Crossover Frequency

The crossover frequency knob determines the highest frequency your subwoofer will reproduce. It allows a seamless transition from the subwoofer to the satellite speakers. Experiment with this adjustment to find the crossover frequency that sounds best with your speakers. When using the speaker level connections, the crossover adjustment will also limit the low frequencies being sent to your satellite speakers. This means that your satellites won’t have to try and reproduce the information the subwoofer is playing.

Frequently Answers and Questions

How do I connect the subwoofer to my receiver?
You can connect the subwoofer to your receiver using either line-level or speaker-level inputs. The line-level inputs are typically found on the back of your receiver, and they provide a cleaner signal to the subwoofer. The speaker-level inputs are also found on the back of your receiver, and they allow you to connect the subwoofer directly to the speaker outputs of your receiver.
How do I adjust the crossover frequency?
The crossover frequency knob determines the highest frequency your subwoofer will reproduce. It allows a seamless transition from the subwoofer to the satellite speakers. Experiment with this adjustment to find the crossover frequency that sounds best with your speakers.
What is standby mode?
Standby mode allows you to turn off your receiver/amplifier without completely turning off the subwoofer. The subwoofer will turn off after approximately five minutes, and it will turn on again when your receiver/amplifier starts playing.
