No, I cannot meet this bid specification. 2.2.1 Bidder shall provide documentation of at least one or more of Parking Control Equipment and commissioning with the dollar value of $300,000. References may be contacted to determine satisfactory completion. 2.2.2 Bidder shall provide in a letter of authorization from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) that the bidder has successfully completed all necessary training required for the engineering, installation and commissioning of equipment and systems to be provided for the project and that such authorization has been in effect for a period of not less than three (3) years from the bid due date. 2.2.3 Bidder shall provide written confirmation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) that they are an authorized representative of the equipment they are proposing. 2.2.4 Bidder shall provide a Software House dealer certification that documents full authority to install and maintain systems compatible with the existing CCure 8000 system and such certification has been in effect for a period of not less than three (3) years. If the bidder is subcontracting for this requirement, bidder shall provide the required documentation from the subcontractor. Section 2.3 MANDATORY SITE VISIT Bidders shall participate in the Mandatory Site Visit prior to submitting a bid to assure themselves and the Procuring Agency that they understand the requirements of the bid specifications. In order for the bid to be considered, the attached Certification of Site Visitation form (Attachment D) must be completed by the bidder and signed by the Facility Manager or Procurement Specialist that the bidder has attended the site visit. All Certification of Site Visitation form(s) shall be submitted with the bid response.
