+ Gasoline is extremely flammable and is explosive under certain
conditions. Refuel in a well ventilated area with engine stopped.
Do not smoke or allow open flames or sparks in the area where
the GV35 is refueled or where gasoline is stored.
> Do not overfill the tank. (There should be no fuel in the filler
neck.) After refueling, make sure the filler cap is closed securely.
+ Gasoline is harmful or fatal if swallowed. Avoid repeated or pro-
longed contact with skin or breathing of vapor. Keep out of reach
of children. If gasoline is swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Call
a physician immediately.
* This engine is not equipped with a spark arrestor.
Operating this engine may be illegal in some states. Check local
laws and regulations before operation.
OTHER PRECAUTIONS
- Keep hands and feet clear of rotating parts.
+ Don’t touch to muffler during operation.
- Note that the unit of all bolts and nuts used on this engine is
metric.
- Do not allow any grass, mud or dirt to collect around the recoil
starter wire-netting or the fuel filler cap area. Keep these areas
clean, or engine trouble may result.
* Do not put your feet or any articles on the fuel tank.
- Never attempt to modify your HONDA engine.
