This reproduction of this information is to be accomplished via a direct-view plasma display monitor. This document provides the minimum specifications for this device. The performance comparison of displays is not only technical in nature, but is also subjective to the user, when viewed in the final display environment. It is recommended that devices meeting the requirements of this specification be compared in the user’s application and environment, if possible. 2.0 Description This product shall be classified as a direct-view plasma display color monitor, or reference display. This device shall be directly compatible with video and / or computer graphics sources, with the use of external devices to provide this compatibility. This device shall employ the use of an AC-type Plasma Display technology with antireflection screen for optimum display of high-resolution sources. This device shall employ a flat cabinet style for maximum flexibility in mounting to walls and brackets, and recessed enclosures. The device shall accommodate connection of external powered speakers for multimedia applications, or connection to an amplifier for speakers using high impedance unbalanced connections. This device shall include an anti-reflection screen. This device shall employ digital signal processing technology offering clocking at a minimum of 140MHz. This device shall have maximum cabinet dimensions of 25 inches high by 40.6 inches wide and 3.3 inches deep. This device shall not weigh more than 62 pounds. 7.0 Connectivity Information This device shall provide for connection and viewing of 3 source devices simultaneously, without employing the use of an external switching device.
