visualizzazione siano presenti. Sostituire le etichette danneggiate o illeggibili.
- assicurarsi che i cavi elettrici per lo spegnimento del motore siano sempre in buono
stato al fine di garantirne il corretto funzionamento (al livello dei contattori situati
sullo sportello di controllo e sulla bocchetta di alimentazione).
- Verificare che non vi siano fuoriuscite di liquido (carburante, olio, ecc.).
- mantenere una distanza di almeno 5 metri tra l’apparecchio in funzione e terze
persone.
- Utilizzare l'apparecchio in uno spazio aperto (non vicino a una parete o ad altro
oggetto fisso) e collocarlo su una superficie dura e piana.
- Non utilizzare l’apparecchio su una superficie pavimentata o con ghiaia poiché il
materiale di scarto potrebbe provocare ferite.
Attenzione: il carburante è altamente infiammabile.
- Conservare il carburante in appositi contenitori. Riempire il serbatoio esclusivamente
all’esterno e non fumare durante questa operazione.
- Non rimuovere mai il tappo del serbatoio o aggiungere carburante quando il motore
è in funzione o è ancora caldo.
- Nel caso in cui vi siano tracce di carburante sparse al suolo, non accendere il
motore, bensì allontanare l’apparecchio, non generare fiamme e attendere
l'evaporazione completa di tutti i vapori.
- Custodire l’apparecchio in un ambiente asciutto. Non posizionare l’apparecchio in
un locale in cui i vapori del carburante potrebbero generare una fiamma, una scintilla
o una forte fonte di calore.
- Riposizionare correttamente il tappo del serbatoio.
- Limitare la quantità di carburante nel serbatoio per minimizzare i rischi.
- Non accendere il motore in un ambiente chiuso al fine di prevenire l’accumulo dei
vapori di monossido di carbonio.
- Il monossido di carbonio può essere letale. Garantire una corretta ventilazione.
- Svuotare il serbatoio del carburante all’esterno quando necessario.
- Spegnere il motore quando la macchina è priva di sorveglianza.
- Non lasciare le mani od ogni altra parte del corpo o di un indumento all'interno della
camera di alimentazione, del canale di uscita o in prossimità di una parte mobile.
- mantenere costantemente l’equilibrio e un passo sicuro. Non avvicinarsi troppo.
Durante l’introduzione di materiale, non rimanere a un livello più elevato rispetto alla
base del macchinario.
- Durante il funzionamento, allontanarsi dalla zona di uscita.
- Durante l’inserimento del materiale, verificare attentamente che pietre, parti in
metallo, bottiglie, barattoli o altri corpi estranei non siano introdotti.
- In caso di:
- rumori anomali,
- vibrazioni atipiche,
- urti con corpi estranei o
- deterioramento del cavo di spegnimento del motore,
arrestare immediatamente il motore, lasciare raffreddare l’apparecchio, scollegare il
filo della candela, esaminare la macchina e richiedere l’intervento di un tecnico autorizzato prima del successivo utilizzo.
- In caso di blocco dell’elemento di taglio (vedere Par. VI-e).
- Non lasciare che il materiale si accumuli nella zona di uscita. La mancata
osservanza della suddetta indicazione potrebbe impedirne la corretta evacuazione
e provocarne il ritorno verso l’apertura della bocchetta di alimentazione.
- In caso di intasamento o ingorgo, interrompere l’alimentazione e scollegare la
candela prima di rimuovere i residui. Verificare che la fonte di alimentazione sia priva
di residui o altri depositi per evitare il rischio di danni o possibili incendi. Ricordarsi
che l’avvio dei macchinari dotati di motore a combustione interna genera la messa
in movimento dell'elemento di taglio.
- Posizionare correttamente i dispositivi di protezione e i deflettori e mantenerli in
buono stato.
- Lavorare esclusivamente durante le ore diurne o sfruttando luce artificiale di buona
qualità.
- L’utilizzo di accessori non autorizzati può rendere l’apparecchio pericoloso e causare
danni non coperti da garanzia. Non trasportare l’apparecchio quando in funzione.
- arrestare la fonte di alimentazione e scollegare la candela quando si abbandona la
zona di lavoro.
- Non inclinare l’apparecchio quando il motore funziona.
Manutenzione e stoccaggio
- Spegnere il motore e scollegare la candela prima di eseguire qualsiasi operazione
di pulizia, verifica, sostituzione, regolazione o manutenzione dell'apparecchio.
- Spegnere il motore, scollegare la candela e utilizzare guanti spessi per sostituire i
diversi elementi.
- Durante l’attività di manutenzione dell’organo di taglio, ricordarsi che, nonostante
l’alimentazione sia bloccata dal dispositivo di protezione, il carter può comunque
essere messo in movimento dal meccanismo di accensione.
- Verificare che dadi e viti siano correttamente fissati per assicurare condizioni di
utilizzo sicure.
- Posizionare l’apparecchio in un luogo in cui i vapori del carburante non possono
entrare in contatto con una fiamma nuda o una scintilla. In caso di stoccaggio
prolungato, svuotare il serbatoio (all’esterno, durante l’ultimo utilizzo, lasciare il
motore in funzione fino al termine del carburante). Lasciare raffreddare l’apparecchio
prima di riporlo.
- Per ridurre il rischio di incendio, assicurarsi che il motore, il silenziatore e il locale di
stoccaggio del carburante siano privi di vegetali, residui di grasso od ogni altro
materiale infiammabile.
- Richiedere l’intervento di un tecnico autorizzato per sostituire i silenziatori di scarico
difettosi.
- Non riparare i pezzi usurati. Far sostituire gli elementi usurati con parti di ricambio
originali da un tecnico autorizzato.
- Per garantire la massima sicurezza, non alterare le caratteristiche dell’apparecchio.
Non modificare le impostazioni relative alla velocità del motore e non utilizzare il
motore in sovravelocità. Una manutenzione regolare è essenziale per la sicurezza
e il mantenimento del livello di prestazione originale.
Spostamento, movimentazione e trasporto
- È vietato utilizzare l’apparecchio per trasportare persone.
- Tutte le operazioni sull’apparecchio devono essere eseguite a motore spento.
- Non trasportare mai l’apparecchio a motore acceso.
- movimentazione: non sollevare l’apparecchio da soli (vedere Par. V-2-g). Il peso è
indicato sulla targhetta del costruttore e alla fine del presente manuale.
- Prima di trasportare il macchinario, attendere l’arresto completo dell’organo di
taglio.
- La salita e la discesa dell’apparecchio su e da un rimorchio devono essere effettuate
utilizzando una rampa di carico adeguata.
- Sistemare e fissare correttamente l’apparecchio per garantire un trasporto sicuro.
- Il trasporto deve essere effettuato a motore spento e con candela scollegata,
utilizzando un rimorchio. Non utilizzare altro mezzo di trasporto.
- L’apparecchio non può essere rimorchiato.
Utilizzo
- Non lavorare in pendenza (rischio di ribaltamento).
- Durante l’avvio del motore, non sollevare l’apparecchio.
- avviare il motore con cautela rispettando le istruzioni del costruttore e tenendo il
viso e il corpo a distanza di sicurezza dall’apertura dello scivolo di alimentazione e
di espulsione.

