Frequently asked questions

The manual states that you should always read and understand all safety instructions before operating the vacuum. It also warns you not to vacuum flammable liquids, gases, or explosive vapors, and to avoid vacuuming anything that is burning or smoking. The manual also advises not to use the vacuum with a torn filter or without a filter installed except when vacuuming liquids.

First, disconnect the power cord from the outlet. Then, disconnect the hose from the vacuum and remove the power head from the collection tank. Once the power head is removed, you can empty the contents of the tank into a waste container. Finally, place the power head back on the collection tank and secure the latches.

To use the blower feature, first make sure the collection tank is empty. Then, remove the air/noise diffuser from the blower port and remove the hose from the vacuum port, inserting it into the blower port. You can then fit the desired extension wand and or nozzle to the free end of the vacuum hose. Make sure the power switch is in the OFF position before plugging into the power supply. Then, firmly hold the loose end of the hose, and turn the unit ON.

To clean the cartridge filter, first disconnect the power cord from the outlet. Then, remove the power head from the collection tank and carefully lift the filter up from the filter cage. You can then gently tap the filter against the inside wall of the container or brush the dirt off. Once the filter is clean, you can reinstall it.
