15-0017 / AMENDMENT #2 / Doppler Wind LIDAR Rental/Purchase
Amendment #2 issued to: extend the due date to November 26, 2014 to increase competition by allowing for the
submission of additional offers, specifically rental bids (due to budgetary constraints).
All other terms and conditions remain the same. Please revise and submit your bid accordingly.
