Frequently asked questions

“P1” and “P2” mode refer to customizable programs in the pre-set programs Fat Burn, Cardio, Warm Up, and Cross Training. You can create specific Time, Speed and Incline settings for each program in those two modes. “OP” refers to the default program setting.

To customize the pre-set programs in P1 and P2 mode, press the desired program button twice. For example, to customize P1 mode in Fat Burn, press the Fat Burn button twice. You can then program Time, Speed, and Incline. To change a previously programmed program in P1 or P2 mode, use the PAUSE button.

The maximum user capacity of the treadmill is 300 pounds.

It is recommended to check and lubricate the walking board every 30 days or 30 hours of operation.