- Introdurre i vegetali nella bocchetta in plastica, restando alla sua destra per
evitare eventuali rischi legati alla potenziale fuoriuscita di materiale.
- assicurarsi che nessuno sia presente in prossimità della zona di uscita.
Materiali che possono essere triturati: fiori recisi, residui di potature e rami
fino a un diametro massimo di 35 mm.
È severamente vietato introdurre vetro, pietre, metallo e plastica nel trituratore. Verificare che i vegetali da triturare non contengano alcun corpo estraneo.
Nel caso in cui un corpo estraneo sia stato inavvertitamente introdotto, spegnere immediatamente il trituratore, scollegare il filo della candela, esaminare l’apparecchio e richiedere l’intervento di un tecnico autorizzato
per effettuare le necessarie riparazioni.
- aTTenzIone! Non lavorare mai senza il deflettore del condotto di uscita (rischio di lancio di materiale e
possibilità di entrare in contatto con il carter di taglio).
- attendere che tutto il materiale fuoriesca dal trituratore prima di introdurre altri vegetali al fine di evitare potenziali rischi di inceppamento.
- Se necessario, rimuovere i rami e attendere che l'apparecchio raggiunga di nuovo la condizione di pieno
regime.
- Se il trituratore tende a inghiottire rapidamente i rami e a incepparsi, trattenere leggermente il materiale durante l’introduzione.
c) consigli
- Evitare di introdurre vegetali umidi
(rischio di inceppamento).
- Evitare di introdurre legno troppo secco
(eccessiva sollecitazione delle lame).
- Introdurre vegetali di grande diametro sole se tagliati
da poco tempo.

prima di inserirli nell’apparecchio.
- Per un miglior comfort di utilizzo, lavorare sempre
con lame ben affilate.

- Scollegare il filo della candela.

- Svitare completamente la leva di blocco dello sportello di controllo.
- Far ruotare leggermente lo sportello al fine di poterlo estrarre e girarlo completamente verso il basso.
- Liberare l’apparecchio da tutti i vegetali che ostruiscono le vie di passaggio. Verificare che nulla resti
all’interno della bocchetta di alimentazione e del canale di uscita.
- Richiudere lo sportello (operazione inversa). assicurarsi di avvitare completamente la leva di blocco
(impossibile riavviare il trituratore senza contattore).

(leva di blocco avvitata completamente e appoggio sul contattore).
- Verificare che la bocchetta di alimentazione sia correttamente fissata
(la cinghia deve poggiare sul contattore).
b) I coltelli non tagliano più (riparatore autorizzato)
- Far obbligatoriamente affilare i coltelli da un arrotino (vedi VIII schema 1).
- Sostituire i coltelli se sono troppo danneggiati o troppo consumati: lato C minimo 36 mm (vedi
VIII schema 1)

- Verificare il livello dell’olio del motore e monitorare la spia di livello ogni 50 ore di utilizzo
(fare riferimento al manuale d’uso del motore).
- Verificare il livello del carburante.
b) controlli periodici ogni 20 ore di utilizzo

- assicurarsi che i dadi e le viti siano correttamente serrati.
- Lubrificare l'asse delle ruote.
c) controllo annuale o ogni 50 ore per mano di un tecnico autorizzato
- Verificare il corretto funzionamento del fascio elettrico.
- Verificare lo stato della controlama (gioco tra lama e contro lama: 3 mm).
- Sostituire la gamma completa di lame e bulloni di fissaggio al fine di preservare l’equilibrio del
gruppo. Coppia di serraggio: 9,8 N.m.
attenzione! utilizzare esclusivamente lame di taglio e viti di fissaggio specificatamente
concepite per il trituratore.

- Dopo ogni utilizzo.
