All potential bidders for the above referenced Request for Bid (RFB) are hereby notified that the original RFB Vehicle
Specifications document dated August 25, 2014 is being updated and revised to include all of the information below and
attached. As a result of questions received in writing, two (2) additional Vehicle Bid Price Sheets have been added to the
RFB. There has been no change in the bid due date. The bids are due at 2:00 P.M. CDT, Thursday, October 16,
2014.
This notice of addendum includes the following list of attached documents:
Document 1.) Honda Bid Price Sheet
Document 2.) Zenith Van Bid Price Sheet
