2. No Power Testing Procedure
A. Please check voltage of battery with multimeter.
If the voltage is different, please replace battery.
B. Please check USB cable with multimeter or with a new one.
If the USB is broken, please replace a new one.
C. Please check voltage of Q3,U1,test point between L5 and D4,U4 ,J2 with oscilloscope.
If the voltage or waveform is different, please replace relevant parts.

If the wave is different, please replace U14.
D. If the image is still blur or can not capture the image after check the wave of pins on
U11,U13 and U14 with oscilloscope by power supply.Please try to replace PCBA.
