proper function.
TOOLSREQUIRED:Ratchet, 9/16" Socket, 9/16" Wrench, Adjustable
Wrench, Tongue & Groove Pliers, Rubber Mallet or Hammer.

IF UPON ASSEMBLY, THE HEAD PLATE DOES NOT SIT ON TOP
THE FIRST PLATE, PLEASE PUSH HEAD PLATE DOWN, INSERT
WEIGHT PIN TO A DESIRED RESISTANCE AND DO A FEW REPS
ONE OF THE STATIONS. THIS WILL SEAT THE CABLE SYSTEM
ALLEVIATE THE HEAD PLATE FROM SITTING UP.

Attach two 2" COVERCAPSand one 2" END
CAPto BASEas shown on drawing.
12. SECURELY TIGHTEN ALL CONNECTIONS
AT THIS TIME.
2.
Insert one 3 x 2" ENDCAPinto each end of
TOPBOOM
as shown on drawing.
13. Slide WEIGHTSTACKCUSHIONSonto
GUIDERODSand then insert into BASE.
3.
Attach one 2" ENDCAPand one 1-1/4 x 5"
GRIP to each PRESS ARM.
4.
Insert one 2" ENDCAPinto each end of LEG
EXTENSION
as shown on drawing.
14. CAREFULLY
slide fifteen WEIGHTPLATES
onto GUIDERODSwithkeyhole facing towards
front of machine.
5.
Insert one 2" ENDCAPinto open end of SEAT
SUPPORT.
Affix one 1-1/4" Rubber Bumperto
SEATSUPPORTas shown on drawing.
6.
LOOSELY
assemble the UPRIGHTto the
BASEas shown on drawing using two 3/8 X 3
bolts, two 3/8 locknuts and four 3/8 flat washers.
Makesure the edge of the UPRIGHT
is flush
with the side of the BASE
and the bolts are
oriented correctly.
7.
LOOSELY
assemble one PULLEYto the SEAT
SUPPORT
as shown in drawing using one 3/8 X
3 bolt, one 3/8 locknut and two 1/2 spacers.
8.
LOOSELY
assemble the SEATsuPPORT to
the BASEand UPRIGHT
as shown in drawing
using three 3/8 X 3 bolts, four 3/8 flat washers
and three 3/8 locknuts.
9.
Route CABLE6571001 thru inside of TOP
BOOMas shown in Detail A. SECURELY,
assemble two PULLEYS
to inside of TOP
BOOM
using two 3/8 X 2-3/4 bolts, two 3/8
locknuts and four 3/8 flange spacers. Makesure
cable is routed thru groovein pulleys.
15. Assemble HEADPLATE and SELECT SHAFT
using one 3/8 X 1-3/4 bolt, one 3/8 lock washer
and one 3/8 flat washer. Slide I~iADPLATE
onto GUIDERODS.
16. Attach GUIDERODSto TOP BOOMusing two
BLACK NYLONBOLTS.
17. Attach LEG EXTENSIONand ROLLERPAD
SWIVELto SEATSUPPORTas shown in
drawing, using one 3/8 X 3-3/4 bolt, one 3/8 low
ht. locknut, two 3/8 flat washersand two 3/8
flange spacers.
(TIGHTEN THE CONNECTIONENOUGHTO
REMOVETHE PLAY, YET ALLOWINGTHE
LEG EXTENSIONTO MOVEI:REELY.)
SECURELY
attach SEAT and BACKPADto
SEATSUPPORTand UPRIGH’fusing four 3/8
X 2-3/4 bolts, four 3/8 lockwashersand two 3/8
flat washers.

10. SECURELYassemble TOP BOOMto
UPRIGHT
using two 3/8 X 2-3/4 bolts and two
3/8 locknuts. Makesure cable runs over top of
bolts.
11. Insert two WEIGHTPLATEBUSHINGSinto
each WEIGHT
PLATEas shown in Detail B.
19. To attach PRESS ARMASSEMBLY
to BASE,
follow assemblydrawingand these steps:
Insert two 3/4 flange bearings into BASE.
Loosely attach PRESSARMS
t¢, the BASE
using one 3/4 X 5 bolt and 3/4 jam nut.
(NOTE:Lay arms on floor with grips in front of
Leg Extension.)
Rotate one PRESSARMinto place, then
LOOSELY
attach the CROSSBRACEusing
two 3/8 X 2-3/4 bolts, two 3/8 fiat washersand
two 3/8 locknuts. (NOTE:Make, sure CROSS
BRACEis resting on the RUBBER
BUMPER
of the SEATSUPPORT.)
Attach other PRESS ARMto CROSSBRACE
using two3/8 X 2-3/4 bolts, two 3/8 flat
washers and two 3/8 locknuts.
IN THISORDER,
tighten the 3/d X 5 bolt of the
PRESSARMStogether, center (;ROSS BRACE
and tighten bolts.
(TIGHTEN THE CONNECTION ENOUGHTO
REMOVETHE PLAY, YET ALLOWINGTHE
PRESS ARMS TO MOVEFREELY.)

20. SECURELY
assemble two PULLEYSto 5-1/4
PLATEas shown on drawing using two 3/8 X 13/4 bolts and two 3/8 locknuts.
24. Connect top CABLEto SELECTSHAFTby
tightening the threaded end in until the cables are
taught.
21. SECURELYassemble PULLEYto TOP BOOM
using one 3/8 X 2-3/4 bolt, one 3/8 locknut and
two 3/8 flange spacers. Create a loop with top
cable betweenpulleys and attach pulley plate
from step 18 to loop as shown on CABLE
ROUTING DIAGRAM.
25. Attach one 3/8 X 2-3/4 bolt mid one 3/8 nut to
LEG CURL EXTENSIONbelow the PULLEY
as shownon drawing.
22. LOOSELY
assemble five remaining PULLEYS
to the gymas shownon drawing.
23. Route CABLE6575601 as shown in CABLE
ROUTINGDIAGRAM
and attach end to the
CROSS BRACEusing one QUICK
DISCONNECTLINK.
22. Insert WEIGHTSTACKSELECTORPIN into
top WEIGHTPLATE.
23. SECURELY TIGHTEN ALL LOOSE PULLEY
CONNECTIONSAT THIS TIME.
26. Insert the 15-3/4 TUBEinto the LEGCURL
EXTENSION.
27. Attach ROLLERPADS and MUSHROOM
CAPSto the 15-3/4 TUBEand to ROLLER
PAD SWIVEL.
28. Attach four 1 x 8" GRIPSto LATBARand
LOW ROW BAR.
29. Attach LAT BARand LOWROWBAR to the
BOTTOM
and TOP CABLESusing three SNAP
LINKSand one CHAIN.
30. The LAT BAR and LOWROWEAR should be
disconnected from machine when performing
other exercises.
