Press the hold key to place a call on hold. You'll hear music if the Music-on-Hold feature is available on your system.

Press the trans/conf key, dial the extension number, and then press the speaker on/off key or replace the handset when the other extension answers. You can also use the swap key to introduce the caller before transferring them.

Press trans/conf, dial each number, and then press swap to place the current caller on hold and speak to the original party privately. You can also use the cancel key to retrieve the held call if the number is busy or unanswered. Press trans/conf again to create the conference. Press the speaker on/off key or replace the handset to exit from the call.

Press program/save, press the desired speed call key, enter the digits to be saved, and press program/save again.

Press the desired speed call key to dial the stored number automatically.
